Abstract
A contract approval method and a contract approval device are used for improving the efficiency of contract approval. The method comprises the following steps: displaying M contracts to be examined and approved, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2; in response to a selection operation, selecting N contracts of the M contracts, wherein N is an integer which is greater than 1 and less than or equal to M; in response to an approval operation, determining whether the approval of the N contracts passes or fails, and entering a first approval opinion for a first contract of the N contracts; when the N contracts are approved, the N contracts are divided and sent to the next-stage approval personnel; or when the N contracts are not approved, returning the N contracts and the first approval opinions to a former stage of approver or directly returning to a contract submitting person.

Background
In the existing contract processing method, a plurality of enterprises and departments generally adopt a one-by-one approval mode to approve the contracts. In the existing approval technology, a mode of one-by-one approval is basically adopted to realize approval of a plurality of contracts, but the approval mode has low efficiency, when the number of the contracts is large, a large amount of manpower and material resources are required to be input to approve the contracts, so that not only is the manpower resource wasted, but also overstock of the contracts is possibly caused. After the initial examination and approval of the law are completed, part of the contract is transferred to a link of the secondary examination and approval of the law for examination and approval, as shown in fig. 13, an approver can click on 'remove contract' to remove the contract, and the specific process is similar to the initial examination and approval link of the law; or all the contracts in fig. 13 can be checked to pass or not pass, after checking, when the reexamination approver of the law determines that the N contracts are approved, the checking frames before the N contracts can be checked, the approval opinions are all set to pass, the platform simultaneously pops up a page of "next processing" and sends the N contracts to the responsible person of the department of law of the next stage for the next approval; when the review approver determines that the approval of the N contracts is not passed, the review approver can check the check boxes before the N contracts, and the approval opinions are set to be 'not passed', and similar to the process of the initial approval of the law, the review approver can independently select to submit the contracts to the 'next processing' or 'return to the previous processing' or 'return to the process of initiating the process again'.
After the review and approval is completed, the contract approval platform may further display approval opinions, and specifically, the approval opinions may be displayed according to the entire approval contract, for example, as shown in fig. 14, the format is:

After the legal review approval is completed, part of the contract is transferred to the approval link of the legal responsible person for approval, the approval process is the same as the legal review link, and similarly, the contract approval platform can also display approval opinions, specifically, the approval opinions can be displayed according to the whole approval contract, and the format is as follows:

After the legal responsible person finishes the approval, part of the contracts are transferred to a manuscript clearing and approving link of the presenter for approval. As shown in fig. 16, in the submission clearing link, the approver can only edit the text of the contract, but cannot modify other information of the contract.
Optionally, in response to the approval operation, the approver may further select approval opinions of the approver who agrees or disagrees with the first link; the first link is any link in the plurality of examination and approval links; or the approver can also partially agree with the approval opinions of the approver in the first link. For example, in the submission clearing link, the approver may set the contract approval opinions as "all accepted" or "partially accepted" or "all not accepted", so that the approver may select whether to accept all or not all or partially accept the approval opinions of the person in charge of the legal department. For example, as shown in fig. 19, in this link, the approver may click on "all agree with the legal department opinion" or "all agree with the sender opinion" or "not sign". When the approver clicks all the opinions of the legal department, the contract approval opinions are set as the opinions of the legal department and signed, and a page of 'next processing' is popped up; clicking all opinions of the agreement senders, setting the opinions of the contract approval as the opinions of the agreement senders, signing, and simultaneously popping up a page of next processing; clicking "not sign" is autonomously selected by the approver to submit "next step" or "return to the previous handler" or "return to reinitiate the process".
The contract approval platform displays the approval opinions, and specifically, the approval opinions can be displayed according to the whole approval contract, for example, as shown in fig. 20, the format is as follows:

After the department responsible persons confirm that the examination and approval is completed, part of the contracts are transferred to the branch management leader confirmation link of the company for examination and approval. As shown in fig. 21, in this link, the approver may click on "all consent legal department opinions" or "all consent to presenter opinions" or "not sign". When the approver clicks all the opinions of the legal department, the contract approval opinions are set as the opinions of the legal department and signed, and a page of 'next processing' is popped up; clicking all opinions of the agreement senders, setting the opinions of the contract approval as the opinions of the agreement senders, signing, and simultaneously popping up a page of next processing; clicking "not sign" is autonomously selected by the approver to submit "next step" or "return to the previous handler" or "return to reinitiate the process".
In the process of the company management leader confirmation, the contract approval platform displays the approval opinions at the same time, specifically, the approval opinions can be displayed according to the whole approval contract, for example, as shown in fig. 22, the format is:

In addition, the approval process may further include approval by the director and approval by other roles, where the other roles specifically may include: department responsible person, department organization/responsible person, middle-branch public resource department manager, middle-branch financial manager, middle-branch responsible person, middle-branch law private post, physical control management post, branch office, financial accounting, countersigning and approving person, etc.
Optionally, in the approval process, after the approver submits "next processing", the contract approval platform may display a next approver selection box, so that the approver can select the next approver in the selection box, and send the N contracts to be approved to the next approver for approval. Specifically, as shown in fig. 23, the approver may input the name or department of the corresponding approver in the search box and then send the contract to the corresponding approver.
Optionally, after the N contracts are sent to the next-level approver, when it is determined that the next-level approver and the current approver are the same, prompt information is output; and responding to the operation of the prompt message, and synchronizing the examination and approval opinions of the current examination and approval personnel into the examination and approval opinions of the next examination and approval personnel by the contract examination and approval platform.
If the current processing person is Liu II, after the current approval process is finished, the current approval process is submitted to the next process, the contract approval platform can automatically verify whether the approval personnel in the two links are the same personnel, if the approval personnel are the same personnel, prompt information shown in figure 24 is output, and the prompt information is displayed: the user is prompted to "detect" XXXXXXXX "link also requires your approval, fill in the same opinion and submit the next step". After the contract approval process is finished, the contract approval platform can split batch contracts into single contracts, and a subsequent contract processing process is carried out. The subsequent process may include any one of the following processes:
1. the contract is finalized to be processed and sent to the user to be processed according to a single contract;
2. sending a pending notification to the user according to a single contract, as shown in fig. 25, the user may view the pending contract in the pending items of my work, may perform a single contract query according to the type, or may perform a single contract query according to the date of receipt of the contract;
after the contract approval is finished, when the approval staff needs to query the contract, the inquiry can be performed according to a single contract, the inquiry result can be as shown in fig. 26, key information of the contract is input, an approval bill of the single contract can be displayed, and information such as approval opinion summary and approval decision of the single contract can be checked in an inquiry interface of the single contract.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention provides a contract approval device, and the contract approval device can realize the corresponding functions of the contract approval method. The contract approval apparatus may be a hardware structure, a software module, or a hardware structure plus a software module. The contract approval device can be realized by a chip system, and the chip system can be formed by a chip and can also comprise the chip and other discrete devices. Referring to fig. 27, the apparatus includes a display unit 2701 and a processing unit 2702, wherein:
the display unit 2701 is used for displaying M contracts to be examined and approved;
a processing unit 2702, configured to select, in response to a selection operation, N contracts of the M contracts;
the processing unit 2702 is further configured to, in response to the approval operation, determine whether the approval of the N contracts passes or fails, and enter a first approval opinion for a first contract of the N contracts;
the communication unit 2703 is configured to send the N contracts to the next-level approver when the N contracts are approved; or,
and when the N contracts are not approved, returning the N contracts and the first approval opinions to a higher-level approval personnel or directly returning the N contracts and the first approval opinions to a contract submitting personnel.
Referring to fig. 28, based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a contract submitting apparatus, which includes an acquiring unit 2801 and a processing unit 2802, wherein:
an acquisition unit 2801 that acquires M contracts;
a processing unit 2802 for entering a first reference opinion for a first contract of the M contracts;
the processing unit is further configured to send the N contracts and the first reference opinion one for the first contract to a contract management platform via a communication unit 2803 in response to a posting operation.
All the relevant contents of the steps related to the embodiment of the contract approval method can be cited to the functional description of the functional module corresponding to the contract approval apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
The division of the modules in the embodiments of the present invention is schematic, and only one logical function division is provided, and in actual implementation, there may be another division manner, and in addition, each functional module in each embodiment of the present invention may be integrated in one processor, or may exist alone physically, or two or more modules are integrated in one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode.
Referring to fig. 29, based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a contract approval apparatus, which includes at least one processor 2901, where the processor 2901 is configured to execute a computer program stored in a memory, and implement the steps of the contract approval method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9.
Alternatively, the processor 2901 may be a general-purpose processor, such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), digital signal processor, application specific integrated circuit, field programmable gate array or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or the like, that may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the contract approval method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the processor.
Optionally, the contract approval apparatus may further include a memory 2902 connected to the at least one processor 2901, the memory 2902 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 2901, and the at least one processor 2901 may execute the steps included in the contract approval method by executing the instructions stored in the memory 2902.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a specific connection medium between the processor 2901 and the Memory 2902 is not limited, and the Memory 2902 may include at least one type of storage medium, for example, a flash Memory, a hard disk, a multimedia card, a card-type Memory, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a charge Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic Memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, and the like. The memory 2902 is any other medium that can be used for carrying or storing desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 2902 in embodiments of the present invention may also be circuitry or any other device capable of performing a storage function for storing program instructions and/or data.
