一种五位五通阵列式切换阀,这种五位五通阵列式切换阀,包括主阀体,主阀体上安装有进口阀体和阵列在主阀体四周的四个出口阀体,进口阀体上具有进口,出口阀体上具有出口,进口和出口之间设置有球体,球体设置在主阀体内。本发明有益的效果是:流体从进口阀体的进口进入,根据需求球体将流体分别分配到出口阀体的出口输出,实现了流体一进四出的效果,通过单个阀门能够将流体分配到不同的管路上,免去了多个阀门的使用,避免了庞大阀门组的产生,节省了阀门占用的空间,减少了阀门的使用数量,降低了生产成本,实际应用效果好,利于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种五位五通阵列式切换阀。
背景技术
目前,在流体系统中,为了将流体分配到不同的系统管路中,需要在井口安装多组阀门,以满足多个管路不同的需求,由于阀门数量众多,造成流体系统阀门组过于庞大,进而造成流体系统占用的空间增大,减少了操作空间,且数量众多的阀门造成生产成本的增加,实际应用效果较差。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种五位五通阵列式切换阀,能够实现流体一进四出的效果,通过单个阀门能够将流体分配到不同的管路上,节省了空间,降低了成本,满足流体系统的需求。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种五位五通阵列式切换阀,包括主阀体,主阀体上安装有进口阀体和阵列在主阀体四周的四个出口阀体,进口阀体上具有进口,出口阀体上具有出口,进口和出口之间设置有球体,球体设置在主阀体内。
球体上设置有阀杆,阀杆位于主阀体内,阀杆上设置有连接盘,连接盘安装在主阀体上。
出口阀体上设置有阀座,阀座设置在主阀体内。
主阀体中腔安装有安全泄压阀。
球体为L形球体。
本发明有益的效果是:本发明的五位五通阵列式切换阀,结构合理,使用方便,流体从进口阀体的进口进入,根据需求球体将流体分别分配到出口阀体的出口输出,实现了流体一进四出的效果,通过单个阀门能够将流体分配到不同的管路上,免去了多个阀门的使用,避免了庞大阀门组的产生,节省了阀门占用的空间,减少了阀门的使用数量,降低了生产成本,实际应用效果好,利于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
参照附图:本实施例中的这种五位五通阵列式切换阀,包括主阀体1,主阀体1上安装有进口阀体2和阵列在主阀体1四周的四个出口阀体3,进口阀体2上具有进口4,出口阀体3上具有出口5,进口4和出口5之间设置有球体6,球体6设置在主阀体1内。
球体6上设置有阀杆7,阀杆7位于主阀体1内,阀杆7上设置有连接盘8,连接盘8安装在主阀体1上。
出口阀体2上设置有阀座9,阀座9设置在主阀体1内。
主阀体1中腔安装有安全泄压阀10。
球体6为L形球体。
进口阀体2是指设置有进口4的阀体,出口阀体3是指设置有出口5的阀体,出口阀体3的数量为四个,呈阵列状态分布在主阀体1的四周,且每个出口阀体3之间的间距相同,连接盘8上安装有电动或者气动的执行机构,阀座9采用下游端密封的DPE阀座结构设计,当L形球体出口切换到其中一个出口阀体3的出口5时,其他三个出口阀体3实现可靠密封,减少浪费,可靠保证系统的安全性,安装安全泄压阀10,作用是当系统超压或者压力异常升高时可以有效保证系统安全。
本发明的工作原理是:流体从进口阀体2的进口4进入,执行机构通过连接盘8驱动阀杆7,阀杆7带动球体6转动,进口流体根据需要切换分配到四个出口阀体3的出口5输出。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

1.一种五位五通阵列式切换阀,其特征在于:包括主阀体(1),所述主阀体(1)上安装有进口阀体(2)和阵列在主阀体(1)四周的四个出口阀体(3),所述进口阀体(2)上具有进口(4),所述出口阀体(3)上具有出口(5),所述进口(4)和出口(5)之间设置有球体(6),所述球体(6)设置在主阀体(1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的五位五通阵列式切换阀,其特征在于:所述球体(6)上设置有阀杆(7),所述阀杆(7)位于主阀体(1)内,所述阀杆(7)上设置有连接盘(8),所述连接盘(8)安装在主阀体(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的五位五通阵列式切换阀,其特征在于:所述出口阀体(2)上设置有阀座(9),所述阀座(9)设置在主阀体(1)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的五位五通阵列式切换阀,其特征在于:所述主阀体(1)中腔安装有安全泄压阀(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的五位五通阵列式切换阀,其特征在于:所述球体(6)为L形球体。
