本发明涉及一种二级真空管,包括外管、内管、真空腔以及密封端盖;所述真空腔内由内至外设有灯丝、阴极、栅极以及屏极,所述内管内壁上涂覆有抗腐蚀金属层,所述外管与内管通过密封端盖固定连接,所述外管与内管之间具有间隙,间隙内为真空,所述内管外壁上设有一层吸热涂层。本发明密封效果佳,抗腐蚀性好,提高了热利用效率,延长了真空管的使用寿命,大大提高了真空管工作的可靠性,易于使用推广。

本发明属于电子元器件领域,具体涉及一种二级真空管。
背景技术
现有的真空管保密封效果较差,抗腐蚀性比较低,降低了热利用效率,缩短了真空管的使用寿命,导致大大降低了真空管工作的可靠性。
因此,提出一种二级真空管是本发明所要研究的课题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术抗腐蚀性较低、寿命短的缺点,从而提供一种二级真空管,包括外管、内管、真空腔以及密封端盖;所述真空腔内由内至外设有灯丝、阴极、栅极以及屏极,所述内管内壁上涂覆有抗腐蚀金属层,所述外管与内管通过密封端盖固定连接,所述外管与内管之间具有间隙,间隙内为真空,所述内管外壁上设有一层吸热涂层。
进一步地,所述外管为透明玻璃管。
进一步地,所述密封端盖的周边设有密封圈。
进一步地,所述外管的上端区域设有保温层。
进一步地,所述内管的长度小于外管的长度。
进一步地,所述外管下部区域的内壁上设置有反光层。
进一步地,所述抗腐蚀金属层为钛箔。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果如下:
本发明提供了一种二级真空管,密封效果佳,抗腐蚀性好,提高了热利用效率,延长了真空管的使用寿命,大大提高了真空管工作的可靠性,易于使用推广。

实施例:一种二级真空管
参见图1,包括外管2、内管1、真空腔3以及密封端盖4;所述真空腔3内由内至外设有灯丝、阴极、栅极以及屏极,所述内管1内壁上涂覆有抗腐蚀金属层5,具体地,所述抗腐蚀金属层5为钛箔。
所述外管2与内管1通过密封端盖4固定连接,所述外管2与内管1之间具有间隙,间隙内为真空,所述内管1外壁上设有一层吸热涂层6。
本实施例中,所述外管为透明玻璃管。进一步地,所述外管2的上端区域设有保温层,所述内管1的长度小于外管2的长度,所述外管2下部区域的内壁上设置有反光层。在密封端盖4的周边设有密封圈。

1.一种二级真空管,其特征在于:包括外管、内管、真空腔以及密封端盖;所述真空腔内由内至外设有灯丝、阴极、栅极以及屏极,所述内管内壁上涂覆有抗腐蚀金属层,所述外管与内管通过密封端盖固定连接,所述外管与内管之间具有间隙,间隙内为真空,所述内管外壁上设有一层吸热涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二级真空管,其特征在于:所述外管为透明玻璃管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的二级真空管,其特征在于:所述密封端盖的周边设有密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的二级真空管,其特征在于:所述外管的上端区域设有保温层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的二级真空管,其特征在于:所述内管的长度小于外管的长度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的二级真空管,其特征在于:所述外管下部区域的内壁上设置有反光层。
