最近,已试图使得将护套连接在一起的过程自动化。
因此,文献EP 2 825 370披露了一种用于将两个扁平管状护套连接在一起的装置,该装置包括托架,以使得旧护套的尾端部放置成面向新护套的前端部。此外,该托架包括粘合剂分配器,该粘合剂分配器使其能够将两个端部粘结在一起。
然而,在文献EP 2 825 370中,粘合剂分配器具有复杂结构,该复杂结构具体地说需使得分配器包括鼓风机,该鼓风机用于在所述分配器的粘合剂条带上吹气,以便于粘合剂条带的移除。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种粘合剂分配器,该粘合剂分配器具有简化的结构。本发明还提供一种包括此种分配器的护套连接装置。
为了实现这一目的,提供一种粘合剂分配器,该粘合剂分配器包括:
-平台;
-退绕卷轴,该退绕卷轴枢转地安装在平台上并且设计成承载粘合剂卷材;
-分离构件,该分离构件用于从粘合剂卷材中分离粘合剂,该分离构件设置在平台上。
在本发明中,该粘合剂分配器包括至少一个压花辊子,该至少一个压花辊子在平台上设置在退绕卷轴和分离构件之间,以使得在操作中,该至少一个辊子在从粘合剂卷材退绕的粘合剂带到达分离构件之前对该粘合剂带进行压花。
因此,该粘合剂带在到达分离构件之前通过压花变形而加强,这能够使得粘合剂自身能加强并且由此使得该粘合剂能容易得多地施加于粘合剂接纳支承件。
当须将较大长度的粘合剂施加于粘合剂接纳支承件时,本发明证明是尤为有利的。
具体地说,该分离构件成形为呈现基部和从该基部延伸的尖锐末端。
具体地说,所述尖锐末端成形为凿刀。
具体地说,该凿刀并不具有齿。
具体地说,该分离构件成形为使得分离构件的与粘合剂带相接触的第一主表面是平面。
具体地说,该分离构件成形为使得分离构件的与支承条带相接触的第二主表面呈现斜率变化,在分离构件的出口处形成更大的斜率。
具体地说,压花辊子成形为在粘合剂带中形成肋部。
具体地说,该压花辊子具有1到4个周向盘。
具体地说,该粘合剂分配器包括切割构件,用以切割粘合剂卷材的粘合剂。
具体地说,该粘合剂分配器包括抽吸条,用以承载粘合剂卷材的粘合剂。
本发明还提供一种用于将两个扁平管状护套连接在一起的装置,该装置包括此种粘合剂分配器,以将两个护套连接在一起。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出本发明第一实施例中的粘合剂分配器,该粘合剂分配器总地以附图标记1指代。
此种分配器1可用在各种应用中,并且具体地说用在用于将扁平管状护套、通常是热收缩护套连接在一起的装置的领域。因此,本发明的分配器可用在例如在文献EP 2 825370中描述的用于将扁平管状护套连接在一起的装置中。
参照图1,分配器1包括平台7,该平台包括中心部分,该中心部分在该实施例中在形状上是基本上平面和矩形的。因此,该中心部分具有两个主要表面。
分配器1进一步包括退绕卷轴2,粘合剂卷材安装在该退绕卷轴上,该退绕卷轴用以退绕该粘合剂卷材。在该实施例中,该粘合剂卷材包括支承条带4,覆盖粘合剂接纳表面(通常是所要连接在一起的两个扁平管状护套的一个)的粘合剂5设置在该支承条带上,支承条带4和粘合剂5一起形成粘合剂带3。
较佳地是,粘合剂5是相对刚性的粘合剂。通常选择粘合剂5,以使得甚至在剥除支承条带4之后,一旦粘合剂5已退绕若干厘米仍保持平直。
借助示例,粘合剂5较厚或者是金属粘合剂。借助示例,粘合剂5是铝粘合剂。
分配器1还包括卷绕卷轴6,用于重新卷绕支承条带4。
