In one embodiment, generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after the picture replacement further comprises: acquiring an electronic file template and user information from a file acquisition request; searching a picture type associated with the electronic file template; searching a watermark picture matched with the picture type from a picture database according to the user information; searching a third occupation mark associated with the watermark picture from the electronic file template; and replacing the third occupation mark with a corresponding watermark picture, and generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement.
And the server acquires a file acquisition request sent by the user terminal, acquires a corresponding electronic file template from the file acquisition request, searches the picture type corresponding to the electronic file template, and the picture type can comprise a seal type, a file use label and the like. The server acquires the user information, extracts the user service information in the user information, and searches the watermark picture matched with the picture type from the picture database according to the user service information.
The watermark picture of the seal type can prove the effectiveness of the electronic file, and the electronic file with the electronic seal has the same appearance, the same effectiveness and a similar use mode as the paper file with the physical seal. The watermark picture of the file use marking type can mark the use of the current electronic file, prevents the abuse of the electronic file and improves the security of the electronic file. For example, an electronic seal associated with an electronic document template of the to-be-processed insurance code is a company official seal for proving the validity of an electronic document, and an associated use picture is a picture with a word such as 'the copying is only limited to handling vehicle violations, and the invalidation' is copied again.
Specifically, the server matches a third occupation mark associated with the watermark picture from the electronic file template, replaces the third occupation mark with the corresponding watermark picture, and generates the electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement.
Further, the sequence attribute of the third occupation mark associated with the watermark picture is obtained, and the watermark picture is sequentially added to the corresponding position in the electronic file template according to the sequence attribute.
In one embodiment, the filling order priority corresponding to the third placeholder mark of the watermark picture is lowest. Specifically, after the server replaces the third occupation mark in the electronic file template with the information picture generated by each assignment information, obtaining the watermark picture associated with the electronic file template, and adding the watermark picture to the corresponding position in the electronic file template to generate the electronic file. The validity of the electronic file added with the filling information is proved by watermarking the watermark picture.
In the embodiment, the electronic file is generated by adding the watermark picture to the electronic file template, so that the electronic file has legal efficacy, and in addition, the usage description picture can be added to the electronic file template, so that abuse of the electronic file is prevented, and the security of the electronic file is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided an electronic file generating apparatus including: template acquisition module 510, field acquisition module 520, list generation module 530, assignment information receiving module 540, and file generation module 550, wherein:
the template obtaining module 510 is configured to receive a file obtaining request, extract a service identifier from the file obtaining request, and find an electronic file template corresponding to the service identifier.
The field obtaining module 520 is configured to find a first placeholder in the electronic file template, and obtain a field associated with the first placeholder.
The list generating module 530 is configured to generate a to-be-filled information list according to the fields.
And the assignment information receiving module 540 is configured to receive assignment information about each field in the to-be-filled information list.
The file generating module 550 is configured to search the electronic file template for a second occupation mark that matches each assignment information, generate an information picture according to the assignment information, replace each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture, generate an electronic file according to the electronic file template after the picture replacement, and return the electronic file to the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the electronic file generating apparatus may further include:

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used to search for application data processing related data. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a search application data processing method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor that when executing the computer program performs the steps of: receiving a file acquisition request, extracting a service identifier from the file acquisition request, and searching an electronic file template corresponding to the service identifier; searching a first occupation mark in the electronic file template, and acquiring a field associated with the first occupation mark; generating a to-be-filled information list according to the field; receiving assignment information of each field in the information list to be filled; searching a second occupation mark matched with each assignment information from the electronic file template, generating an information picture according to the assignment information, replacing each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture, generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement, and returning the electronic file to the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the steps before the processor executes the computer program to find the first placeholder in the electronic file template and obtain the field associated with the first placeholder are further used to: acquiring a field to be filled in the electronic file template, and converting the field into a pinyin character; generating a first occupation mark according to the Pinyin character; and adding the first occupation mark to a position corresponding to the field in the electronic file template.
In one embodiment, the steps before the processor executes the computer program to find the first placeholder in the electronic file template and obtain the field associated with the first placeholder are further used to: acquiring the filling sequence of each field; generating a first occupation mark according to the filling sequence and the pinyin characters; and adding the first occupation mark to a position corresponding to the field in the electronic file template.
In one embodiment, the step of searching the second place holder matched with each assignment information from the electronic file template when the processor executes the computer program, generating an information picture according to the assignment information, and replacing each second place holder with a corresponding information picture is further used for: forming an array from each assignment information according to the filling sequence of each field; extracting the assignment information in the array in sequence and generating an information picture; and searching second occupation marks matched with the information pictures from the electronic file template, and replacing each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture.
In an embodiment, the step of generating the list of information to be filled in from the fields is further performed when the processor executes the computer program: acquiring user information from the file acquisition request; searching a matching field matched with the user information from the fields, and eliminating the matching field; and generating the information list to be filled in according to the fields remained after the elimination.
In one embodiment, when the processor executes the computer program, the step of generating the electronic file according to the electronic file template after the picture replacement is further performed: acquiring an electronic file template and user information from the file acquisition request; searching the picture type associated with the electronic file template; searching watermark pictures matched with the picture types from a picture database according to the user information; searching a third occupation mark associated with the watermark picture from the electronic file template; and replacing the third occupation mark with a corresponding watermark picture, and generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving a file acquisition request, extracting a service identifier from the file acquisition request, and searching an electronic file template corresponding to the service identifier; searching a first occupation mark in the electronic file template, and acquiring a field associated with the first occupation mark; generating a to-be-filled information list according to the field; receiving assignment information of each field in the information list to be filled; searching a second occupation mark matched with each assignment information from the electronic file template, generating an information picture according to the assignment information, replacing each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture, generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement, and returning the electronic file to the user terminal.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor performs the steps of looking up the first placeholder in the electronic file template and obtaining the field associated with the first placeholder further comprises: acquiring a field to be filled in the electronic file template, and converting the field into a pinyin character; generating a first occupation mark according to the Pinyin character; and adding the placeholder marks to the electronic file template at positions corresponding to the fields.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor performs the steps of looking up the first placeholder in the electronic file template and obtaining the field associated with the first placeholder further comprises: acquiring the filling sequence of each field; generating a first occupation mark according to the filling sequence and the pinyin characters; and adding the first occupation mark to a position corresponding to the field in the electronic file template.
In one embodiment, the step of searching the second place holder matched with each assignment information from the electronic file template and generating an information picture according to the assignment information when the computer program is executed by the processor, and replacing each second place holder with a corresponding information picture is further used for: forming an array from each assignment information according to the filling sequence of each field; extracting the assignment information in the array in sequence and generating an information picture; and searching second occupation marks matched with the information pictures from the electronic file template, and replacing each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture.
In an embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor is further adapted to: acquiring user information from the file acquisition request; searching a matching field matched with the user information from the fields, and eliminating the matching field; and generating the information list to be filled in according to the fields remained after the elimination.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor is further configured to implement the step of generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after the picture replacement: acquiring an electronic file template and user information from the file acquisition request; searching the picture type associated with the electronic file template; searching watermark pictures matched with the picture types from a picture database according to the user information; searching a third occupation mark associated with the watermark picture from the electronic file template; and replacing the third occupation mark with a corresponding watermark picture, and generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Claims (10)

