Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As a business company develops a cooperative business with a plurality of partners, instant messages that need to be notified to the partners in time are increasing. For example, the insurance company cooperates with the wechat platform or the payment platform to push insurance services on the interface of the wechat or the payment platform. The insurance company needs to communicate information with the WeChat platform or the Paibao platform aiming at each specific service related to the insurance service, and the existing information communication mode is realized through a short message management system provided by the insurance company.
The information customization sending method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1, wherein a client communicates with a service server of a service company through a network. The client includes, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The service server can be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an information customizing and sending method is provided, which is described by taking an example that the method is applied to the business server in fig. 1, where a partner is a platform that cooperates with a business company to provide business services for a user, for example, the partner includes, but is not limited to, a platform that is commonly used by users, such as a wechat platform or a pay platform. The service server is embedded into a short message management system and used for realizing the customized information sending method, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s10, a login authentication request is obtained, wherein the login authentication request comprises a target cooperation service ID, a cooperation login ID and a login authentication code.
The login authentication request is a request for the partner administrator to log in the service server through the client to apply for the identity of the authenticated partner. The client performs information interaction with the service server through the network as shown in fig. 1, so that the partner administrator inputs a cooperation login ID and a login verification code through a login interface provided by the client. In this embodiment, the partner administrator may be an administrator of the WeChat platform or an administrator of the Paibao platform.
The cooperation service ID (identification code) is a unique identifier assigned by the service server to different cooperation services for differentiating the cooperation services. The cooperation service is a business between a business company and a partner, for example, the cooperation service includes a product promotion service or a product research service. For example, the cooperation service ID of the related product promotion service may be TG001, TG002, or the like, and the related product research service ID may be DY001, DY002, or the like.
The cooperative login ID is a unique identifier used by the server to identify the partner administrator, for example, the cooperative login ID of the wechat platform administrator may be WX001, WX002, etc., and the cooperative login ID of the paypal platform administrator may be ZFB001, ZFB002, etc.
The login verification code is a target login password which is input into the service server by the partner administrator and corresponds to the partner login ID, so that the service server can verify the login identity of the partner administrator. The implementation process for verifying the authenticity of the identity of the partner administrator comprises the following steps: and comparing whether the login verification code input by the partner administrator corresponding to the same cooperation login ID is consistent with the registration login password prestored in the database. If the identity of the partner administrator is consistent with the identity of the partner administrator, the identity authentication can be passed through the login authentication request.
In this step, when the service server obtains the login authentication request, the service server may obtain the target cooperation service ID, the cooperation login ID, and the login authentication code included in the login authentication request. The service server can authenticate the identity of the partner administrator according to the obtained cooperation login ID and the login verification code so as to provide the service corresponding to the target cooperation service ID.
S20, the login verification request is verified according to the cooperation login ID and the login verification code, if the verification is passed, an information customization interface corresponding to the cooperation login ID is pushed, an information template corresponding to the target cooperation service ID is displayed on the information customization interface, and an address bar to be pushed and an information bar to be pushed are configured on the information template.
The information customizing interface is a background interface which can select corresponding service notification information according to the requirement of the cooperation service. Further, how to select the corresponding service notification information is realized by embedding an information template in an information customization interface. Preferably, the information customization interface can also set corresponding meeting interface design and the like for different partners (distinguished by cooperation login IDs).
For example, the service server displays the implementation process of the information customization interface: after a WeChat platform administrator logs in a business server by taking W5001 as a cooperative login ID and passes verification, an information template corresponding to W5001 is displayed at the center of an information customization interface displayed by the business server, characters such as LOGO of a business company and login of a welcome WeChat administrator are displayed at the top of the interface, login time is displayed at the bottom of the interface, keys for sharing the page content are displayed at the bottom of the interface, and the like.
The information template is a template of the customized column set according to the cooperative business requirement, and the customized column can be added or deleted according to the cooperative business requirement. For example, at least two columns of an information column to be pushed and an address column to be pushed are provided for the requirement of sending the product promotion service. The information bar to be pushed can select or directly input a target cooperation service ID corresponding to the product promotion service; the address bar to be pushed is used for selecting the mobile phone number of the push user for receiving the information and the like. Preferably, an additional column or a signature column can be added to the information template according to the cooperative service requirement.
It is understood that the address bar to be pushed is a position for inputting an address to be pushed, and the address to be pushed is a unique identifier of electronic format information which can be received by a user, including but not limited to a mobile phone number or a micro-signal code.
