According to the electronic policy processing device provided by the embodiment, the policy template generation instruction sent by the terminal equipment is obtained, and the policy template generation instruction comprises the identification of an insurance product and the type information of display equipment for displaying an electronic policy; acquiring configuration information corresponding to the identification of the insurance product and the type information of the display equipment from a preset database according to the policy template generation instruction; dividing the configuration information into at least one piece of sub-configuration information according to a preset dividing rule; generating corresponding policy template dependent data according to at least one piece of sub-configuration information, and generating a policy template according to the at least one piece of policy template dependent data and a preset sub-template arrangement mode; and sending the policy template to a database for storage, generating an electronic file according to the policy template, and performing electronic signature on the electronic file to obtain an electronic policy. Because each piece of sub-configuration information corresponds to one policy template dependent data respectively, when the content in the policy template needs to be changed subsequently, only the policy template dependent data corresponding to the sub-configuration information needs to be changed according to the sub-configuration information where the changed data is located, and all the policy template dependent data does not need to be reedited, so that the efficiency of generating the policy template is effectively saved, and the workload of developers is greatly saved. In addition, the policy template dependent data corresponding to each piece of sub-configuration information can be independently generated for different display devices, and after the policy template is generated, the display states of the display devices are not required to be converted, so that the generation efficiency of the policy template is improved. In addition, the electronic file is sent to a preset electronic signature platform to carry out electronic signature operation so as to ensure the validity of the electronic policy.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring an editing instruction, wherein the editing instruction comprises a sub-configuration information identifier;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the sub-configuration information corresponding to the sub-configuration information identifier according to the editing instruction;
the editing module is used for editing the sub-configuration information according to an editing instruction of a user to obtain updated sub-configuration information;
and the updating module is used for generating updated policy template dependent data according to the updated sub-configuration information, and taking the updated policy template dependent data as policy template dependent data identified by the sub-configuration information.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a policy generation instruction sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the policy generation instruction comprises a transaction identifier of a policy to be generated;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the policy information corresponding to the transaction identifier from the database according to the policy generation instruction;
and the storage module is used for filling the policy information into the policy template to obtain the electronic file.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the obtaining module is configured to:
inquiring and acquiring a policy generation instruction sent by the terminal equipment according to a preset time interval.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
and the sending module is used for sending the electronic file to a preset electronic signature platform to perform electronic signature operation, so as to obtain an electronic policy.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a configuration information generation module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a configuration information generation instruction, the configuration information generation instruction comprises type information, order and/or display position of display equipment for displaying an electronic policy, and the policy comprises public policy information and personalized policy information;
the generating module is used for generating configuration information corresponding to the type of the display equipment according to the configuration information generating instruction, and sending the configuration information to a preset database for storage.
Further, as in the above embodiment, if the type information of the display device is a mobile terminal display device, the configuration information generating instruction further includes: the method comprises the steps of hiding displayed application information, replacing information corresponding to the hidden displayed application information and triggering the hidden displayed application information to display.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic policy processing device according to a fifth embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 7, the device includes: a memory 51, a processor 52;

wherein the processor 52 is configured to perform the electronic policy processing method of any of the embodiments described above by the processor 52.

The processor 52 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, abbreviated as CPU), or an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, abbreviated as ASIC), or one or more integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present application.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the memory 51 and the processor 52 are implemented independently, the memory 51 and the processor 52 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an industry standard architecture (Industry Standard Architecture, abbreviated ISA) bus, an external device interconnect (Peripheral Component, abbreviated PCI) bus, or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, abbreviated EISA) bus, among others. The buses may be divided into address buses, data buses, control buses, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 7, but not only one bus or one type of bus.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the memory 51 and the processor 52 are integrated on a chip, the memory 51 and the processor 52 may perform the same communication through an internal interface.
Still another embodiment of the present application provides a computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer executable instructions which when executed by a processor are configured to implement the electronic policy processing method according to any of the above embodiments.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, reference may be made to the corresponding process in the foregoing method embodiment for the specific working process of the apparatus described above, which is not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments described above may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The foregoing program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The program, when executed, performs steps including the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program code, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the application.