退绕卷轴2和卷绕卷轴6通常设置在平台7的第一主表面上,以能在平台7上绕转动轴线进行转动运动,该转动轴线平行于彼此并且平行于第一方向Z。在该实施例中,分配器1成形为使得方向Z基本上正交于平台7的第一主表面。
此外,分配器1设置成一旦该粘合剂卷材已设置在分配器1上、就使得粘合剂带3的宽度(类似于粘合剂5和支承条带4的宽度)平行于第一方向Z延伸。
通常,分配器1包括驱动滑轮16,该驱动滑轮与引导辊子17相关联,且该驱动滑轮和引导辊子彼此协配以拉动支承条带4,以使得该支承条带从退绕卷轴2退绕并且重新卷绕到卷绕卷轴6上。
为此,驱动滑轮16连接于转动驱动装置,该转动驱动装置能可选地形成分配器的一部分并且包括例如电动机(该转动驱动装置在该附图中并未示出)。该电动机通常是伺服控制的,以拉动(可再编程)给定长度的支承条带4,以便因此输送预定特定长度的粘合剂5。
在该实施例中,驱动滑轮16安装成在平台7上绕第一方向Z枢转,并且在平台7上设置在退绕卷轴2和卷绕卷轴6之间。此外,引导辊子17在平台7上设置在退绕卷轴2和卷绕卷轴6之间并且面向驱动滑轮16。借助示例,引导辊子17包括槽,该槽基本上具有与支承条带4相同的宽度,且该支承条带4在行进期间接纳在所述槽中,由此使得支承条带4能良好地压抵于引导辊子17。
具体地说,带8将退绕卷轴2连接于卷绕卷轴6,以使得退绕卷轴和卷绕卷轴的转动同步并且便于拉动支承条带4。
分配器1还包括分离构件9,用以将粘合剂5分离到粘合剂接纳表面上,该分离构件在退绕卷轴2的下游(沿粘合剂带3的行进方向,该行进方向在附图中由箭头标示)设置在平台7上。在该实施例中,分离构件9成形为呈现基部10和从基部10延伸的尖锐末端11。尖锐末端11成形为在该尖锐末端的自由端部处形成凿刀12。较佳地是,凿刀12并不具有齿。
此外,分离构件9成形为使得分离构件的与粘合剂带3相接触的第一主表面13是平面,以便于粘合剂带3的退绕。
此外,分离构件9成形为使得分离构件9的与支承条带4相接触的第二主表面14(在粘合剂5已由分离构件9的凿刀12从其支承条带4分离之后)在尖锐末端11的回程段和基部10之间呈现斜率变化,该基部10由此呈现其第二主表面14,该第二主表面所具有的斜率比尖锐末端的回程段的斜率大得多。
为了便于将粘合剂5粘附到粘合剂接纳支承件上,分配器1在该实施例中包括张紧辊子15,该张紧辊子在分离构件9处设置在平台7上,以将支承条带4压抵于分离构件9。较佳地,张紧辊子15设置在分离构件9的第二主表面14的斜率变化处。
这使其能够相对于刚刚剥除的粘合剂5以小行进角度将支承条带4良好地压抵于尖锐末端11的回程段。这便于粘合剂5从该粘合剂的支承条带4脱开。
借助斜率变化,支承条带4则朝向卷绕卷轴6快速地移除,且与连续退绕的粘合剂带3显著地隔开。
例如图2中更清楚示出地是,分配器1包括压花辊子18,该压花辊子在平台7上设置在退绕卷轴2和分离构件9之间(沿支承条带4的行进方向)。因此,压花辊子18设置在退绕卷轴2的出口处、即设置在粘合剂带3开始在分配器1中行进的位置处。
在该实施例中,压花辊子18安装成在平台7上绕第一方向Z枢转。
较佳地,压花辊子18成形为在粘合剂带3中形成肋部。为此,例如所描述地,压花辊子18具有三个盘19,这三个盘以规则的方式分布在压花辊子18的高度上(沿着第一方向Z),以便在粘合剂带3上形成三个对应的肋部。
这使其能够加强粘合剂带3并且因此加强支承条带4和粘合剂5两者。因此,形成在粘合剂5上的肋部使其能够增大该粘合剂的自然刚度。一旦从粘合剂5的支承条带4分离,该粘合剂5就可因此退绕若干厘米,而不会卷起或塌陷。