And the information column to be pushed is used for selecting or directly inputting the target cooperation service ID and displaying the position of the target cooperation service ID corresponding to the information to be pushed, and the information to be pushed is the corresponding cooperation service information pre-recorded into the database according to the target cooperation service ID. Furthermore, the cooperation service information is pre-recorded according to the target cooperation service ID, so that the information consistency when the same target cooperation service ID is sent to different receivers can be kept, and the later maintenance of the cooperation service information corresponding to the target cooperation service ID is facilitated. Preferably, the partner administrator selects the target cooperation service ID in the information bar to be pushed, so that the cooperation service information to be pushed can be determined, the information customization speed is increased, and the cooperation service information does not need to be input and edited on site.
In the step, after the login verification request sent by the partner administrator through the client passes, the service server displays a corresponding information customization interface based on the cooperation login ID, so that the safety of the short message management system can be guaranteed, and the pertinence of the customized push information is improved; the address bar to be pushed and the information bar to be pushed are configured on the information template, so that a partner manager can conveniently customize the pushed information according to business requirements, and the time for inputting and editing the information to be pushed on site is reduced.
And S30, acquiring target push information according to the information bar to be pushed, and acquiring at least one receiver address based on the address bar to be pushed.
The target push information is the content which is determined to be pushed from the information bar to be pushed by the partner administrator according to the sending requirement of the information. Specifically, the manner of determining the push content includes, but is not limited to, selecting a target cooperation service ID recommended by the to-be-pushed information bar, directly inputting the target cooperation service ID or directly inputting the to-be-pushed information, and the like. The information bar to be pushed displays the target cooperation service ID, including but not limited to the following list, a selected circle mode, or a sorted display according to the number of times of the target cooperation service ID selected most historically, etc.
Furthermore, the information bar to be pushed is in an editable mode, so that a partner administrator can conveniently perform secondary editing on the cooperation service information after determining the cooperation service information according to the target cooperation service ID, and the cooperation service information is suitable for different application scenes.
The address of the receiver is the address of the receiver receiving the target push message, for example, for a short message, the address of the receiver is the mobile phone number of the receiver.
Specifically, the service server obtains a list of addresses to be pushed corresponding to each partner in advance, and stores the list and the partner login ID in a database in an associated manner. When a partner administrator logs in a service server through a cooperation login ID, the service server acquires a corresponding address list to be pushed based on the cooperation login ID so as to push at least one address to be pushed on the address list to be pushed in an address bar to be pushed.
Further, the implementation manner of pushing at least one address to be pushed in the address bar to be pushed includes but is not limited to: and searching a receiver address with the keyword in the address list to be pushed according to the keyword input by the partner administrator, pushing the receiver address, or displaying 26 first letters of the address to be pushed. Similarly, the address bar to be pushed is also in an editable mode, so that the partner administrator can add a new address to be pushed which is not in the address list to be pushed by himself.
In the step, the business server configures the target push information to an information column to be pushed, and pre-configures the address of the receiving party to an address column to be pushed, so that a partner administrator can select the target push information according to the actual business requirements without manual input, and the time for customizing and sending the information is saved.
And S40, sending the target push information to a client corresponding to at least one receiver address.
Specifically, the sending of the target push information to at least one receiver address is that the service server interfaces with a communication gateway provided by a communication operator, such as a mobile, telecommunication, Unicom or Internet company, so as to realize the batch sending of the information to be pushed. And the service server sends the content of the information bar to be pushed and the address of the address bar to be pushed to the communication gateway. The service server opens a plurality of ports to work simultaneously based on the communication gateway, and can quickly send the information to be pushed to a plurality of target receiving addresses.
In this step, the target push message can be sent to multiple receiver addresses at one time, so that the time for sending messages one by one is saved.
The information customization sending method provided by the embodiment of the invention improves the pertinence of information pushing by pushing the information customization interface and the information template corresponding to the cooperation login ID to different cooperators; corresponding information push contents are obtained through the address bar to be pushed and the information bar to be pushed which are configured on the information template, target push information can be generated quickly, sending of the target push information is achieved, time and cost for manually completing the information template are reduced, and office automation is further improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before step S10, that is, before the step of obtaining the login authentication request, the method for sending customized information further includes:
s11, obtaining an information template corresponding to at least one cooperative service.
The information template is set according to the requirement of the cooperation service, and the personalized template of the customized column can be added or deleted. For example, at least two columns, an information column to be pushed and an address column to be pushed, need to be set for the requirement of sending a product promotion service.
