The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: the building emergency escape device comprises a box body, and a speed reducing mechanism and a winding mechanism which are arranged in the box body, wherein the speed reducing mechanism is connected with the winding mechanism through a pull rope, and the speed reducing mechanism is positioned above the winding mechanism; the winding mechanism comprises a winding roller; the speed reducing mechanism comprises a left mounting plate and a right mounting plate which are arranged in parallel, the two mounting plates are connected through two adjusting rods, the two adjusting rods are arranged in parallel, each mounting plate is fixedly connected with a connecting shaft, the mounting plates are rotationally connected with the left side wall and the right side wall of the box body through the connecting shafts, one connecting shaft extends out of the box body and is connected with the rocker, a ratchet wheel is further connected to the connecting shaft extending out of the box body, and a pawl matched with the ratchet wheel is rotationally connected to the outer wall of the box body; one end of the pull rope is fixed on the winding roller, the other end of the pull rope is wound along the winding roller for a plurality of circles, then the pull rope passes through the space between the two adjusting rods, and finally the pull rope passes through the top plate of the box body to be connected with the hook.
As the preferable technical scheme, the left and right ends of the winding roller are fixedly connected with rotating shafts respectively, the winding roller is rotationally connected with the left and right side walls of the box body through the rotating shafts arranged at the left and right ends, and one rotating shaft extends out of the box body and is connected with the handle.

The winding mechanism comprises a winding roller 3, the left end and the right end of the winding roller 3 are fixedly connected with rotating shafts 4 respectively, the winding roller 3 is rotationally connected with the left side wall and the right side wall of the box body 1 through the rotating shafts 4 arranged at the left end and the right end, one rotating shaft 4 extends out of the box body 1 and is connected with a handle 5, and the winding roller 3 can rotate through rotating the handle 5. The left rotating shaft 4 and the right rotating shaft 4 are respectively sleeved with a sleeve 6, each sleeve 6 is fixedly connected with a wire drawing 7, the two wire drawing 7 penetrate out of the bottom plate of the box body 1, and the tail ends of the two wire drawing 7 are connected with a stress plate 8.
The speed reducing mechanism comprises a left mounting plate 9 and a right mounting plate 9 which are arranged in parallel, the two mounting plates 9 are connected through two adjusting rods 10, the two adjusting rods 10 are arranged in parallel, each mounting plate 9 is fixedly connected with a connecting shaft 11, the mounting plates 9 are rotatably connected with the left side wall and the right side wall of the box body 1 through the connecting shafts 11, and one connecting shaft 11 extends out of the box body 1 and is connected with a rocker 12. The connecting shaft 11 extending out of the box body 1 is also connected with a ratchet wheel 13, the outer wall of the box body 1 is rotatably connected with a pawl 14 matched with the ratchet wheel 13, and the ratchet wheel 13 can only rotate in one direction but cannot be turned over due to the existence of the pawl 14.
