Along with generating the target contract, a unique URL (Uniform Resource Locator, uniform resource locator URL) may also be generated for the contract. And can also store the generated target contract and record the information of the target contract, such as the fulfillment condition, through the contract fulfillment record unit 19. In the subsequent work, if the target contract is to be checked, the target contract can be quickly searched from the system according to the URL address.
And the contract printing unit 20 is in communication connection with the watermark generation unit and/or the electronic seal signing unit and is used for printing the target contract according to a printing request.
The print request may include the number of print copies, and if the print request transmitted by the server is received, the target contract may be printed by the contract printing unit 20 according to the number of print copies. In the embodiment, since the declaration form also contains the number of copies of the contract, the automatic control of the number of copies of the target contract printing can be realized through the declaration form, the operation of manually inputting the number of copies of the printing is saved, and the printing efficiency of the contract file is improved.
In the example, through a multiple auditing unit, auditing all target information in the declaration form for multiple times so as to improve the accuracy of the target information; as the accuracy of the contract is improved through the multiple auditing units, the accuracy and the efficiency of generating the target contract can be further improved through the target generating unit.
Based on this, there is also provided a contract generation system in this exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 3, the system 300 may specifically include:
the first terminal 301 is configured to generate a declaration form according to filling information of a form to be declared, and send target information in the declaration form to the server and at least one second terminal;
at least one second terminal 302, which is communicatively connected to the first terminal and the server, and is configured to receive the target information of the declaration form, and enable a user to perform multiple audits on the target information;
the server 303 is communicatively connected to the first terminal and each of the second terminals, and is configured to generate a target contract corresponding to the declaration form according to an audit result, and return the target contract to the first terminal and each of the second terminals.
The first terminal may be a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a PAD, or a mobile terminal, and the second terminal may be the same type as the first terminal. The server may be a local server or a remote server, or may be another product capable of providing a storage function or a processing function, such as a cloud server.
Furthermore, the above-described drawings are only schematic illustrations of processes included in the method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and are not intended to be limiting. It will be readily appreciated that the processes shown in the above figures do not indicate or limit the temporal order of these processes. In addition, it is also readily understood that these processes may be performed synchronously or asynchronously, for example, among a plurality of modules.

Claims (7)

1. A contract generation apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition unit is used for generating a declaration form according to filling information of the form to be declared and acquiring all target information in the declaration form;
the information sending unit is in communication connection with the information acquisition unit and is used for transmitting the declaration form;
the multiple auditing unit is in communication connection with the information sending unit and is used for auditing all target information in the declaration form for multiple times so as to judge whether the target information accords with preset conditions or not;
the target generation unit is in communication connection with the multiple auditing unit and is used for generating a target contract according to the target information;
the electronic seal signing unit is in communication connection with the target generating unit and is used for signing an electronic seal for the target contract;
wherein, multiple audit unit includes:
the first audit subunit is used for carrying out preliminary audit on the basic information of the declaration form;
the second audit subunit is in communication connection with the first audit subunit and is used for rechecking the additional information and the specification information of the declaration form;
the basic information is used for explaining the basic condition of the declaration form, the additional information is mainly used for explaining the fund condition of the declaration form, and the standard information is mainly used for explaining the decision basis of the declaration form;
wherein the information acquisition unit includes:
the basic information acquisition subunit is used for acquiring information of names, abstracts, parts and transaction parties;
the additional information acquisition subunit is in communication connection with the basic information acquisition subunit and is used for acquiring information of category, fund flow direction, budget and bid-inviting;
the standard information acquisition subunit is in communication connection with the additional information acquisition subunit and is used for acquiring decision basis information; decision basis information including any one or more of the following: winning bid documents, qualification certificates;
the information transmitting unit includes:
the encryption subunit is used for carrying out encryption processing on the declaration form through an advanced encryption standard;
and the target generation unit is further used for calling a corresponding contract template according to the contract category if the target information in the declaration form accords with the preset condition through the first audit unit and the second audit unit, so that all the target information is filled in the corresponding position in the contract template, and the target contract is automatically generated.
2. The contract generation apparatus of claim 1, characterized in that the contract generation apparatus further comprises:
the watermark generation unit is in communication connection with the target generation unit and is used for generating a preset watermark identifier at a first preset position of the target contract;
the sponsor information generating unit is in communication connection with the target generating unit and is used for generating sponsor information of both transaction parties at a second preset position of the target contract;
the contract issuing unit is in communication connection with the watermark generating unit and/or the electronic seal signing unit and is used for issuing the target contract to a user;
the contract fulfillment record unit is in communication connection with the watermark generation unit and/or the electronic seal signing unit and is used for storing the target contract for record;
and the contract printing unit is in communication connection with the watermark generation unit and/or the electronic seal signing unit and is used for printing the target contract according to a printing request.
3. The contract generation apparatus of claim 1, characterized in that the target generation unit includes:
the template loading subunit is in communication connection with the multiple auditing unit and is used for loading a contract template when the target information accords with the preset condition;
and the contract determining subunit is in communication connection with the template loading subunit and is used for filling the target information into the contract template to generate a target contract.
4. The contract generation apparatus of claim 1, characterized in that the target generation unit further includes:
the revision control subunit is in communication connection with the multiple auditing unit and is used for revising the target information when the target information does not accord with the preset condition;
and the information judging subunit is in communication connection with the revising control subunit and is used for judging the revised target information so as to determine whether the target information meets the preset condition.
5. The contract generation apparatus of claim 1, characterized in that the electronic seal signing unit includes:
the electronic seal acquisition subunit is in communication connection with the target generation unit and is used for acquiring a seal identifier corresponding to the target contract when the target contract is legal;
and the signing sub-unit is in communication connection with the electronic seal acquisition sub-unit and is used for stamping the seal mark at the stamping position of the target contract.
6. The contract generation apparatus of claim 5, characterized in that the signing subunit comprises:
and the stamping position determining subunit is used for determining the stamping position of the target contract according to the stamping position in the contract template.
7. A contract generation system, comprising:
the first terminal is used for generating a declaration form according to filling information of the form to be declared and sending target information in the declaration form to the server and at least one second terminal;
the second terminal is in communication connection with the first terminal and the server and is used for receiving the target information of the declaration form and enabling a user to conduct multiple audits on the target information;
the server is in communication connection with the first terminal and each second terminal, and is used for generating a target contract corresponding to the declaration form according to the auditing result and returning the target contract to the first terminal and each second terminal;
the second terminal is further used for performing preliminary auditing on the basic information of the declaration form and performing secondary auditing on the additional information and the specification information of the declaration form;
the basic information is used for explaining the basic condition of the declaration form, the additional information is mainly used for explaining the fund condition of the declaration form, and the standard information is mainly used for explaining the decision basis of the declaration form;
the first terminal is further used for acquiring basic information, additional information and specification information, wherein the basic information is any one or more of the following: name, abstract, parts, transaction parties; the additional information includes any one or more of the following: category, fund flow, budget, bid; the specification information comprises decision basis information, wherein the decision basis information comprises any one or more of the following: winning bid documents, qualification certificates;
the server is further used for calling a corresponding contract template according to the contract category if the target information in the declaration form accords with the preset condition through the primary auditing and the secondary auditing of the second terminal, and further filling all the target information into the corresponding position in the contract template to automatically generate a target contract;
the first terminal is further configured to encrypt the declaration form according to an advanced encryption standard.