Claims (9)

1. An electronic policy processing method, comprising:
acquiring a policy template generation instruction sent by a terminal device, wherein the policy template generation instruction comprises an identification of an insurance product and type information of display equipment for displaying an electronic policy;
acquiring configuration information corresponding to the identification of the insurance product and the type information of the display equipment from a preset database according to the policy template generation instruction;
dividing the configuration information into at least one piece of sub-configuration information according to a preset dividing rule;
generating corresponding policy template dependent data according to the at least one piece of sub-configuration information, and generating the policy template according to the at least one piece of policy template dependent data and a preset sub-template arrangement mode;
the policy template is sent to the database for storage, an electronic file is generated according to the policy template, and electronic signature is carried out on the electronic file to obtain an electronic policy;
before the policy template generation instruction sent by the terminal equipment is obtained, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a configuration information generation instruction, wherein the configuration information generation instruction comprises type information, order and/or display position of display equipment for displaying an electronic policy, and the application information comprises public application information and personalized application information;
generating configuration information corresponding to the type of the display equipment according to the configuration information generation instruction, and sending the configuration information to a preset database for storage.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring an editing instruction, wherein the editing instruction comprises a sub-configuration information identifier;
obtaining sub-configuration information corresponding to the sub-configuration information identifier according to the editing instruction;
editing the sub-configuration information according to an editing instruction of a user to obtain updated sub-configuration information;
generating updated policy template dependent data according to the updated sub-configuration information, and taking the updated policy template dependent data as the policy template dependent data identified by the sub-configuration information.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said generating an electronic file from said policy template comprises:
acquiring a policy generation instruction sent by a terminal device, wherein the policy generation instruction comprises a transaction identifier of a policy to be generated;
acquiring policy information corresponding to the transaction identifier from the database according to the policy generation instruction;
filling the policy information into the policy template to obtain the electronic file.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the acquiring the policy generation instruction sent by the terminal device includes:
inquiring and acquiring a policy generation instruction sent by the terminal equipment according to a preset time interval.
5. A method according to claim 3, wherein said electronically signing said electronic document comprises:
and sending the electronic file to a preset electronic signature platform for electronic signature operation to obtain the electronic policy.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the type information of the display device is a mobile terminal display device, the configuration information generating instruction further includes: the method comprises the steps of hiding displayed application information, replacing information corresponding to the hidden displayed application information and triggering the hidden displayed application information to display.
7. An electronic policy processing device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a policy template generation instruction sent by a terminal device, and the policy template generation instruction comprises an identification of an insurance product and type information of display equipment for displaying an electronic policy;
the query module is used for acquiring configuration information corresponding to the identification of the insurance product and the type information of the display equipment from a preset database according to the policy template generation instruction;
the division module is used for dividing the configuration information into at least one piece of sub-configuration information according to a preset division rule;
the generation module is used for generating corresponding policy template dependent data according to the at least one piece of sub-configuration information, and generating the policy template according to the at least one piece of policy template dependent data and a preset sub-template arrangement mode;
the storage module is used for sending the policy template to the database for storage, generating an electronic file according to the policy template, and carrying out electronic signature on the electronic file to obtain an electronic policy;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring a configuration information generation instruction, wherein the configuration information generation instruction comprises type information of display equipment for displaying an electronic policy, the order and/or the display position of application information, and the application information comprises public application information and personalized application information;
the generating module is further configured to generate configuration information corresponding to the type of the display device according to the configuration information generating instruction, and send the configuration information to a preset database for storage.
8. An electronic policy processing apparatus, comprising: a memory, a processor;
a memory; a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the electronic policy processing method of any of claims 1-6 by the processor.
9. A computer readable storage medium having stored therein computer executable instructions which when executed by a processor are for implementing the electronic policy processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