Because there are many kinds of cooperation services, the requirements of each kind of cooperation service are different, and it is difficult to uniformly set the same information template. In this embodiment, the server needs to generate different corresponding information templates in advance according to different cooperative services. For example, for a product research service, a product introduction accessory needs to be sent, that is, an add-accessory column needs to be added to the information template, so that a partner administrator can add a corresponding product introduction accessory from the add-accessory column. Furthermore, each time a cooperation service is added to a service company, the service server can generate a corresponding information template according to the requirement of the cooperation service, so that a partner administrator can call the information template in real time when logging in through a cooperation login ID, and the corresponding push information does not need to be edited on site.
The cooperative business is a business between a business company and a partner, such as insurance generation business, real-time claim settlement business, cash to account business, product promotion business, product research business and the like.
Specifically, the process of generating the information template includes: acquiring columns prestored with all cooperative service requirements; selecting corresponding columns based on the requirements of the cooperative service; and automatically generating an information template corresponding to the cooperation service. Further, if no new column corresponding to the requirement of the cooperation service is prestored in the database, the new column can be added and called in the database, or the corresponding new column can be directly added after the information template corresponding to the cooperation service is generated.
In this step, the service server prestores the information template corresponding to the cooperation service in the database, and can flexibly customize columns on the template, so that a partner administrator can directly add information to be pushed related to the cooperation service to the columns on the information template, which is beneficial to quickly generating the information to be pushed, and the format consistency of the pushed information is maintained for the same cooperation service.
And S12, storing the preset cooperation service ID of each cooperation service in association with the information template.
Specifically, a preset cooperation service ID and an information template corresponding to the cooperation service are obtained and stored in a database in a correlated manner, that is, a one-to-one correspondence relationship between the preset cooperation service ID and the information template is formed, so that the corresponding information template can be obtained based on the preset cooperation service ID in a subsequent query.
In this step, the service server stores the preset cooperation service ID and the information template in association, so that the subsequent service server can call the associated information template according to the preset cooperation service ID, and a partner administrator can select the required push content on the information template in real time.
And S13, storing each preset cooperation service ID and at least one cooperation login ID in an associated mode.
Specifically, the service cooperation directly developed by the service company and the partner may be multiple, that is, each cooperation login ID may correspond to multiple preset cooperation service IDs. In order to directly select service information for the cooperation service targeted by the information when a subsequent partner administrator logs in a service server, the cooperation login ID and the corresponding preset cooperation service ID need to be stored in an associated manner in advance.
In this embodiment, the service server associates and stores the preset cooperation service ID of each cooperation service with the information template in advance, and associates and stores each preset cooperation service ID with at least one cooperation login ID, so that a corresponding relationship between the cooperation login ID and the information template is finally formed, and when a partner associate logs in the service server, a corresponding information customization interface can be displayed conveniently, thereby improving the automation speed of information customization.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in step S20, verifying the login verification request according to the cooperation login ID and the login verification code, and if the verification is passed, pushing the information customization interface corresponding to the cooperation login ID includes:
and S21, acquiring a pre-stored registration login password according to the cooperation login ID.
Specifically, the service server sets a partner login ID and a registration login password for each partner. The partner ID is a unique name identifier for distinguishing different partners, and the registration login password is a verification code corresponding to the partner ID one to one for performing identity verification. The service server stores the association in a database.
In this step, the service server may correspondingly find the unique corresponding login password in the database through the partner ID sent by the client, so that the partner administrator may perform the authentication when logging in the service server through the partner ID.
And S22, if the login verification code is consistent with the login password, the verification is passed, and an information customization interface corresponding to the cooperation login ID is pushed.
The information customizing interface is a background interface which can select corresponding service notification information according to the requirement of the cooperative service. For example, the service server displays the implementation process of the information customization interface: after the WeChat platform administrator logs in the service server by taking W5001 as a cooperative login ID and passes verification, characters such as LOGO of a service company and welcome login of the WeChat platform administrator are displayed on the top of the interface, login time is displayed on the bottom of the interface, and keys for sharing the page content are displayed on the bottom of the interface.
In this step, the service server determines whether to pass the login authentication request of the partner login ID by comparing the login authentication code with the registration login password. It can be understood that, when the login verification code is consistent with the login password, the service server considers that the identity of the partner administrator is true, and can pass the verification and provide a corresponding information customization interface to embed the information template to customize the information to be pushed.
