The terminal acquires and displays a target information configuration table returned by the server so that a terminal user can fill in related contents according to preset fields in the target information configuration table; and when detecting a confirmation instruction triggered by filling the target information configuration table by the user, the terminal sends the target information configuration table filled by the user to the server.
The server acquires target configuration information returned by the terminal based on the target information configuration table. The server can acquire the target configuration information from the filled target information configuration table returned by the terminal. The target configuration information may exist in a form of a table, where the target configuration information corresponds to information contained in the target information configuration table filled by the user.
It can be understood that, when the content to be filled corresponding to the preset field in the target information configuration table can be obtained from the target order information, the user may not fill the content available from the target order.
Optionally, in order to improve the efficiency of filling in the information configuration table by the user, after S207, it may further include: extracting target data corresponding to each preset field in the target configuration information; and adding the target data corresponding to each preset field as an alternative of the preset field to a target information configuration table corresponding to the target configuration information.
Specifically, the server may acquire target configuration information from the target information configuration table filled by the user, and extract information corresponding to each preset field in the target configuration information to obtain target data corresponding to each preset field; and then, adding the target data corresponding to each preset field to a target information configuration table corresponding to target configuration information as a candidate of each preset field, so that the candidate and the information configuration table corresponding to each preset field are stored in an associated manner, and when the user uses the same electronic contract template, the server sets the candidate corresponding to each preset field in the information configuration table according to the target data corresponding to each preset field when returning the information configuration table to the terminal, thereby enabling the user to select the required target data from the candidate, and accelerating the speed of filling the relevant information corresponding to each preset field by the user.
S308: and generating an electronic contract based on the target electronic contract template, target contract agreement content, the target order information and the target configuration information.
Specifically, the server may obtain information of a writing field in the target electronic contract template, where the information of the writing field includes a tag of the writing field and attribute information of the writing field. The tag of the writing field is used to indicate that it is a writing field, and the attribute information of the writing field is used to identify the content to be filled in by the writing field, and the attribute information of the writing field includes the identification (or name) of the writing field and the location in the electronic contract template. The position may be represented in a style of "X-th page X".
The server obtains the type identification of the service data corresponding to the writing domain identification in the target electronic contract template according to the preset corresponding relation between the identification of the writing domain and the type identification of the service data; determining the corresponding writing domain of each preset field in the target configuration information according to the target data corresponding to the preset field in the target configuration information and the identification of the writing domain corresponding to the preset field, and writing the target data corresponding to each preset field into the corresponding writing domain of each preset field; extracting service data corresponding to the type identifier of the service data from the target order information according to the type identifier of the service data corresponding to the writing domain identifier in the target electronic contract template, and writing the extracted service data into the corresponding writing domain; and writing the target agreement content into a position for adding the target contract agreement content to generate an electronic contract file.
It can be understood that when the server detects that different data corresponding to the same writing domain in the target electronic contract template are included in the target configuration information, the server determines that the data corresponding to the writing domain is included in the target configuration information, the data corresponding to the writing domain is also included in the target order information, the server fills the service data acquired from the target order information into the corresponding writing domain, and discards the target data corresponding to the writing domain extracted from the target configuration information.
For example, when the mortgage object obtained from the target configuration information is inconsistent with the mortgage object contained in the target order information, the writing domain for filling the mortgage object in the target electronic contract template is indicated to have different data, and the mortgage object obtained from the target order information is used as the reference.
It can be understood that when the target information configuration table sent by the server to the terminal includes preset fields corresponding to all writing fields in the target electronic contract template, and the target configuration information returned by the terminal based on the target information configuration table includes target data corresponding to all preset fields, the server may generate the electronic contract based on the target electronic contract template, the target contract agreement content and the target configuration information.
Further, when the electronic contract template is a PDF file, S206 specifically is: and calling an application programming interface API for editing the PDF file, and generating the PDF file contract file based on the target electronic contract template, the target contract agreement content, the target order information and the target configuration information.
Optionally, after S206, it may further include: and sending the generated electronic contract file to a terminal sending the contract generation request.
The server may send the electronic contract file generated based on the contract generation request to the terminal according to the identity of the terminal that sent the contract generation request.
The identity of the terminal is unique, which may be a medium access control (Media Access Control, MAC) address of the terminal, and when the terminal is a mobile terminal, the unique identity may also be an international mobile equipment identity (International Mobile Equipment Identification Number, IMEI).
Alternatively, when the contract generation request comes from a registered account of the contract management system, the server may transmit an electronic contract document generated based on the contract generation request, with the registered account.
