During the synchronous updating of the management authority transfer, an administrator of the enterprise mailbox can select and confirm a transferee of any next administrator in the enterprise mailbox address book in a mode of acquiring the enterprise mailbox address book from the enterprise mailbox background address book service side, and therefore the mailbox number of the transferee is sent to the server so as to be used for the server to replace and update the mailbox number of the administrator.
Furthermore, after the client of the "enterprise mailbox" receives the prompt of successful update of the management authority fed back by the server 120 on the terminal side, a request can be further generated and sent to the background server of the "enterprise WeChat" through an application isolation layer (Broker), so as to instruct the background server of the "enterprise WeChat" to update the management authority at the same time.

As shown in fig. 10, in an embodiment, there is provided a management authority transfer synchronous updating apparatus 1000, where the apparatus 1000 may be disposed in a management authority transfer synchronous updating system, and is configured to execute the management authority transfer synchronous updating method, where the management authority transfer synchronous updating apparatus 1000 specifically includes: a request acquisition module 1002, and information determination modules 1004 and 1006, wherein:
a request obtaining module 1002, configured to obtain a management authority transfer request of a first communication application;
an information determining module 1004, configured to determine management authority transfer information of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request, and determine a second communication application associated with the first communication application;
and an authority updating module 1006, configured to update the management authority of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer information, and perform synchronous update on the management authority of the second communication application.
In one embodiment, the request obtaining module 1002 is further configured to obtain an authority transfer trigger instruction generated by operating the first communication application by the reference user; acquiring identity information of the reference user according to the authority transfer triggering instruction; verifying the identity information of the reference user through preset initial administrator identity information; and if the identity information of the reference user is matched with the identity information of the initial administrator, generating a management authority transfer request of the first communication application.
In one embodiment, the request obtaining module 1002 is further configured to generate an information verification two-dimensional code according to the authority transfer triggering instruction; sending the information verification two-dimensional code to the first communication application for displaying; and receiving the information transmitted after the information verification two-dimensional code is scanned, and taking the information as the identity information of the reference user.
In an embodiment, the information determining module 1004 is further configured to obtain a pre-stored administrator list of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request; sending the pre-stored administrator list to the first communication application, so that the first communication application can determine a target administrator according to the pre-stored administrator list; receiving a target administrator fed back by the first communication application; the target administrator selects a trigger operation according to a preset initial administrator in a pre-stored candidate management list to determine; and determining the target administrator as management authority transfer information of the first communication application.
In an embodiment, the information determining module 1004 is further configured to obtain a pre-stored associated application of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request; determining the administrator account of the pre-stored associated application to obtain at least one effective administrator; and determining the prestored associated application of the effective administrator matched with the initial administrator as the second communication application associated with the first communication application.
In one embodiment, the authority updating module 1006 is configured to extract a target administrator in the management authority transfer information, and determine an initial administrator of the first communication application and an effective administrator of the second communication application; replacing an initial administrator of the first communication application and an active administrator of the second communication application with the target administrator so as to synchronously update the management authorities of the first communication application and the second communication application.
In one embodiment, the request obtaining module 1002 is further configured to obtain, through a proxy server and/or through a gateway interface, a management authority transfer request of the first communication application.
In this embodiment, by obtaining the card configuration file, and by obtaining the management authority assignment request of the first communication application, the management authority assignment information is determined by analysis, and the second communication application associated with the first communication application is determined, so that the authority update is performed on the management authorities of the first communication application and the second communication application according to the management authority assignment information. By adopting the method, the management authority transfer of the first communication application can be realized to optimize the function of the first communication application, and the management authority of the second communication application associated with the first communication application can be synchronously updated when the management authority transfer of the first communication application is updated, so that manpower and material resources are saved, and the user requirements are more effectively met.
In one embodiment, the management authority transfer synchronous updating apparatus provided in the present application may be implemented in the form of a computer program, and the computer program may be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 2. The memory of the computer device may store various program modules constituting the management authority transfer synchronization updating apparatus, such as a request acquisition module 1002, an information determination module 1004, and an authority updating module 1006 shown in fig. 10. The computer program constituted by the respective program modules causes the processor to execute the steps in the management authority transfer synchronization update method according to the respective embodiments of the present application described in the present specification.
For example, the computer device shown in fig. 2 may execute step S302 by the request acquisition module 1002 in the management authority transfer synchronous update apparatus shown in fig. 10, the computer device may execute step S304 by the information determination module 1004, and the computer device may execute step S306 by the authority update module 1006.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the management authority transfer synchronization update method described above. Here, the steps of the management authority transfer synchronization update method may be steps in the management authority transfer synchronization update method of each of the above embodiments.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to execute the steps of the management authority transfer synchronization update method described above. Here, the steps of the management authority transfer synchronization update method may be steps in the management authority transfer synchronization update method of each of the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (16)

