Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种筒灯遮光板，其用于筒灯本体，所述筒灯本体包括散热片，所述遮光板为一片滑板式不透光板，所述遮光板以可滑动的方式设于所述散热片的外围，所述遮光板包括一体成型的遮光基板、上侧耳和下侧耳。本案的遮光板防眩光、配光效果好、结构简单、解决漏光问题。满足旋转摆首构造、遮光固定构造不影响其他功能、遮光板采用滑板式、利用自身重力，在灯体垂直方向和摆首时都自行滑下遮光。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具领域，尤其涉及一种用于筒灯的遮光板。
背景技术
在当前种类繁多的灯具市场上，有一种筒形灯具，它不仅应用在家居照明领域，尤其应用在办公室、商场、写字楼等商务领域，具有广阔的市场前景。
目前现有筒灯存在漏光问题严重影响灯具光效；光污染影响灯具品质等缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种配光效果好、结构简单、滑越式遮光的筒灯遮光板。
本实用新型是这样实现的，一种筒灯遮光板，其用于筒灯本体，所述筒灯本体包括散热片，所述遮光板为一片滑板式不透光板，所述遮光板以可滑动的方式设于所述散热片的外围，所述遮光板包括一体成型的遮光基板、上侧耳和下侧耳。
更进一步的，所述上侧耳可弯折。
更进一步的，所述下侧耳卡接在所述散热片的外围。
更进一步的，所述遮光基板的弧度与所述散热片的弧度一致。
更进一步的，所述遮光板以半包围的方式罩设于所述散热片外围。
采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果是：本案的遮光板防眩光、配光效果好、结构简单、解决漏光问题。样式简约、满足灯具旋转摆首功能、提高光效，灯具旋转摆首时自动防眩光。符合PSE/3C/CE规格、组装作业成本低、安装成本低、安全、环保、无光污染。满足旋转摆首构造、遮光固定构造不影响其他功能、遮光板采用滑板式、利用自身重力，在灯体垂直方向和摆首时都自行滑下遮光。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1-3所示，一种筒灯遮光板，包括：
一种筒灯遮光板，其用于筒灯本体1，所述筒灯本体1包括散热片2，所述遮光板3为一片滑板式不透光板，所述遮光板3以可滑动的方式设于所述散热片2的外围，所述遮光板3包括一体成型的遮光基板31、上侧耳32和下侧耳33。当筒灯本体1摆首30°时和垂直向下，遮光板都能够有效避免人眼视线，使其看见器具一部分(遮光板)，不会由于没有遮光板而直接看到天花板，提升了美观性。
更进一步的，所述上侧耳32可弯折。
更进一步的，所述下侧耳33卡接在所述散热片2的外围。
更进一步的，所述遮光基板31的弧度与所述散热片2的弧度一致。
更进一步的，所述遮光板3以半包围的方式罩设于所述散热片2外围。
本案具有防眩光、配光效果好、结构简单的优点；样式简约、满足灯具旋转摆首功能、提高光效，灯具旋转摆首时自动防眩光。符合PSE/3C/CE规格、组装作业成本低、安装成本低、安全、环保、无光污染。

1.一种筒灯遮光板，其用于筒灯本体，所述筒灯本体包括散热片，其特征在于，所述遮光板为一片滑板式不透光板，所述遮光板以可滑动的方式设于所述散热片的外围，所述遮光板包括一体成型的遮光基板、上侧耳和下侧耳。
2.如权利要求1所述的筒灯遮光板，其特征在于，所述上侧耳可弯折。
3.如权利要求2所述的筒灯遮光板，其特征在于，所述下侧耳卡接在所述散热片的外围。
4.如权利要求1所述的筒灯遮光板，其特征在于，所述遮光基板的弧度与所述散热片的弧度一致。
5.如权利要求1所述的筒灯遮光板，其特征在于，所述遮光板以半包围的方式罩设于所述散热片外围。
