技术领域
本发明属于标签制作技术领域,具体涉及一种玻璃或陶瓷制品标签的制作方法。
背景技术
现有玻璃或者陶瓷制品的标签制作多采用手工贴花工艺,手工贴花工艺将标签先印刷至花纸上,再通过浸泡使标签与花纸分离,最后通过手工将分离的标签贴在玻璃或者陶瓷制品上,再进行烘烤以达到标签的附着力需求,现有工艺的生产方式会带来以下缺陷:
1、手工贴花因受视觉与操作的影响大,产品有差异;无法达到产品外观完全一致的要求;
2、贴花工艺目前无法实现机械化、自动化生产;
3、贴花工艺需要印标工段和贴标工段,生产环节增多;
4、高温花纸标签色彩鲜艳度不够、立体感不强,耐久性不足,色彩会随着时间变暗。且需经过高温烘烤,产生高能耗与重金属污染;应用在食用容器上可能产生食品安全隐患;
5、低温花纸标签表面有隔离油,图文外观有明显隔离层,影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供一种能耗低、效率高的玻璃或陶瓷制品标签的制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种玻璃或陶瓷制品标签的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、对玻璃或陶瓷制品进行预处理,去除基材表面的油污和杂质;
S2、通过丝网印刷在玻璃或陶瓷制品上进行标签的印刷;
S3、对标签进行UV固化处理,UV固化后如果标签需要烫金,则进入步骤S4,否则进入步骤S5;
S4、对需要烫金的标签进行烫金处理,烫金处理后的标签进行二次UV固化处理,然后进入步骤S5;标签烫金后图案清晰、美观,色彩鲜艳,耐磨、耐候。
S5、对玻璃或陶瓷制品进行烘烤,采用100℃左右低温烤线对成品玻璃或陶瓷制品进行烘烤,可以深层次烘干油墨,提升油墨附着力,并保持油墨本身的色彩和亮度,不变色褪色。也可根据不同产品的需求调节烘烤温度,达到理想效果。
优选地,所述步骤S1包括以下子步骤:
S11、对玻璃或陶瓷制品用干冰进行清洗,瞬间气化,将玻瓶表面的油脂清除,不产生二次废料,对玻璃或陶瓷制品不会造成损伤。通过干冰进行清洗与传统的处理相比,不仅仅节约空间,还节约运营成本,节约能源消耗,环保。可直接通过干冰机在生产线上除污,不影响生产,提高产能。
S12、对玻璃或陶瓷制品进行火焰处理,高温的火焰将能量传递给基材表面的油污和杂质,使其受热蒸发,起到清洁作用。火焰处理可以提高玻瓶的表面张力,提高后续处理中油墨、油漆等液体的附着力。
火焰中含有大量的离子,具有很强的氧化性,在高温状态下与被玻璃或陶瓷制品表面发生氧化反应,使被处理物表面形成一层带电的极性功能团,提高了其表面能,从而也提高了其吸附液体的能力。
优选地,所述步骤S12中,玻璃或陶瓷制品进行火焰处理后的温度为50-55℃。
优选地,所述步骤S2中可通过多工位的丝印机进行处理,丝网印刷分多个印刷工位进行,标签在每个印刷工位后均通过LED灯进行固化处理,LED灯的功率为15W,穿透力强,能耗低。
丝印机通过机械手自动上料,自动定位及印刷,LED灯固化,机械手自动下料的先进工艺与技术,使丝网印刷过程更加精准、速度更快、自动化程度更高。
优选地,所述步骤S3和S4中,UV固化处理通过UV汞灯提供光照,光照强度为300-500mj/cm2
UV固化不会产生任何有毒物质,还提高油墨表面硬度,使油墨色泽亮丽。

本发明的有益效果是:

2、相较于现有贴花工艺省去了用人工将标签贴在玻璃或陶瓷制品上的环节,本发明的玻璃或陶瓷制品标签的制作方法具有降低人工操作风险、提高效率、降低人工成本的优点,解决了手工贴标个体差异性太大,效率低等问题。
3、本发明的玻璃或陶瓷制品标签的制作方法,采用UV油墨进行丝网印刷和烫金处理,UV油墨在印刷后会立即放进固化设备中进行固化,因此印品接触杂质不多,可保持产品清洁。也可直接进行下一步工序,大大节省了时间和能源。
4、UV油墨印刷适性好,印刷质量高,印刷过程不改变物性,不挥发溶剂,粘度稳定,不易糊版堆版,着墨力强,附着牢固。由于没有溶剂挥发,有效成份高,其用量还不到溶剂油墨的一半,而且可以大大减少印版的清洗次数,所以综合成本比较低。
5、UV油墨本身颜色鲜亮,且烘烤后不变色,品质稳定,存储时间较长,图案也不会发生任何变化。解决原工艺在高温烘烤过程中颜色变化不可控等问题。解决了贴花工艺高温花纸存放时间过长,容易氧化变黑,品质不稳定。

实施例一
本实施例以玻璃酒瓶的标签制作为例,在自动化生产线上进行,每个环节之间通过输送带运输,输送带依次连接干冰清洗机、火焰机、丝印机、UV固化机、烫金机和低温烤线,各设备由接驳线和输送带相互连接,由人工或者机械手实现不同输送带之间的转移。如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种玻璃酒瓶标签的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S0:对玻璃酒瓶进行检验,保持玻璃或陶瓷制品外形的一致性和清洁度,保证无明显外观缺陷,玻瓶外形需保证±1mm公差。
S1、对玻璃酒瓶进行预处理,去除基材表面的油污和杂质。
步骤S1包括以下子步骤:
S11、通过干冰清洗机对玻璃酒瓶用干冰进行清洗,清除玻璃酒瓶表面污染。
S12、通过火焰机对玻璃酒瓶进行火焰处理,打开玻璃酒瓶的表面张力。
玻璃酒瓶进行火焰处理后的温度为50-55℃。该温度可以保证后续步骤中温度要求,具体如表1:

S2、将UV油墨材料通过丝印机用丝网印刷工艺在玻璃酒瓶上直接进行标签的印刷;丝网印刷分多个印刷工位进行,标签在每个印刷工位后均通过LED灯进行固化处理。丝网印刷的优点在于:标签色彩更加鲜艳,立体感更强,并且没有隔离层。
S3、对标签通过UV汞灯照射进行UV固化处理,提高标签固化度,达到标签附着力最终需求。光照强度为400mj/cm2,让标签充分固化。
S4、通过UV固化机对需要烫金的标签进行烫金处理,将镜面金属效果烫印到标签表面。烫金处理后的标签通过UV汞灯照射进行二次UV固化处理,光照强度为450mj/cm2
S5、对玻璃酒瓶进行烘烤,使标签最终固化,实现UV油墨固化的最终目的。玻璃酒瓶在低温烤线中保持在160℃烘烤1小时。具体的烘烤温度可以根据实际应用的需求灵活选择。
低温烤线包括自动上瓶机构、烤花线和自动下瓶机构组成,自动上瓶机构包括自动提瓶装置和自动加盖装置,自动提瓶装置用于将输送带上的玻璃酒瓶提升到自动加盖装置,自动加盖装置用于对玻璃酒瓶加上瓶盖,玻璃酒瓶通过自动提瓶装置和自动加盖装置进入烤花线进行烘烤,烘烤完成后通过自动下瓶机构移动到包装区。

本实施例以陶瓷酒瓶的标签制作为例,在自动化生产线上进行,每个环节之间通过输送带运输,输送带依次连接干冰清洗机、火焰机、丝印机、UV固化机和低温烤线。本实施例提供的一种陶瓷酒瓶标签的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S0:对陶瓷酒瓶进行检验,保持陶瓷或陶瓷制品外形的一致性和清洁度,保证无明显外观缺陷,玻瓶外形需保证±1mm公差。
S1、对陶瓷酒瓶进行预处理,去除基材表面的油污和杂质。
步骤S1包括以下子步骤:
S11、通过干冰清洗机对陶瓷酒瓶用干冰进行清洗;
S12、通过火焰机对陶瓷酒瓶进行火焰处理。陶瓷酒瓶进行火焰处理后的温度为50-55℃。

S6:对烘烤后的陶瓷酒瓶进行包装后入库。