Further, the server also stores guiding information for guiding the user to generate the electronic contract, and when receiving a request for acquiring the guiding information sent by the terminal, the guiding information for guiding the user to generate the electronic contract is returned to the terminal, so that the user can grasp a method for generating the electronic contract in the contract management system.
According to the scheme, the electronic contract file is generated based on the target electronic contract template, the target contract agreement content and the target order information by acquiring the target electronic contract template and the target contract agreement content which are matched with the company identifier and the service type identifier. Because the target electronic contract template and the target contract agreement content are determined through the company identifier and the service type identifier, the electronic contract template can be maintained and managed according to the service type so as to meet the diversified demands of users on the contract template, and corresponding electronic contract files can be generated aiming at different service types, so that the electronic contract files meeting the service demands can be generated, diversified electronic contracts can be provided, the matching degree of the electronic contract files and the user demands is improved, and the demands of the users can be better met.
The server can generate an information configuration table according to the information of the writing domains in the target electronic contract template, can realize data mapping, can generate an electronic contract file based on the information configuration table filled by a user, does not need the user to manually fill corresponding information in each writing domain, and can improve the efficiency and convenience of generating the electronic contract file.
The server can configure a preset electronic contract template in the database according to the contract configuration request sent by the terminal, and can configure a personalized electronic contract template according to the user requirements.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the server includes units for executing steps in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to fig. 3. Refer specifically to fig. 1 and fig. 3 for related descriptions in the respective embodiments. For convenience of explanation, only the portions related to the present embodiment are shown. Referring to fig. 4, the server 4 includes:
a contract generation request acquiring unit 410, configured to acquire a contract generation request sent by a terminal; wherein the contract generation request includes a company identification and an order identification;
an order obtaining unit 420, configured to obtain target order information that matches both the company identifier and the order identifier in the contract generation request; wherein the target order information comprises a service type identifier and service data;
A contract template obtaining unit 430, configured to obtain a target electronic contract template and a target contract agreement content that are matched with the company identifier and the service type identifier;
the contract generating unit 440 is configured to generate an electronic contract document based on the target electronic contract template, the target contract agreement content, and the target order information.
Optionally, the server may further include:
the scanning unit is used for scanning the preset electronic contract template when the uploaded preset electronic contract template is acquired, and acquiring the information of the writing domain of the preset electronic contract template; wherein the information of the writing domain comprises a mark of the writing domain and attribute information of the writing domain;
a configuration table generating unit for generating an information configuration table according to the mark of the writing domain and the attribute information of the writing domain;
the storage unit is used for storing the preset electronic contract template, the attribute information of the preset electronic contract template and the information configuration table of the preset electronic contract template in an associated mode.
Optionally, the server may further include:
a configuration table obtaining unit, configured to obtain a target information configuration table of the target electronic contract template based on the preset electronic contract template, attribute information of the preset electronic contract template, and an association relationship between information configuration tables of the preset electronic contract template, and return the target information configuration table to a terminal that sends the contract generation request;
The configuration information acquisition unit is used for acquiring target configuration information returned by the terminal based on the target information configuration table;
the contract generation unit 440 is also configured to: and generating an electronic contract based on the target electronic contract template, target contract agreement content, the target order information and the target configuration information.
Optionally, the server may further include:
the extraction unit is used for extracting target data corresponding to each preset field in the target configuration information;
and the adding unit is used for adding the target data corresponding to each preset field to the target information configuration table corresponding to the target configuration information as the alternative of the preset field.
Optionally, the server may further include:
a contract configuration request acquisition unit, configured to acquire a contract configuration request sent by a terminal; the contract configuration request information comprises a unique identifier of an electronic contract template to be configured and an item to be configured;
and the contract template configuration unit is used for configuring the electronic contract template corresponding to the unique identifier according to the item to be configured in the contract configuration request.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a server according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, the server 5 of this embodiment includes: a processor 50, a memory 51 and a computer program 52 stored in said memory 51 and executable on said processor 50. The steps of the various method embodiments for generating electronic contracts described above, such as S101 through S104 shown in fig. 1, are implemented by the processor 50 when executing the computer program 52. Alternatively, the processor 50, when executing the computer program 52, performs the functions of the units in the apparatus embodiments described above, for example the functions of the units 410 to 440 shown in fig. 4.
By way of example, the computer program 52 may be partitioned into one or more units that are stored in the memory 51 and executed by the processor 50 to complete the present invention. The one or more elements may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing a specific function describing the execution of the computer program 52 in the server 4. For example, the computer program 52 may be divided into a contract generation request acquisition unit, an order acquisition unit, a contract template acquisition unit, a contract generation unit, and the like, each unit functioning specifically as described above.
