Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a pesticide composition containing spinetoram and hymexazol and application of the pesticide composition in seed coating for preventing and treating cruciferae diseases and insect pests.
Background
Chemical control is an important means for preventing and controlling pests in agriculture. However, since the control of harmful diseases and pests is not effectively carried out due to the type, living characteristics, living environment, and the like of the disease and pest, the control effect is reduced, the chemical resistance is enhanced, and the control using conventional chemicals is becoming increasingly difficult, new means and methods are required for effectively controlling harmful diseases and pests that cannot be controlled or are difficult to control.
Spinetoram is a new spinosyn insecticide produced by the Dow Yinong company, is a new member of spinosyn insecticides, is obtained by chemically modifying natural products of spinosyns, and belongs to bionic pesticides. In spinosyn insecticides, spinetoram is a brand-new and unique active ingredient and is a high-efficiency broad-spectrum insecticide. The insecticidal composition is mainly used for preventing and controlling lepidoptera and thysanoptera pests, has good prevention and control effects on vegetable pests such as diamondback moth, beet armyworm and the like, and is widely applied to resistance control of the vegetable pests and alternate drug varieties.
Hymexazol is a heterocyclic compound, is a systemic bactericide and a soil disinfectant, and is also a plant growth regulator. The action mechanism is unique, high-efficiency, low-toxicity and pollution-free, and can inhibit the normal growth of pathogenic fungi mycelium or directly kill pathogenic bacteria and promote the growth of plants. The plant growth promoter has the functions of promoting the growth of plant roots, rooting and strengthening seedlings and improving the survival rate, has better safety to people, livestock, fish and birds, and has no cross resistance with the conventional medicament.
The mixing of different pesticide varieties is a common method for solving pesticide resistance and pest and disease damage. By reasonably compounding pesticides and screening out a reasonable formula, the actual control effect can be effectively improved, the dosage is reduced, the cost is reduced, the generation of drug resistance of diseases is delayed, and the method is an important means for comprehensively treating the diseases.
It has been found that after spinetoram and hymexazol are compounded, a synergistic effect is unexpectedly shown between spinetoram and hymexazol, the composition not only can prevent and control insect pests, but also has activity in preventing and controlling diseases larger than the activity of each component independently, and further research is carried out, thus the invention is completed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, particularly for effectively preventing and treating pests which are difficult to prevent and treat in the prior art, through a large number of biological assay screens, the invention finds that after the spinetoram and the hymexazol are compounded, the compounding has an obvious synergistic effect in a certain range, and the activity of controlling harmful pests and diseases after the spinetoram and the hymexazol are compounded is greatly higher than the synthesis of singly used compounds.
The invention also aims to provide application of the pesticide composition, and the pesticide composition is particularly suitable for controlling cruciferous pests and diseases, such as diamondback moth, phyllotreta striolata, asparagus caterpillar, damping off and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a pesticide composition comprises at least spinetoram and hymexazol as active ingredients, wherein the ratio of the spinetoram to the hymexazol is 1: 40-40: 1, preferably 1:20 to 20:1, more preferably 1:1 to 1: 10.
Further, the content of the neutral component in the pesticide composition of the present invention depends on the selection of the optimal blending ratio of the active ingredients and also depends on the ease of processing the pesticide composition, and generally, the weight percentage content of the active ingredients in the pesticide composition is 1 to 90%, preferably 10 to 60%, and the balance is conventional adjuvants and/or carriers.
Furthermore, the active ingredient in the pesticide composition is processed into any one of dosage forms needed in actual production by being supplemented with conventional auxiliary ingredients in pesticide preparation processing, and the dosage forms are selected from any one of missible oil, water dispersible granules, wettable powder, suspending agents, microemulsions, aqueous emulsions, dispersible oil suspending agents, microcapsule suspending agents and seed treatment agents.
Further, the pesticide composition can be used for preparing seed pelleting agents.
Further, the seed pelleting agent means that the seeds are coated with the coating composition, and the pesticide composition of the invention can be additionally added into the coating composition to protect the seeds from insect pests, promote germination and field emergence and/or help provide nutrition to the seeds.
Furthermore, the pesticide composition has flexible application mode, can be sprayed on leaf surfaces, can be irrigated and drip-irrigated by soil, and can also be used for seed treatment.
Further, the pesticidal composition of the present invention may be used in admixture with other active ingredients, such as insecticides, attractants, nematicides, fungicides, plant growth regulators, herbicides, fertilizers, and the like.
Further, the pesticide composition of the invention can also comprise other pesticide active ingredients, including but not limited to one or more of pyrethroid pesticide, thiamethoxam, imidacloprid, acetamiprid, cartap, propiconazole and metalaxyl.
Further, the present invention provides a method for preventing or controlling vegetable pests, which comprises applying a pesticidal composition comprising spinetoram and hymexazol to a target useful plant, or its environment, or propagation material thereof.
Further, a method of protecting vegetables from pest infestation comprising contacting the vegetables with a pesticidal composition comprising spinetoram and hymexazol.
Further, a method for preventing or controlling pests and diseases comprises applying spinetoram and hymexazol separately, sequentially or simultaneously.
Further, the present invention provides a kit for preventing or controlling pests, which comprises spinetoram and hymexazol.
Compared with the prior art, the pesticide composition has the beneficial effects that: after the spinetoram and the hymexazol are compounded in the pesticide composition, the effect of preventing and treating plant diseases and insect pests after compounding is not the simple addition of single active ingredients, but the unexpected synergistic effect is shown after compounding; the active ingredients in the pesticide composition have no cross resistance, so that the use amount of the pesticide active ingredients can be reduced; the pesticide composition is safe for crops and is beneficial to the healthy growth of the crops.

In order to verify the actual application effect of the pesticide composition, a field pesticide effect test for preventing and controlling cabbage diamondback moths is carried out by applying the pesticide composition, 15% of hymexazol water aqua and 25% of spinetoram water dispersible granules are used as contrast agents, the test site is arranged in an area in Guangzhou city, the diamondback moths are in the full-blown stage of larvae in the 1-2 instar, 6 treatments are carried out in the test, each treatment is repeated for 3 times, the cells are randomly arranged, and the planting habits of all the cells are the same as the local planting habits.
Sampling at 5 points before and 3 and 7 days after pesticide application, investigating 2 plants at each point, observing the number of live and young insects on the whole plant leaf, and calculating the control effect of each treatment area according to the reduction rate of insect population. The test results are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 control test on cabbage diamondback moth by different agent treatments
Test results show that the spinetoram and the hymexazol show a synergistic effect on the control of the cabbage diamondback moth in the proportion, and after the spinetoram is compounded, the use amount of pesticide active ingredients can be reduced, and the control effect is improved.
