本实用新型涉及自行车内胎,具体说,是一种有效防止气嘴处内圈的疲劳开裂、漏气的自行车内胎与车圈的连接结构。 
背景技术
如图1所示,现有带有美嘴的自行车内胎包括内胎7和美式气嘴11,所述气嘴11为直筒状的金属圆管,气嘴11外壁上半部带有螺纹12,气嘴11外壁下半部直接插在内胎7中并与内胎7粘接密封。使用时,气嘴11直接穿过车圈5上的车圈孔6,粘接在气嘴11外壁上的内胎与车圈孔6直接接触,但车圈孔6加工毛刺易造成内胎损坏,而且气嘴11因与车圈孔6有间隙,在骑行时会摆动,导致气嘴11与内胎7胶粘处易疲劳开裂,从而漏气。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能效防止气嘴处内胎疲劳开裂和漏的自行车内胎。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种自行车内胎,包括内胎和气嘴,所述气嘴包括直筒状的圆管,圆管外壁带有螺纹,圆管外侧壁底部设有比车圈的车圈孔直径略大的台阶,内胎直接密封粘在台阶上,在螺纹上拧有设置于车圈外侧的螺母。 
所述内胎直接密封粘在台阶的外侧壁上。 
所述气嘴为金属材质。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:避免了内胎与车圈孔加工毛刺接触,有效解决了内胎被车圈孔加工毛刺刺破。通过车圈外侧螺母锁紧,解决了气嘴因与车圈孔有间隙在骑行时的摆动而导致的气嘴与内胎胶粘处易疲劳开裂的问题。

如图2所示,本实用新型的自行车内胎,包括内胎7和气嘴,所述气嘴包括直筒状的圆管1,圆管1外壁带有螺纹4,圆管1外侧壁底部设有比车圈5的车圈孔6直径略大的台阶2,内胎7直接密封粘在台阶2上,在螺纹4上拧有设置于车圈5外侧的螺母3。

述气嘴为金属材质。 
使用时,气嘴穿过车圈5,车圈5外侧螺母3通过气嘴的螺纹4压紧车圈5。气嘴被紧固在车圈5的车圈孔6中。避免了现有结构内胎7与车圈孔6的接触和气嘴的摆动,从而有效的避免了漏气。