By programming the processor 2901, the code corresponding to the contract approval method described in the foregoing embodiments may be fixed in the chip, so that the chip can execute the steps of the contract approval method when running, and how to program the processor 2901 is a technique known by those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again. The physical devices corresponding to the display unit 2701, the processing unit 2702 and the communication unit 2703 may be the processor 2901. The contract approval apparatus may be used to perform the method provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 9. Therefore, regarding the functions that can be realized by each functional module in the device, reference may be made to the corresponding description in the embodiment shown in fig. 9, which is not repeated herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, embodiments of the present invention further provide a computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions, which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the contract approval method as described above.
In some possible embodiments, the various aspects of the contract approval method provided by the present invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product, which includes program code for causing the detection apparatus to perform the steps of the contract approval method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described above in this specification, when the program product is run on an electronic device. As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems) and computer program products according to the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (12)
1. A method for contract approval, applied to a contract approval platform, the method comprising:
displaying M contracts to be examined and approved, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2;
in response to a selection operation, selecting N contracts of the M contracts, wherein N is an integer which is greater than 1 and less than or equal to M;
in response to an approval operation, determining whether the approval of the N contracts passes or fails, and entering a first approval opinion for a first contract of the N contracts;
when the N contracts are approved, sending the N contracts to a next-level approval worker; or,
and when the N contracts are not approved, returning the N contracts and the first approval opinions to a former stage of approver or directly returning to a contract submitting person.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
displaying a historical approval record, wherein the historical approval record comprises all the contracts which are approved by the current approval personnel in a historical mode and identification information of each contract; wherein the identification information includes: at least one of a contract serial number, a contract name, an examination and approval person, an examination and approval department, an examination and approval process, examination and approval opinions and examination and approval time.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
after the N contracts are sent to the next-level approver, when the next-level approver is determined to be the same as the current approver, prompt information is output;
and responding to the operation of the prompt message, and synchronizing the examination and approval opinions of the current examination and approval personnel into the examination and approval opinions of the next examination and approval personnel by the contract examination and approval platform.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said sending the N decimals to a next approver when the approval of the N contracts passes comprises:
displaying a next-level examination and approval personnel selection box;
and selecting the next-level approver in the selection frame, and sending the N contracts to the selected next-level approver.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said N contracts have undergone a plurality of approval links before said determining whether approval of said N contracts passes or fails;
the determining whether the approval of the N contracts passes or fails in response to the approval operation comprises:
responding to the approval operation, and completely agreeing or not agreeing with the approval opinions of the approvers in the first link; the first link is any link in the plurality of approval links.
6. A method for delivery under contract, applied to a platform for delivery under contract, the method comprising:
obtaining M contracts, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2;
entering a first reference opinion for a first contract of the M contracts;
in response to a submission operation, sending the M contracts to the contract management platform together with the first reference opinion for the first contract, so that an approver of the contract management platform approves the M contracts and can refer to the first reference opinion when reviewing the first contract.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said responding to a posting operation further comprises, prior to sending said M contracts, and said first referral one for said first contract, to a contract management platform:
displaying an approver selection box;
and selecting an examining and approving person in the selection frame, and sending the information of the examining and approving person to the contract management platform, so that the contract management platform determines the examining and approving person according to the information of the examining and approving person and distributes the M contracts to the examining and approving person.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to obtaining the M contracts, the method further comprises:
acquiring a contract template according to the contract type;
generating the M contracts according to the contract template; wherein the key information of each of the M contracts is not identical, and the key information includes: at least one of a contract serial number, a contract name, an opposite party name, a contract amount, a contract type, a negotiation result, a qualification document, and a contract establishment.
9. A contract approval apparatus, comprising:
the display unit is used for displaying M contracts to be examined and approved;
a processing unit for selecting N contracts of the M contracts in response to a selection operation;
the processing unit is further used for responding to the approval operation, determining whether the approval of the N contracts passes or does not pass, and inputting a first approval opinion aiming at a first contract in the N contracts;
the communication unit is used for sending the N division-integration contracts to the next-level examination and approval personnel when the N contracts are approved and approved; or when the N contracts are not approved, returning the N contracts and the first approval opinions to a former stage of approver or directly returning to a contract submitting person.
10. A contract dispensing apparatus, comprising:
an acquisition unit for acquiring M contracts;
a processing unit for entering a first reference opinion for a first contract of the M contracts;
the processing unit is further used for responding to a reporting operation, and sending the M contracts and the first reference opinion one aiming at the first contract to a contract management platform through a communication unit.
11. A contract approval apparatus, comprising:
a memory for storing computer instructions;
a processor coupled to the memory for executing the computer instructions in the memory and when executing the computer instructions performing the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that,
the computer readable storage medium stores computer instructions which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
