Claims (9)
1. A composition for meeting the weight demand of exercise control is characterized by comprising, by weight, 10-48 parts of protein powder, 1-21 parts of mixed grease powder, 6-39 parts of saccharides, 0.05-1 part of potato extract, 0.05-3 parts of creatine, 0.05-3 parts of glutamine, 0.06-3 parts of β -hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, 0.01-2 parts of L-carnitine, 0.05-1 part of taurine, 0.01-3 parts of vitamin premix, 0.5-4 parts of mineral and trace element premix and 0.01-3 parts of food additive,
the vitamin premix comprises vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, nicotinic acid, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin, and is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.1-0.45 part of vitamin A, 0.001-0.02 part of vitamin D, 5-12 parts of vitamin E, 11.1-6.4 parts of vitamin B, 20.6-4.1 parts of vitamin B, 60.6-4.1 parts of vitamin B, 120.001-0.008 part of vitamin B, 55-78 parts of vitamin C, 5.1-15 parts of nicotinic acid, 0.03-0.7 part of folic acid, 1-5 parts of pantothenic acid and 0.006-0.04 part of biotin;
the mineral and trace element premix comprises the following mineral and trace elements in parts by weight: 28-45% of sodium, 8-15% of phosphorus, 23-35% of potassium, 4-7% of magnesium, 13-24% of calcium, 0.1-0.5% of ferrum, 0.1-0.5% of zinc, 0.001-0.004% of iodine, 0.0005-0.005% of selenium, 0.01-0.07% of copper, 0.01-0.1% of manganese and 0.001-0.006% of chromium.

The composition for use in meeting exercise control weight needs of claim 1, wherein: the vitamin premix comprises the following vitamins in parts by weight: 0.4 part of vitamin A, 0.006 part of vitamin D, 9.63 parts of vitamin E, 13.98 parts of vitamin B, 21.86 parts of vitamin B, 61.86 parts of vitamin B, 120.004 parts of vitamin B, 69.8 parts of vitamin C, 9.2 parts of nicotinic acid, 0.2 part of folic acid, 3.05 parts of pantothenic acid and 0.01 part of biotin;
the mineral and trace element premix comprises the following mineral and trace elements in parts by weight: 35.77 parts of sodium, 11.3 parts of phosphorus, 30.73 parts of potassium, 5.54 parts of magnesium, 16.12 parts of calcium, 0.25 part of iron, 0.21 part of zinc, 0.002 part of iodine, 0.001 part of selenium, 0.03 part of copper, 0.05 part of manganese and 0.002 part of chromium.
3. the composition for satisfying the exercise control weight demand of claim 1, which is a solid formula powder, and comprises, by weight, 44.75 parts of protein powder, 13 parts of mixed grease powder, 34.71 parts of saccharides, 0.25 part of potato extract, 1.25 parts of creatine, 1.62 parts of glutamine, 1.25 parts of β -hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, 0.45 part of L-carnitine, 0.15 part of taurine, 0.4 part of vitamin premix, 1.24 parts of mineral and trace element premix, and 1.23 parts of food additive.

The composition for use in meeting exercise control weight needs of claim 1, wherein: the protein powder is solid formula powder and consists of separated whey protein, casein and concentrated whey protein, wherein the separated whey protein comprises 50% of the components, 5% of the casein and 45% of the concentrated whey protein according to the weight percentage; the mixed oil fat powder consists of medium-chain triglyceride powder, conjugated linoleic acid, safflower seed oil powder and linseed oil powder, wherein the medium-chain triglyceride powder accounts for 54.6 percent, the conjugated linoleic acid accounts for 9.54 percent, the safflower seed oil powder accounts for 17.94 percent, and the linseed oil powder accounts for 17.94 percent; the saccharide comprises 35% of maltodextrin, 36% of waxy corn starch, 25% of malto-oligosaccharide and 4% of fructose by weight percentage; the food additive consists of 30% of essence, 41% of xanthan gum and 29% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
5. the composition for satisfying the exercise control weight demand of claim 1, wherein the composition is a liquid nutritional liquid, and the composition comprises, by weight, 12 parts of protein powder, 3.3 parts of mixed fat powder, 8.6 parts of saccharides, 0.25 part of potato extract, 1.25 parts of creatine, 1.63 parts of glutamine, 1.25 parts of β -hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, 0.45 part of L-carnitine, 0.15 part of taurine, 0.45 part of vitamin premix, 1.24 parts of mineral and trace element premix, 0.06 part of food additive, 0.15 part of emulsifier, and 70 parts of deionized water.

