Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device, equipment and a medium for managing an electronic contract, which are used for ensuring the standardization and the accuracy of contract information in the circulation process of the contract. In one possible embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a transmitting unit 1209, configured to transmit an evaluation request for requesting risk evaluation of the contract to a pre-configured risk evaluation user when it is determined that the identified contract content does not coincide with the contract content in the target contract document.
In a possible implementation, the second receiving unit 1203 is specifically configured to:
receiving the trace modification or traceless modification of the electronic contract file by the contract approval user.
Based on the same concept of the above-described embodiment of the present invention, fig. 13 is a block diagram illustrating a management apparatus of an electronic contract according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 13, an embodiment of the present invention provides a management apparatus 1300 of an electronic contract, including:
a processor 1310;
a memory 1320 for storing instructions executable by the processor 1310;
wherein the processor 1310 is configured to execute instructions to implement a method for managing electronic contracts in embodiments of the present disclosure.
In an exemplary embodiment, a storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 1320 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 1310 of the management device of the electronic contract to perform the method described above is also provided. Alternatively, the storage medium may be a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, for example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a storage medium that, when instructions in the storage medium are executed by a processor of the management apparatus of the electronic contract described above, enables the management device of the electronic contract described above to implement the management method of the electronic contract in the embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (10)
1. A method for managing an electronic contract, the method comprising:
receiving an electronic contract file uploaded by a contract submitting user;
according to a contract approval process preset for the electronic contract file, sequentially sending the electronic contract file to a preset contract approval user, and requesting the contract approval user to examine the electronic contract file;
receiving the modification opinions of the contract approval users on the electronic contract documents, and requesting the contract submission users to confirm the modification opinions of the contract approval users on the electronic contract documents;
after all contract approval users pass the audit, transmitting the electronic contract file after the audit is passed to the contract submitting user;
and responding to the touch operation of the contract submission user on a contract finalization key for triggering generation of the contract finalization file, and generating a target contract file with a set format according to a preset rule.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the contract finalization key includes a watermark finalization key and a waterless draft finalization key, and if the contract finalization key touched by the contract submitting user is the waterless draft finalization key, the generating of the target contract document with the set format according to the preset rule includes:
removing modification traces of the contract approval users in the electronic contract file;
adding a pre-generated contract number at a first preset position in the electronic contract file after the modification trace is removed;
and adding a page number at a second preset position in the electronic contract document after the modification trace is removed, and generating a target contract document.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the contract finalization key includes a watermark finalization key and a waterless print finalization key, and if the contract finalization key touched by the contract submitting user is the watermark finalization key, the generating of the target contract document with the set format according to the preset rule includes:
removing modification traces of the contract approval users in the electronic contract file;
adding a preset watermark in the electronic contract file after the modification trace is removed;
adding a pre-generated contract number at a third preset position in the electronic contract file after the modification trace is removed;
and adding a page number at a fourth preset position in the electronic contract document after the modification trace is removed, and generating a target contract document.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a contract scanning file which is uploaded by the contract submitting user and stored in an image format;
identifying contract contents in the contract scanning file through an image identification technology, and comparing the identified contract contents with the contract contents in the target contract file;
and according to the comparison result, marking the position of the inconsistency of the contract contents when the identified contract contents are determined to be inconsistent with the contract contents in the target contract file.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein comparing the identified contract content with the contract content in the target contract document comprises:
and comparing the identified contract content with the text information, the chart and the picture in the target contract file one by one respectively.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and when the identified contract content is determined to be inconsistent with the contract content in the target contract file, sending an evaluation request for requesting risk evaluation on the contract to a pre-configured risk evaluation user.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the receiving the modification to the electronic contract document by the contract approving user comprises:
receiving the trace modification or traceless modification of the electronic contract file by the contract approval user.
8. An apparatus for managing electronic contracts, characterized by comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the electronic contract file uploaded by the contract submitting user;
the examination and approval unit is used for sequentially sending the electronic contract files to a preset contract examination and approval user according to a contract examination and approval process which is preset aiming at the electronic contract files and requesting the contract examination and approval user to examine the electronic contract files;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive the modification opinions of the contract approval user on the electronic contract document, and request the contract submission user to confirm the modification opinions of the contract approval user on the electronic contract document;
the transmission unit is used for transmitting the electronic contract file after the examination and approval to the contract submitting user after all the contract examination and approval users pass the examination and approval;
and the processing unit is used for responding to the touch operation of the contract submission user on a contract submission key for triggering generation of the contract submission file and generating a target contract file with a set format according to a preset rule.
9. An electronic contract management apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the method of managing electronic contracts of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A storage medium characterized in that instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of a management apparatus of an electronic contract, enable the management apparatus of the electronic contract to execute the management method of the electronic contract according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
