Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, the electronic protocol matching method provided by the present application can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. Specifically, the server 104 obtains a protocol signing request sent by the terminal 102, the protocol signing request includes service scenario information, the service scenario information is information representing a specific service link to which a protocol belongs, the server 104 matches a corresponding target protocol party according to the service scenario information, the server 104 matches a corresponding target protocol template according to the service scenario information, the target protocol party and pre-configured mapping relationship information, and the server 104 returns the target protocol template to the terminal 102, so that the terminal 102 displays the target protocol template in a display interface. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and the server 104 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an electronic protocol matching method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the server in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S202: acquiring a protocol signing request sent by a terminal; the agreement signing request comprises service scene information, and the service scene information is information representing a specific service link to which the agreement belongs.
The protocol signing request is a request for electronic protocol signing application sent by the terminal. The agreement signing request can comprise business scenario information, and the business scenario information is information representing a specific business link to which the agreement belongs. For example, in the loan service, the service scenario may include different service scenarios such as credit agreement service scenario, loan agreement service scenario, and payment agreement signing service scenario.
Illustratively, the protocol signing request may further include at least one of user characteristic information, user location information, software application information used by the user, protocol type information. The user feature information may include user name information, user ID (identity) information, user credit information, and signed agreement information of the user. The protocol type information may be set according to user characteristic information, for example, users with different credit may correspond to different types of payment protocols.
Step S204: and matching the corresponding target agreement party according to the agreement signing request.
The target protocol party refers to a protocol party matched with the protocol signing request sent by the terminal, namely, a party which is obtained by matching and can provide an issuing protocol of the electronic protocol service suitable for the request of the protocol signing request party. For example, in a lending business, a principal who issues an agreement and is able to fund an agreement signing requester may be considered a principal.
Specifically, different agreement signing requests can correspond to different agreement parties, and because the agreement signing services which can be provided by different agreement parties for the user are different, the agreement parties which meet the agreement signing service requested by the user can be screened out according to the agreement signing requests.
Illustratively, the filtering of the target agreement party may be performed comprehensively according to various types of related information included in the agreement signing request, for example, in combination with service scenario information selected by the user, user location information, software application information applicable by the user, a service type to which the request belongs, and protocol type information.
For example, according to the user location information, the optimal agreement party closest to the location of the city, region, etc. where the user is located may be matched for the user as the target agreement party among a plurality of agreement parties conforming to the agreement signing service requested by the user.
Step S206: and matching the corresponding target protocol template according to the service scene information, the target protocol party and the pre-configured mapping relation information.
The mapping relationship information may represent mapping relationship between a service scene, a protocol party, and a protocol template, and further may represent mapping relationship between information such as a service scene, a protocol party, an applicable APP (Application), a protocol type, and a protocol template. The target protocol template is a protocol template which has a mapping relation with the acquired service scene information and the target protocol party.
For example, the mapping relationship information may be configured in advance through a rule configuration interface, which may be referred to as fig. 3, where fig. 3 illustrates a simple schematic diagram of the rule configuration interface in one embodiment. Specifically, the user may select a service scenario through the rule configuration interface, further select an APP, a protocol party, a protocol type (for example, the loan service may include information about a fund packet, product information, and the like), and information about a corresponding protocol template (for example, information about a template name, a template number, and the like), click a new rule button after configuration is completed, and the server generates a mapping relationship between configuration items in response to the configuration of the user.
Step S208: and returning the target protocol template to the terminal so that the terminal displays the target protocol template in the display interface.
Specifically, the server sends the target protocol template obtained through matching to the terminal, and the terminal receives the target protocol template matched with the server. More specifically, the server can render the target protocol template through a rendering engine, so that the terminal is shown on the display interface in the form of an H5 page and the like.
In the electronic protocol matching method, the server responds to the protocol signing request of the terminal, dynamically matches the appropriate target protocol party, dynamically matches the target protocol template applicable to the target protocol party and the service scene based on the preset mapping relation, the matched target protocol party and the service scene information in the protocol signing request, and returns the target protocol template to the terminal sending the protocol signing request. By adopting the scheme, on one hand, a user of the terminal only needs to select a desired service scene, the back-end server can sign the template for the matched protocol party and protocol, and the user does not need to log in a plurality of clients respectively for applying, so that the flexibility of protocol signing is improved; on the other hand, the back-end server does not need to call the interfaces of a plurality of electronic protocol signing systems respectively, and can accurately and quickly realize the dynamic matching of the protocol signing request and the protocol template only according to the preset mapping relation, thereby not only improving the efficiency of protocol signing, but also improving the management efficiency of the whole life cycle of the electronic protocol by the uniform system interface and the adaptation of a plurality of service scenes.
In one embodiment, matching a corresponding target agreement party according to an agreement signing request comprises: matching a corresponding agreement party list according to the agreement signing request; returning the protocol party list to the terminal for displaying; and receiving a protocol party selection instruction sent by the terminal, and determining a target protocol party from a plurality of protocol parties in the protocol party list according to the protocol party selection instruction.
