背景技术
现有的真空管保温效果和密封效果比较差,抗腐蚀性比较低,降低了热利用效率,缩短了真空管的使用寿命,大大降低了真空管工作的可靠性。
发明内容
为了克服现有的真空管保温效果差、热利用效率低、使用寿命短以及工作可靠性低的不足,本发明提供了一种真空管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种真空管,包括外管、内管、真空腔、端部密封板和吸热层,外管与内管连接,外管与内管之间设有真空腔,外管一端设有端部密封板,内管外壁上设有一层吸热层。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括内管长度大于外管,内管伸出外管一端上设有螺纹。
本发明的有益效果是,这种真空管结构简单、紧凑并且合理,装配方便快捷,连接可靠,保温效果和密封效果好,抗腐蚀性高,提高了热利用效率,延长了真空管的使用寿命,大大提高了真空管工作的可靠性,易于使用推广。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种真空管,包括外管1、内管2、真空腔3、端部密封板4、吸热层5和螺纹6,外管1与内管2连接,外管1与内管2之间设有真空腔3,外管1一端设有端部密封板4,内管2外壁上设有一层吸热层5,内管2长度大于外管1,内管2伸出外管1一端上设有螺纹6。
使用时,外管1与内管2的一端密封连接,另一端通过密封板4密封,内管2的长度大于外管1,内管2伸出外管1一端上设有螺纹,外管1与内管2之间为真空腔3,内管2外壁上设有一层吸热层5。这种真空管结构简单、紧凑并且合理,装配方便快捷,连接可靠,保温效果和密封效果好,抗腐蚀性高,提高了热利用效率,延长了真空管的使用寿命,大大提高了真空管工作的可靠性,易于使用推广。

1.一种真空管,包括外管(1)、内管(2)、真空腔(3)、端部密封板(4)和吸热层(11),外管(1)与内管(2)连接,其特征是,外管(1)与内管(2)之间设有真空腔(3),外管(1)一端设有端部密封板(4),内管(2)外壁上设有一层吸热层(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空管,其特征是,内管(2)长度大于外管(1),内管(2)伸出外管(1)一端上设有螺纹(6)。
