背景技术
截止阀螺纹阀座应提供螺纹防松措施。传统技术中一般采用点焊方式进行防松,这种防松方式会影响到螺纹的预紧力,造成个别阀座与阀体的密封泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术缺陷,提供一种适用于截止阀螺纹阀座的防松结构。
本发明的技术方案是:一种适用于截止阀螺纹阀座的防松结构,其中,包括阀体,在阀体内部设置两个相互连通的空腔,两个相互连通的空腔通过螺纹阀座连通,螺纹阀座通过螺纹与阀体连接,螺纹阀座设置防松块,防松块与阀体通过点焊连接。
如上所述的一种适用于截止阀螺纹阀座的防松结构,其中,防松块仅有一个,且设置在螺纹阀座的一端。
本发明的显著效果是:该防松结构是依靠防松块达到防止阀座与阀体连接螺纹的松动,实现阀座与阀体可靠的密封连接。
本截止阀阀座防松结构由阀体、螺纹阀座、防松块、点焊组成,防松块与阀座凹槽定位配合,并与阀体点焊固定。防松块点焊固定后,与阀体阀座连接成一个整体,保证了阀座连接螺纹不会松动,从而保证了阀座与阀体的密封。

具体实施方式
如附图1和附图2所示,一种适用于截止阀螺纹阀座的防松结构,包括阀体1,在阀体1内部设置两个相互连通的空腔,两个相互连通的空腔通过螺纹阀座2连通,螺纹阀座2通过螺纹与阀体1连接,螺纹阀座2仅在一端设置防松块3,防松块3与阀体1通过点焊4连接。
防松块3与阀座1凹槽配合,并与阀体1固定焊接。防松块3点焊固定后,与阀体1和螺纹阀座2连接成一个整体,保证了螺纹阀座2连接螺纹不会松动,从而保证了螺纹阀座2与阀体1的密封。

1.一种适用于截止阀螺纹阀座的防松结构,其特征在于:包括阀体(1),在阀体(1)内部设置两个相互连通的空腔,两个相互连通的空腔通过螺纹阀座(2)连通,螺纹阀座(2)通过螺纹与阀体(1)连接,螺纹阀座(2)设置防松块(3),防松块(3)与阀体(1)通过点焊(4)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种适用于截止阀螺纹阀座的防松结构,其特征在于:防松块(3)仅有一个,且设置在螺纹阀座(2)的一端。