1. A method of electronic document generation, the method comprising:
receiving a file acquisition request, extracting a service identifier from the file acquisition request, and searching an electronic file template corresponding to the service identifier;
searching a first occupation mark in the electronic file template, and acquiring a field associated with the first occupation mark;
acquiring user information from the file acquisition request, matching all fields associated with the first occupation mark according to the user information, removing successfully matched fields from the fields associated with the first occupation mark, and acquiring the occupation mark corresponding to the removed remaining fields to obtain a second occupation mark;
Generating a to-be-filled information list according to the field associated with the second occupation mark;
receiving assignment information of each field in the information list to be filled;
searching a second occupation mark matched with each assignment information from the electronic file template, generating an information picture according to the assignment information, replacing each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture, generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement, and returning the electronic file to the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the searching for the first placeholder in the electronic file template and obtaining the field associated with the first placeholder, further comprising:
acquiring a field to be filled in the electronic file template, and converting the field into a pinyin character;
generating a first occupation mark according to the Pinyin character;
and adding the first occupation mark to a position corresponding to the field in the electronic file template.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before the searching for the first placeholder in the electronic file template and obtaining the field associated with the first placeholder, further comprising:
Acquiring the filling sequence of each field;
generating a first occupation mark according to the filling sequence and the pinyin characters;
and adding the first occupation mark to a position corresponding to the field in the electronic file template.

The method of claim 3, wherein the searching for the second placeholder from the electronic file template that matches each of the assignment information, generating an information picture based on the assignment information, and replacing each of the second placeholder with a corresponding information picture comprises:
forming an array from each assignment information according to the filling sequence of each field;
extracting the assignment information in the array in sequence and generating an information picture;
and searching second occupation marks matched with the information pictures from the electronic file template, and replacing each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating the to-be-filled information list from the field comprises:
acquiring user information from the file acquisition request;
searching a matching field matched with the user information from the fields, and eliminating the matching field;
And generating the information list to be filled in according to the fields remained after the elimination.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the electronic document from the picture-replaced electronic document template comprises:
acquiring an electronic file template and user information from the file acquisition request;
searching the picture type associated with the electronic file template;
searching watermark pictures matched with the picture types from a picture database according to the user information;
searching a third occupation mark associated with the watermark picture from the electronic file template;
and replacing the third occupation mark with a corresponding watermark picture, and generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after picture replacement.
7. An electronic document generation device, the device comprising:
the template acquisition module is used for receiving a file acquisition request, extracting a service identifier from the file acquisition request, and searching an electronic file template corresponding to the service identifier;
the field acquisition module is used for searching a first occupation mark in the electronic file template, acquiring a field associated with the first occupation mark, acquiring user information from the file acquisition request, matching all the fields associated with the first occupation mark according to the user information, removing the successfully matched fields from the fields associated with the first occupation mark, and acquiring the occupation mark corresponding to the removed remaining fields to obtain a second occupation mark;
The list generation module is used for generating a to-be-filled information list according to the fields associated with the second occupation mark;
the assignment information receiving module is used for receiving assignment information of each field in the information list to be filled;
the file generation module is used for searching a second occupation mark matched with each assignment information from the electronic file template, generating an information picture according to the assignment information, replacing each second occupation mark with a corresponding information picture, generating an electronic file according to the electronic file template after the picture replacement, and returning the electronic file to the user terminal.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the pinyin character conversion module is used for obtaining the fields to be filled in the electronic file template and converting the fields into pinyin characters;
the first mark generation module is used for generating a first occupation mark according to the Pinyin character;
and the first mark adding module is used for adding the first occupation mark to the position corresponding to the field in the electronic file template.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