分配器1包括空腔辊子20,该空腔辊子设置在平台7上以面向压花辊子18。因此,空腔辊子20包括三个周向槽21,这三个周向槽与压花辊子18的相应一个盘19相关联,以便于在粘合剂带3中形成肋部。
在该实施例中,空腔辊子20安装成在平台7上绕第一方向Z枢转。
因此,分配器1设置成使得在操作时、粘合剂带3通过在压花辊子18和对应的空腔辊子20之间通行而从退绕卷轴2通至分离构件9。因此,压在压花辊子18和空腔辊子20之间的粘合剂带3在到达分离构件9之前开槽。
然后,粘合剂带3围绕所述分离构件9的尖锐末端11。尖锐末端11的形状致使粘合剂5变得基本上在其分离构件9的凿刀12处、从该粘合剂的支承条带4脱开。
支承条带4持续沿着尖锐末端11的回程段一直行进,然后一旦该支承条带已通过张紧辊子15,就沿着分离构件9行进直到到达卷绕卷轴6为止,以卷绕到卷绕卷轴6周围。通常,支承条带4在通过驱动滑轮16和引导辊子17并卷绕在卷绕卷轴6周围之前围绕退绕卷轴2行进。
因此,分配器1使得粘合剂带3能在该粘合剂带到达分离构件9之前被压花。因此,粘合剂带3以简单且快速的方式加强。
以下参照图3来描述第二实施例。该第二实施例与第一实施例相同,除了平台107还包括切割构件以外,该切割构件以附图标记130标示,且一旦所述粘合剂已从支承条带104分离就用于切割粘合剂105,以输送期望长度的粘合剂105。在该第一实施例中,切割构件通常由通用连接装置的另一部分承载。
为此,切割构件130包括第一板131,该第一板在分离构件109的尖锐末端111处设置在平台107上。第一板131设有凿刀132,该凿刀安装成在第一板131上在缩回位置和工作位置之间滑动,在该工作位置中,凿刀132延伸超出第一板131以切割刚刚变得在尖锐末端111处从支承条带104脱开的粘合剂105。
较佳地,切割构件130还包括第二板133,该第二板设置成面向第一板131,从而当凿刀132正切割时用作承靠部,以便于粘合剂105的切割。
在该实施例中,第一板131和第二板133还成形为引导粘合剂105,以使得粘合剂105能从粘合剂分配器适当地移除。
通常,两个板131和133成形为使得在凿刀132处,其中一个板具有指部134,该指部几乎与另一板相接触。
包括此种粘合剂分配器的连接装置通常包括抽吸条135(在该实施例中以虚线示出),该抽吸条设置成沿切割构件130延伸,以确保粘合剂105传递至两个管状粘合剂接纳护套。较佳地,抽吸条135安装成相对于分离构件109运动,以便于粘合剂105传递至两个粘合剂接纳护套。
在该实施例中,抽吸条135还成形为当凿刀132正切割时用作承靠部,以便于切割粘合剂105。
在操作中,抽吸条135设置成紧邻于两个板131和133。
驱动装置驱动该驱动滑轮116转动,以拉动支承条带104。
在分离构件109处,粘合剂5从支承条带104脱开,并且朝向两个板131和133推动,并且然后由板131和133朝向抽吸条135引导。由于粘合剂因压花产生的刚度,相对较为简单且容易地推动并引导粘合剂105,直到该粘合剂到达抽吸条135为止。
一旦已达到期望长度的粘合剂,就产生指令来在抽吸条中形成真空,以将粘合剂105压抵于抽吸条,且然后产生指令来使得凿刀132切割粘合剂105。应观察到的是,此种切割由于粘合剂105中的良好张力而相对较为容易,具体地说该粘合剂由于两个板131和133之间的引导以及由于经由抽吸条135和第二板133(在该示例中一起限定槽,凿刀132可插入到该槽中)提供的承靠部的存在而压抵于抽吸条135。
然后,一旦已切割粘合剂105,抽吸条135就能运动以将粘合剂运送至两个粘合剂接纳护套。