The composition for use in meeting exercise control weight needs of claim 1, wherein: the milk protein powder is liquid nutrient solution, and the protein powder consists of separated whey protein, sodium caseinate and separated milk protein, wherein the separated whey protein, the sodium caseinate and the separated milk protein are 54.3 percent, 15.3 percent and 30.4 percent respectively according to weight percentage; the mixed oil fat powder consists of medium-chain triglyceride, safflower seed oil and linseed oil, and the components comprise 54.7% of medium-chain triglyceride, 22.8% of safflower seed oil and 22.5% of linseed oil in percentage by weight; the sugar consists of 35 percent of maltodextrin, 35 percent of waxy corn starch and 30 percent of fine white granulated sugar according to weight percentage; the food additive is essence.
7. The composition for use in meeting exercise control weight needs of claim 1, wherein: the potato extract is obtained by rinsing, grinding, precipitating (acid), filtering and drying raw materials.
8. A method of preparing a composition for use in meeting exercise control weight needs of claim 1, wherein: the composition is solid formula powder and comprises the following specific steps:
(1) weighing protein powder, mixed grease powder, saccharides, potato extract, creatine, glutamine, β -hydroxy- β -methylbutyrate calcium, L-carnitine, taurine, vitamin premix, mineral matter and trace element premix and food additive according to formula amount for later use;
(2) mixing the raw materials including potato extract, creatine, glutamine, β -hydroxy- β -methylbutyrate calcium, L-carnitine, taurine, vitamin premix, mineral matter and trace element premix, and food additive in an equivalent increasing manner for 5-15min, adding the rest raw materials into a mixing tank, mixing for 30-60min, and packaging.
9. A method of preparing a composition for use in meeting exercise control weight needs of claim 1, wherein: the composition is a liquid nutrient solution and is prepared by material mixing, pasteurisation, first homogenization, UHT, second homogenization and liquid filling, and the specific steps are as follows:
(1) weighing protein powder, mixed grease powder, saccharides, potato extract, creatine, glutamine, β -hydroxy- β -methylbutyrate calcium, L-carnitine, taurine, vitamin premix, mineral matter and trace element premix, food additive, emulsifier and deionized water according to formula amount for later use;
(2) adding deionized water into a vacuum mixer, heating to 45-65 ℃, filling protein powder, saccharides, potato extract, creatine, glutamine, β -hydroxy- β -calcium methylbutyrate, L-carnitine, taurine, vitamin premix, food additive and emulsifier into a feeding bin, vacuumizing, mixing for 10-30min, adding mineral matter and trace element premix dissolved in water at 25-65 ℃, mixing for 1-15min, adding mixed grease powder dissolved uniformly in water at 25-65 ℃, monitoring the change of pH and solid matters at any time, adjusting the pH to 6.0-7.0, and adjusting the change of the solid matters to 22-40%;
(3) pasteurisation: mixing the materials, sterilizing at 60-125 deg.C for 1-10min in a pasteurizer, and immediately cooling to 45-65 deg.C;
(4) first homogenizing: homogenizing under the pressure of 300-500/30-100 bar;
(5) high-temperature instantaneous sterilization: sterilizing the mixture at 120-160 deg.C for 2-10S;
(6) and (3) second homogenization: homogenizing the sterilized mixture in homogenizer at 50-500/30-100bar, cooling to 4-40 deg.C, and aseptically packaging.