The server may include, but is not limited to, a processor 50, a memory 51. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 5 is merely an example of the server 5 and is not meant to be limiting as the server 5 may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or different components, e.g., the server may further include input and output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The processor 50 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 51 may be an internal storage unit of the server 5, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the server 5. The memory 51 may be an external storage device of the server 5, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the server 5. Further, the memory 51 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the server 5. The memory 51 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the server. The memory 51 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A method of generating an electronic contract, comprising:
acquiring a contract generation request sent by a terminal; wherein the contract generation request includes a company identification and an order identification;
acquiring target order information matched with the company identification and the order identification in the contract generation request; wherein the target order information comprises a service type identifier and service data;
acquiring a target electronic contract template and target contract agreement content which are matched with the company identifier and the service type identifier;
generating an electronic contract document based on the target electronic contract template, the target contract agreement content and the target order information;
before the acquiring the contract generation request sent by the terminal, the method further comprises the following steps: when an uploaded preset electronic contract template is obtained, scanning the preset electronic contract template to obtain information of a writing domain of the preset electronic contract template; the information of the writing domain comprises a mark of the writing domain and attribute information of the writing domain, wherein the attribute information of the writing domain comprises an identification of the writing domain and a position in an electronic contract template;
Generating an information configuration table according to the mark of the writing domain and the attribute information of the writing domain;
and storing the preset electronic contract template, attribute information of the preset electronic contract template and an information configuration table of the preset electronic contract template in an associated mode.
2. The method for generating an electronic contract according to claim 1, characterized in that after said obtaining a target electronic contract template and a target contract agreement content that match both said company identification and said service type identification, further comprises:
acquiring a target information configuration table of the target electronic contract template based on the preset electronic contract template, attribute information of the preset electronic contract template and an association relation among information configuration tables of the preset electronic contract template, and returning the target information configuration table to a terminal sending the contract generation request;
acquiring target configuration information returned by the terminal based on the target information configuration table;
and generating an electronic contract based on the target electronic contract template, target contract agreement content, the target order information and the target configuration information.
3. The method for generating an electronic contract according to claim 2, characterized in that after said acquiring the target configuration information returned by the terminal based on the target information configuration table, further comprising:
extracting target data corresponding to each preset field in the target configuration information;
and adding the target data corresponding to each preset field as an alternative of the preset field to a target information configuration table corresponding to the target configuration information.
4. A method of generating an electronic contract according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that before the acquisition of the contract generation request sent by the terminal, further includes:
acquiring a contract configuration request sent by a terminal; the contract configuration request information comprises a unique identifier of an electronic contract template to be configured and an item to be configured;
and configuring the electronic contract template corresponding to the unique identifier according to the item to be configured in the contract configuration request.
5. A server comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of when executing the computer program:
Acquiring a contract generation request sent by a terminal; wherein the contract generation request includes a company identification and an order identification;
acquiring target order information matched with the company identification and the order identification in the contract generation request; wherein the target order information comprises a service type identifier and service data;
acquiring a target electronic contract template and target contract agreement content which are matched with the company identifier and the service type identifier;
generating an electronic contract document based on the target electronic contract template, the target contract agreement content and the target order information;
before the acquisition terminal sends the contract generation request, the processor executes the computer program to further realize the following steps:
when an uploaded preset electronic contract template is obtained, scanning the preset electronic contract template to obtain information of a writing domain of the preset electronic contract template; the information of the writing domain comprises a mark of the writing domain and attribute information of the writing domain, wherein the attribute information of the writing domain comprises an identification of the writing domain and a position in an electronic contract template;
Generating an information configuration table according to the mark of the writing domain and the attribute information of the writing domain;
and storing the preset electronic contract template, attribute information of the preset electronic contract template and an information configuration table of the preset electronic contract template in an associated mode.
6. The server of claim 5, wherein after the obtaining the target electronic contract template and target contract agreement content that match both the company identification and the business type identification, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
acquiring a target information configuration table of the target electronic contract template based on the preset electronic contract template, attribute information of the preset electronic contract template and an association relation among information configuration tables of the preset electronic contract template, and returning the target information configuration table to a terminal sending the contract generation request;
acquiring target configuration information returned by the terminal based on the target information configuration table;
and generating an electronic contract based on the target electronic contract template, target contract agreement content, the target order information and the target configuration information.
7. The server according to claim 6, wherein after the obtaining the target configuration information returned by the terminal based on the target information configuration table, the processor further implements the following steps when executing the computer program:
extracting target data corresponding to each preset field in the target configuration information;
and adding the target data corresponding to each preset field as an alternative of the preset field to a target information configuration table corresponding to the target configuration information.
8. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
