Abstract

本发明涉及一种单向流壁挂式新风机,具体的说是单向流壁挂式新风机球阀结构,属于单向流新风机技术领域。其包括上阀体、下阀体和球阀体,上阀体和下阀体上下对应连接成一体,上阀体和下阀体之间设有球阀安装腔,球阀安装腔内设有能够自由回转的球阀体,球阀体下端连接步进电机驱动端,步进电机工作时带动球阀体旋转。球阀体上端设有室内送风口,球阀体侧面设有与室内送风口连通的切换风口,切换风口能够与新风进风通道或室内回风通道连通。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够实现室外进风及室内进风互相切换,同时充分考虑到机组左向安装与右向安装的循环风道布置,提高了使用范围,便于机组安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种单向流壁挂式新风机,具体的说是单向流壁挂式新风机球阀结构,属于单向流新风机技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内民用小型壁挂式单向流新风机组只能单方向送风或排风,不能同时切换室内外循环,在室外空气恶劣的情况下,机组净化效率降低,影响室内空气质量。因为新风机组是单向流,没有冷热交换功能,影响了室内温度的恒定,在室外温度过低时机组不能切换内循环造成机组结露现象,影响了机组的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种单向流壁挂式新风机球阀结构,能够实现室外进风及室内进风互相切换,同时充分考虑到机组左向安装与右向安装的循环风道布置,提高了使用范围,便于机组安装。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,单向流壁挂式新风机球阀结构包括上阀体、下阀体和球阀体,其特征是:上阀体和下阀体上下对应连接成一体,上阀体和下阀体之间设有球阀安装腔,球阀安装腔内设有能够自由回转的球阀体,球阀体下端连接步进电机驱动端,步进电机工作时带动球阀体旋转;上阀体和下阀体前端分别设有上新风进口和下新风进口,上新风进口和下新风进口上下连接形成新风进风通道,新风进风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔;上阀体和下阀体右端分别设有第一上回风口和第一下回风口,第一上回风口和第一下回风口上下连接形成室内回风通道,室内回风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔;球阀体上端设有室内送风口,球阀体侧面设有与室内送风口连通的切换风口,切换风口能够与新风进风通道或室内回风通道连通。
进一步的,上阀体和下阀体左端分别设有第二上回风口和第二下回风口,第二上回风口和第二下回风口上下连接形成室内回风通道,室内回风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1所示,本发明主要包括上阀体1、下阀体2和球阀体9,上阀体1和下阀体2上下对应连接成一体,上阀体1和下阀体2之间设有球阀安装腔,球阀安装腔内设有能够自由回转的球阀体9,球阀体9下端连接步进电机10驱动端,步进电机10工作时带动球阀体9旋转。
上阀体1和下阀体2前端分别设有上新风进口7和下新风进口8,上新风进口7和下新风进口8上下连接形成圆形的新风进风通道,新风进风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔。
上阀体1和下阀体2右端分别设有第一上回风口3和第一下回风口4,第一上回风口3和第一下回风口4上下连接形成圆形的室内回风通道,室内回风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔。
上阀体1和下阀体2左端分别设有第二上回风口5和第二下回风口6,第二上回风口5和第二下回风口6上下连接形成圆形的室内回风通道,室内回风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔。
球阀体9上端设有圆形的室内送风口11,球阀体9侧面设有与室内送风口11连通的切换风口12,切换风口12能够与新风进风通道或室内回风通道连通。
本发明的工作原理是:正常工作时,打开外循环,步进电机带动球阀体转动到外循环位置,切换风口12与新风进风通道连通,室外新风进入室内。当室外环境较差,需要打开内循环时,步进电机带动球阀体转动到内循环位置,切换风口12与左右任意一个室内回风通道连通,室内回风进入机箱中,再进入室内。本发明具有室外进风及室内进风互相切换的功能,同时充分考虑到机组左向安装与右向安装产生的与内外循环的冲突,设置左右两组室内回风通道。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,能够实现室外进风及室内进风互相切换,同时充分考虑到机组左向安装与右向安装的循环风道布置,提高了使用范围,便于机组安装。

1.一种单向流壁挂式新风机球阀结构,包括上阀体(1)、下阀体(2)和球阀体(9),其特征是:上阀体(1)和下阀体(2)上下对应连接成一体,上阀体(1)和下阀体(2)之间设有球阀安装腔,球阀安装腔内设有能够自由回转的球阀体(9),球阀体(9)下端连接步进电机(10)驱动端,步进电机(10)工作时带动球阀体(9)旋转;上阀体(1)和下阀体(2)前端分别设有上新风进口(7)和下新风进口(8),上新风进口(7)和下新风进口(8)上下连接形成新风进风通道,新风进风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔;上阀体(1)和下阀体(2)右端分别设有第一上回风口(3)和第一下回风口(4),第一上回风口(3)和第一下回风口(4)上下连接形成室内回风通道,室内回风通道内侧端连通球阀安装腔;球阀体(9)上端设有室内送风口(11),球阀体(9)侧面设有与室内送风口(11)连通的切换风口(12),切换风口(12)能够与新风进风通道或室内回风通道连通。