因此,切割粘合剂105简单且快速。
本发明不限于上文给出的描述,相反地,本发明覆盖在由权利要求限定的范围内的任何变型。
具体地说,压花辊子可与所指示的压花辊子不同地成形。借助示例,该压花辊子可具有单个盘。多个压花辊子可平行于第一方向Z同心地延伸,每个压花辊子均例如成形为盘的形状。除了肋部以外的压花类型可用于加强粘合剂条带且具体地说用于加强粘合剂。
此外,张紧辊子、引导辊子、压花辊子以及空腔辊子的数量可不同于上文描述的数量。
分配器可具有不同于上文描述数量的构件数量。因此,该分配器可直接地包括转动驱动装置,用以驱动支承条带的驱动滑轮。该分配器可直接地包括抽吸条。同样,该分配器无需包括驱动滑轮和/或对应的引导辊子,该驱动滑轮和/或对应的引导辊子可由连接装置的剩余部分承载。

Claims (9)

1.一种粘合剂分配器,所述粘合剂分配器包括:
-平台(7、107);
-退绕卷轴(2、102),所述退绕卷轴枢转地安装在所述平台上并且设计成承载粘合剂卷材,所述粘合剂卷材包括支承条带,所述粘合剂设置在所述支承条带上,所述条带和所述粘合剂一起形成粘合剂带;
-分离构件(9、109),所述分离构件用于从所述支承条带中分离所述粘合剂,所述分离构件设置在所述平台上;
所述粘合剂分配器包括至少一个压花辊子(18、118),所述至少一个压花辊子在所述平台上设置在所述退绕卷轴和所述分离构件之间,以使得在操作中,所述至少一个压花辊子在从所述粘合剂卷材退绕的粘合剂带(3、103)到达所述分离构件之前对所述粘合剂带压花,以加强所述粘合剂带,
其中,所述压花辊子具有一至四个周向盘,以便在所述粘合剂带上形成一至四个相应的肋部,由此使其能够加强所述粘合剂带并且因此加强所述支承条带和所述粘合剂,所述粘合剂带于是在到达所述分离构件之前开槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂分配器,其特征在于,所述分离构件(9、109)成形为呈现基部(10)和从所述基部延伸的尖锐末端(11)。
3.如权利要求2所述的粘合剂分配器,其特征在于,所述尖锐末端(11)成形为在所述尖锐末端的自由端部处形成凿刀(12、112)。
4.如权利要求3所述的粘合剂分配器,其特征在于,所述凿刀(12、112)并不具有齿。
5.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂分配器,其特征在于,所述分离构件(9、109)成形为使得所述分离构件的与所述粘合剂带(3、103)相接触的第一主表面(13)是平面。
6.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂分配器,其特征在于,所述分离构件(9、109)成形为使得所述分离构件(9、109)的与所述支承条带(4)相接触的第二主表面(14)呈现斜率变化,在所述分离构件的出口处形成更大的斜率。
7.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂分配器,其特征在于,包括切割构件(130),所述切割构件用于切割所述粘合剂卷材的粘合剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂分配器,其特征在于,包括抽吸条(135),所述抽吸条用于承载所述粘合剂卷材的粘合剂。
9.一种用于将两个扁平管状护套连接在一起的装置,所述装置包括如权利要求1所述的粘合剂分配器,以将所述两个护套连接在一起。
