本发明公开了一种基于植物纤维的环保墙纸及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括:将植物纤维置于醋酸水溶液中,浸泡后进行研磨,得到植物纤维粉末;将植物纤维粉末、明胶、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠和偶联剂混合后得到第一混合材料;将木浆、硅藻土、膨润土、壳聚糖、聚乙二醇、纳米氧化锌、二辛脂、增稠剂和水混合后得到第二混合材料;将第一混合材料和第二混合材料混合后,经热压成型得到环保墙纸;解决了现有技术中墙纸的阻燃性能和抗菌性能较差,无法满足实际使用时的需求的问题。

本发明涉及墙纸领域,具体地,涉及一种基于植物纤维的环保墙纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
墙纸通常用漂白化学木浆生产原纸,再经不同工序的加工处理,如涂布、印刷、压纹或表面覆塑,最后经裁切、包装后出厂。因为具有一定的强度、美观的外表和良好的抗水性能,广泛用于住宅、办公室、宾馆、酒店的室内装修等。现有技术中墙纸的阻燃性能和抗菌性能较差,无法满足实际使用时的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种基于植物纤维的环保墙纸及其制备方法,解决了现有技术中墙纸的阻燃性能和抗菌性能较差,无法满足实际使用时的需求的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种基于植物纤维的环保墙纸的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:
(1)将植物纤维置于醋酸水溶液中,浸泡后进行研磨,得到植物纤维粉末;
(2)将植物纤维粉末、明胶、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠和偶联剂混合后得到第一混合材料;
(3)将木浆、硅藻土、膨润土、壳聚糖、聚乙二醇、纳米氧化锌、二辛脂、增稠剂和水混合后得到第二混合材料;
(4)将第一混合材料和第二混合材料混合后,经热压成型得到环保墙纸。
本发明还提供了一种基于植物纤维的环保墙纸,所述基于植物纤维的环保墙纸由上述的制备方法制得。

在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,为了进一步提高制得的环保墙纸的抗菌性能和阻燃性能,相对于100重量份的植物纤维粉末,所述明胶的用量为10-30重量份,所述酚醛树脂的用量为2-15重量份,所述环氧树脂的用量为5-15重量份,所述椰油酰基甘氨酸钠的用量为50-90重量份,所述偶联剂的用量为2-8重量份;
相对于100重量份的木浆,所述硅藻土的用量为10-20重量份,所述膨润土的用量为5-15重量份,所述壳聚糖的用量为3-10重量份,所述聚乙二醇的用量为30-80重量份,所述纳米氧化锌的用量为2-7重量份,所述二辛脂的用量为2-10重量份,所述增稠剂的用量为3-9重量份,所述水的用量为200-400重量份。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,为了进一步提高制得的环保墙纸的抗菌性能和阻燃性能,第一混合材料和第二混合材料按照质量比为1:2-4的比例进行混合。
在本发明的一种优选的实施方式中,为了进一步提高制得的环保墙纸的抗菌性能和阻燃性能,在步骤(1)中,浸泡的条件包括:温度为40-50℃,时间为20-30min。

以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。以下实施例中,环氧树脂的重均分子量为7000-9000,聚乙二醇的重均分子量为5000-7000,纳米氧化锌的平均粒径为30-50nm。
实施例1
将100g植物纤维置于400g醋酸水溶液(体积浓度为30%)中,浸泡后进行研磨,得到植物纤维粉末;将100g植物纤维粉末、10g明胶、2g酚醛树脂、5g环氧树脂、50g椰油酰基甘氨酸钠和2g偶联剂KH550混合(温度为40℃,时间为20min)后得到第一混合材料;将100g木浆、10g硅藻土、5g膨润土、3g壳聚糖、30g聚乙二醇、2g纳米氧化锌、2g二辛脂、3g甲基纤维素和200g水混合(温度为30℃,时间为40min)后得到第二混合材料;将第一混合材料和第二混合材料混合后(按照质量比为1:2进行混合,混合的条件包括:温度为50℃,时间为1h),经热压成型得到环保墙纸A1。制得的环保墙纸A1的阻燃等级为B1,除菌率为72%。