1. A management authority transfer synchronous updating method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a management authority transfer request of a first communication application; the management authority transfer request refers to a request for synchronously updating the management authorities of the first communication application and the second communication application;
determining management authority transfer information of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request, and determining a second communication application associated with the first communication application; the second communication application refers to a communication application which needs to be updated synchronously with the management authority of the first communication application; the management authority transfer information comprises management authority to be updated;
and updating the current management authority of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer information, and synchronously updating the current management authority of the second communication application.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the management authority transfer request of the first communication application comprises:
acquiring an authority transfer trigger instruction generated by operating a first communication application by a reference user;
acquiring identity information of the reference user according to the authority transfer triggering instruction;
verifying the identity information of the reference user through preset initial administrator identity information;
and if the identity information of the reference user is matched with the identity information of the initial administrator, generating a management authority transfer request of the first communication application.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining identity information of the reference user according to the permission transfer triggering instruction comprises:
generating an information verification two-dimensional code according to the authority transfer triggering instruction;
sending the information verification two-dimensional code to the first communication application for display;
and receiving the information transmitted after the information verification two-dimensional code is scanned, and taking the information as the identity information of the reference user.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining management authority transfer information of the first communication application and determining a second communication application associated with the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request comprises:
acquiring a pre-stored administrator list of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request;
sending the pre-stored administrator list to the first communication application, so that the first communication application can determine a target administrator according to the pre-stored administrator list;
receiving a target administrator fed back by the first communication application; the target administrator selects a trigger operation according to a preset initial administrator in a pre-stored candidate management list to determine;
and determining the target administrator as management authority transfer information of the first communication application.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring prestored associated application of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request;
determining the administrator account numbers of the prestored associated applications to obtain at least one effective administrator;
and determining the prestored associated application of the effective administrator matched with the initial administrator as the second communication application associated with the first communication application.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the updating the current management authority of the first communication application and the synchronous updating of the current management authority of the second communication application according to the management authority transfer information comprises:
extracting a target administrator in the management authority transfer information, and determining an initial administrator of the first communication application and an effective administrator of the second communication application;
replacing the initial administrator of the first communication application and the effective administrator of the second communication application with the target administrator so as to synchronously update the current management authority of the first communication application and the current management authority of the second communication application.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the management authority transfer request of the first communication application comprises:
and acquiring the management authority transfer request of the first communication application through a proxy server and/or a gateway interface.
8. A management authority transfer synchronization update apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring a management authority transfer request of the first communication application; the management authority transfer request refers to a request for synchronously updating the management authorities of the first communication application and the second communication application;
the information determining module is used for determining management authority transfer information of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request and determining a second communication application related to the first communication application; the second communication application refers to a communication application which needs to be updated synchronously with the management authority of the first communication application; the management authority transfer information comprises management authority to be updated;
and the authority updating module is used for updating the current management authority of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer information and synchronously updating the current management authority of the second communication application.

The device according to claim 8, wherein the request obtaining module is further configured to obtain an authority transfer triggering instruction generated by referring to a user operating the first communication application; acquiring identity information of the reference user according to the authority transfer triggering instruction; verifying the identity information of the reference user through the preset initial administrator identity information; and if the identity information of the reference user is matched with the identity information of the initial administrator, generating a management authority transfer request of the first communication application.
10. The device according to claim 9, wherein the request acquisition module is further configured to generate an information verification two-dimensional code according to the authority transfer trigger instruction; sending the information verification two-dimensional code to the first communication application for displaying; and receiving the information transmitted after the information verification two-dimensional code is scanned, and using the information as the identity information of the reference user.

The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the information determining module is further configured to obtain a pre-stored administrator list of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request; sending the pre-stored administrator list to the first communication application, so that the first communication application can determine a target administrator according to the pre-stored administrator list; receiving a target administrator fed back by the first communication application; the target administrator selects a trigger operation according to a preset initial administrator in a pre-stored candidate management list to determine; and determining the target administrator as management authority transfer information of the first communication application.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the information determining module is further configured to obtain a pre-stored associated application of the first communication application according to the management authority transfer request; determining the administrator account of the pre-stored associated application to obtain at least one effective administrator; and determining the prestored associated application of the effective administrator matched with the initial administrator as the second communication application associated with the first communication application.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the authority updating module is further configured to extract a target administrator in the management authority transfer information, and determine an initial administrator of the first communication application and an active administrator of the second communication application; replacing the initial administrator of the first communication application and the effective administrator of the second communication application with the target administrator so as to synchronously update the current management authority of the first communication application and the current management authority of the second communication application.
14. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the request obtaining module is further configured to obtain the management authority transfer request of the first communication application through a proxy server and/or through a gateway interface.
15. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
16. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