In this embodiment, the service server provides the corresponding information customization interface only after the verification of the cooperation login ID and the login verification code is passed, so as to maintain the information security of the service server.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, in step S30, that is, acquiring the target push information according to the information bar to be pushed, the method includes the following steps:
s31, displaying at least one piece of information to be pushed in the information column to be pushed based on a preset rule.
The preset rule is a display sequence of the information to be pushed, which is set by the service server according to the actual situation of the cooperation service. For example, the service server may display the information to be pushed according to the historical reference frequency of the cooperation service, the adding time of the cooperation service, the editing time of the cooperation service, or the historical reference record of the cooperation service by inputting the sorting instruction. The information to be pushed is specific service information related to the cooperative service, for example, for the cooperative service for confirming the purchase of insurance, the information to be pushed includes an insurance contract and confirmation purchase information.
In the step, the information to be pushed can be displayed on the information bar to be pushed through the preset rules and the sequencing instructions, so that a partner administrator can conveniently and quickly select the information to be pushed, and the processing speed of generating the target pushing information is increased.
And S32, acquiring an information selection instruction, and acquiring target push information from at least one piece of information to be pushed according to the information selection instruction.
The information selection instruction is an instruction for a partner administrator to select specified target push information in a list of information to be pushed based on a target cooperation service ID aimed at by the login verification request and send the target push information to a service server. The target push information is the target push information selected and designated in the list of information to be pushed.
Specifically, the service server obtains the information selection instruction, that is, obtains the target cooperation service ID, and can search the corresponding service push information in the database according to the target cooperation service ID. And the service server pushes the service push information to an information column to be pushed to form target push information.
In this embodiment, the service server displays a plurality of pieces of information to be pushed to the partner administrator for selection, and receives an information selection instruction sent by the partner administrator, so as to accelerate the speed of acquiring and generating the target push information.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, before step S30, that is, before the step of obtaining at least one recipient address based on the address bar to be pushed, the method for sending customized information further includes the following steps:
s33, obtaining a user list corresponding to the target cooperation service ID, wherein the user list comprises at least one user address.
The user list is corresponding to each target cooperation service ID, and the user list actually related to the cooperation service, for example, the user list corresponding to the policy generation service is a user list for purchasing all insurance policies and generating policies. Further, the user list can be uploaded to a database of the service server in a manner of corresponding to the target cooperation service ID through the address book plug-in, so that the service server can subsequently obtain the corresponding user list based on the target cooperation service ID.
The user address is an address, such as a mobile phone number, corresponding to the user for receiving the information. The user address is entered by the user when the service company server is pre-registered.
Specifically, the service server can obtain the corresponding user list from the database through the target cooperation service ID, so that the time for manually inputting the user contact information is reduced, and the efficiency for generating the service push information is improved.
And S34, importing at least one user address into an address bar to be pushed so as to display at least one receiver address.
Specifically, after the user addresses in the user list are formed into the format of the address list by the service server, the address list to be pushed can be imported for a partner administrator to select, so that the steps and time for the partner administrator to manually input the target push address are reduced, and the information sending speed is increased.
In this embodiment, the service server obtains the address of the receiving party by importing the user list, which can reduce the step and time for a partner administrator to manually input the target push address and accelerate the information sending speed.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, in step S30, that is, acquiring at least one recipient address based on the address bar to be pushed specifically includes the following steps:
s35, displaying at least one address to be pushed in the address bar to be pushed.
The information bar to be pushed can select or directly input the unique identifier, such as a mobile phone number or a micro-signal number, of the electronic format information which can be received by the user.
In this step, the service server may determine a manner of displaying the address to be pushed by inserting a script tool into the information bar to be pushed, for example: and displaying the address to be pushed according to a drop-down list, displaying the recommended address to be pushed according to an invisible font, displaying the address to be pushed according to the height of the reference times, and the like. By the method, the time for the partner administrator to actively input the address to be pushed can be reduced.
S36, an address selection instruction is obtained, and at least one receiver address is obtained from at least one address to be pushed according to the address selection instruction.
The address selection instruction is an instruction sent to the service server after the partner administrator selects the address of the receiver. The address selection instruction can select a plurality of receiver addresses so as to realize that the target push information can be simultaneously sent to the plurality of receiver addresses. The recipient address is the destination address of the selected sending user.
In this embodiment, the service server may send the corresponding target push information to a plurality of addresses of the receiving party at the same time by displaying the plurality of addresses to be pushed and acquiring the address selection instruction sent by the partner associated person, so as to accelerate the sending efficiency of the target push information.
In an embodiment, each preset cooperation service ID corresponds to a user list, and the user list includes at least one user address.