将100g植物纤维置于500g醋酸水溶液(体积浓度为50%)中,浸泡后进行研磨,得到植物纤维粉末;将100g植物纤维粉末、30g明胶、15g酚醛树脂、15g环氧树脂、90g椰油酰基甘氨酸钠和8g偶联剂KH560混合(温度为50℃,时间为30min)后得到第一混合材料;将100g木浆、20g硅藻土、15g膨润土、10g壳聚糖、80g聚乙二醇、7g纳米氧化锌、10g二辛脂、9g羟丙基甲基纤维素和400g水混合(温度为50℃,时间为60min)后得到第二混合材料;将第一混合材料和第二混合材料混合后(按照质量比为1:4进行混合,混合的条件包括:温度为60℃,时间为2h),经热压成型得到环保墙纸A2。制得的环保墙纸A2的阻燃等级为B1,除菌率为78%。
实施例3
将100g植物纤维置于450g醋酸水溶液(体积浓度为40%)中,浸泡后进行研磨,得到植物纤维粉末;将100g植物纤维粉末、20g明胶、7g酚醛树脂、10g环氧树脂、70g椰油酰基甘氨酸钠和6g偶联剂KH570混合(温度为45℃,时间为25min)后得到第一混合材料;将100g木浆、15g硅藻土、10g膨润土、7g壳聚糖、50g聚乙二醇、5g纳米氧化锌、6g二辛脂、6g羧甲基纤维素钠和300g水混合(温度为40℃,时间为50min)后得到第二混合材料;将第一混合材料和第二混合材料混合后(按照质量比为1:3进行混合,混合的条件包括:温度为55℃,时间为1.5h),经热压成型得到环保墙纸A3。制得的环保墙纸A3的阻燃等级为B1,除菌率为78%。
对比例1
按照实施例3的方法进行,不同的是,原料中不含有植物纤维粉末,得到环保墙纸D1,制得的环保墙纸D1的阻燃等级为B2,除菌率为62%。
对比例2
按照实施例3的方法进行,不同的是,原料中不含有硅藻土和膨润土,得到环保墙纸D2,制得的环保墙纸D2的阻燃等级为B2,除菌率为67%。

(1)将植物纤维置于醋酸水溶液中,浸泡后进行研磨,得到植物纤维粉末;
(2)将植物纤维粉末、明胶、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、椰油酰基甘氨酸钠和偶联剂混合后得到第一混合材料;
(3)将木浆、硅藻土、膨润土、壳聚糖、聚乙二醇、纳米氧化锌、二辛脂、增稠剂和水混合后得到第二混合材料;
(4)将第一混合材料和第二混合材料混合后,经热压成型得到环保墙纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,相对于100重量份的植物纤维,所述醋酸水溶液的用量为400-500重量份;和/或
醋酸水溶液的体积浓度为30-50%。

4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,第一混合材料和第二混合材料按照质量比为1:2-4的比例进行混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤(1)中,浸泡的条件包括:温度为40-50℃,时间为20-30min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤(2)中,混合的条件包括:温度为30-50℃,时间为40-60min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,在步骤(3)中,混合的条件包括:温度为50-60℃,时间为1-2h。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,偶联剂选自偶联剂KH550、偶联剂KH560和偶联剂KH570中的一种或多种;和/或
增稠剂选自甲基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素钠中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其中,环氧树脂的重均分子量为7000-9000,聚乙二醇的重均分子量为5000-7000;和/或
纳米氧化锌的平均粒径为30-50nm。
10.一种基于植物纤维的环保墙纸,其特征在于,所述基于植物纤维的环保墙纸由权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的制备方法制得。