In this embodiment, an agreement provider suitable for signing an electronic agreement with the agreement signing requester can be matched as the target agreement party according to any combination of one or more of the relevant information in the agreement signing request, for example, business scenario information, user characteristic information, user location information, software application information used by the user, and agreement type information. When a plurality of protocol parties are matched, a protocol party list can be generated in a list form, the protocol party list is returned to the terminal for the user to select, the user can select the protocol party which is expected to cooperate based on the terminal and submit the protocol party to the server, and the server determines one protocol party as a target protocol party from the protocol party list according to a protocol party selection instruction submitted by the user. According to the embodiment, when a plurality of protocol parties are obtained through dynamic matching, the user can be further supported to autonomously select operation, so that the matching accuracy of the protocol parties is improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: receiving a protocol preview instruction sent by a terminal; performing parameter rendering on a blank column of a target protocol template according to a protocol preview instruction; and returning the target protocol template after the parameter rendering to the terminal for displaying.
In this embodiment, the server may further respond to a protocol preview instruction sent by the terminal to obtain user characteristic information of the terminal user, for example, a user name, user identity information, user social relationship information, and the like, and map and render the obtained information as a parameter of the target protocol template into a corresponding blank column in the target protocol template, generate a protocol after rendering the parameter, and display the protocol after rendering the parameter on a terminal display interface.
In the embodiment, the user can clearly and quickly know the signing mode of the electronic protocol, the parameters to be filled and the like according to the protocol after the parameter rendering displayed on the terminal display interface, and the user can conveniently check the parameters, so that the efficiency of signing the protocol is improved.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: receiving a protocol generation instruction sent by a terminal; according to protocol parameter information in the protocol generation instruction, mapping each protocol parameter information to a corresponding blank column in a target protocol template respectively to generate a protocol to be authenticated; acquiring electronic signature information authenticated by an electronic signature provider; and generating an authenticated electronic protocol according to the protocol to be authenticated and the electronic signature information.
In this embodiment, a user may also trigger a protocol generation instruction through a terminal, where the protocol generation instruction may include protocol parameter information, where the protocol parameter information refers to parameter information that needs to be filled by the user in a blank column in a target protocol template, and the server receives and sends the protocol generation instruction in response to the terminal, acquires the protocol parameter information included in the protocol generation instruction, and maps the protocol parameter information to the blank column in the target protocol template, for example, maps the user name information to a corresponding blank column in the target protocol template that needs to be filled with the user name, and so on. And after all the protocol parameter information is mapped, rendering to generate the protocol to be authenticated with complete parameters. The protocol to be authenticated refers to a protocol which has not been authenticated by a valid signature, electronic seal, or the like.
Further, the server can obtain the electronic signature information authenticated by the authorized electronic signature supplier and add the electronic signature information to the protocol to be authenticated, so that an adaptive protocol signing requester and a protocol party are generated, and the electronic protocol with effective capability is realized, and the full life cycle management from matching and showing to authentication of the electronic protocol is realized.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, another electronic protocol matching method is provided, which is exemplified by the application of the method to the terminal in fig. 4, and may include the following steps:
step S402: responding to the input service scene information, and generating a protocol signing request according to the service scene information; the service scene information is information representing a specific service link to which the protocol belongs.
In this step, the terminal responds to the service scenario information input by the user, and generates a protocol signing request according to the service scenario information.
Step S404: and sending the protocol signing request to a server so that the server matches a corresponding target protocol party according to the service scene information in the protocol signing request, and matches a corresponding target protocol template according to the service scene information and the target protocol party.
In this step, the terminal sends the generated protocol signing request to a server at the back end, and the server dynamically matches a target protocol party according to the protocol signing request after receiving the protocol signing request, and matches a corresponding target protocol template for a service scene requested in the protocol signing request and the matched target protocol party based on a preset mapping relation.
Step S406: and receiving a target protocol template returned by the server, and displaying the target protocol template in a display interface.
In the step, the terminal receives the target protocol template matched by the server and displays the target protocol template in a display interface for a user to sign.
In the following, referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with an application example, fig. 5 shows an interaction diagram of a terminal and a server in a protocol application phase of a loan-aid service in an application example. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
1. the end user enters the incoming page and makes a protocol signing request.
2. And the incoming system in the back-end server cluster receives the agreement signing request and calls the wind control system to match a corresponding target fund party (target agreement party) for the user according to the credit investigation of the user.
3. And the wind control system returns the matched target fund party to the terminal for the user to confirm.
4. And the terminal assembles the service scene selected by the user, the target fund party returned by the wind control system and other information, and sends a credit investigation protocol query instruction to a protocol management system in the back-end server cluster.
5. And the protocol management system receives information of a service scene, a target fund party and the like, and matches a corresponding target protocol template according to a mapping relation among the service scene, the protocol party and the protocol template which are configured in advance.
6. And rendering the screened target protocol template by the protocol management system to generate an H5 page.
7. And the protocol management system returns the H5 page rendered by the target protocol template to the terminal for displaying.
8. And triggering a protocol preview instruction by a terminal user, and sending the protocol preview instruction to the protocol management system by the terminal.
9. The protocol management system receives the protocol preview instruction, acquires user characteristic information, respectively and correspondingly maps various user characteristic information serving as protocol parameters to blank columns of the target protocol template, and performs parameter rendering on the mapped target protocol template.
10. And the terminal displays the target protocol template after the parameter rendering on a display interface.
Referring to fig. 6 in conjunction with an application example, fig. 6 shows an interaction diagram of a terminal and a server in an agreement generation phase of a loan-aid service in an application example. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
a. after previewing the protocol, the terminal user can trigger a protocol generation instruction for confirming the generation protocol, and the terminal sends the instruction to the incoming system.
b. And assembling the protocol parameters by the parts feeding system, and forwarding the protocol generation instruction to the protocol management system.
c. The protocol management system extracts protocol parameter information.
