本发明公开了机械技术领域的一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,包括浇口,所述浇口的底部出料端与浇道相连通,所述浇道两端的出口处分别与两组结构相同的模具连接,所述模具由上模具、两组侧模板以及下模具组成,所述上模具和下模具之间通过紧固螺栓连接,所述上模具的顶部固定安装有定位环,所述型芯的顶部居中处开设有隔热密封圈,且隔热密封圈的底部与注塑机喷嘴连接,本发明省去了浇注系统凝料去除、修整、破碎以及回收的工作,降低了生产成本,提高了注塑效率,同时在整个浇注过程中减少了压力损失,可实现多浇口、多型腔模具及大型制品的低压注塑,有利于克服因补料不足而产生的缩痕,提高产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,具体为机械技术领域。
背景技术
在车辆汽车的零件生产中,一些平板结构,例如天窗导风板、座椅导风板、主板、侧板或者盖板结构的零件都需要加工制作,传统的加工方式是通过机械加工,例如车工加工,通常机械加工的时间较长,成型效率低,因此现在很多汽车的零部件都是采用模具注塑加工,但是现有的平板结构注塑模具的结构设计不合理,导致注塑质量差,效率低下。为此,我们提出了一种高性能注塑汽车零部件投入使用,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,包括浇口,所述浇口的底部出料端与浇道相连通,所述浇道两端的出口处分别与两组结构相同的模具连接,所述模具由上模具、两组侧模板以及下模具组成,所述上模具和下模具之间通过紧固螺栓连接,所述上模具的顶部固定安装有定位环,所述定位环上设有型芯,所述型芯的顶部居中处开设有隔热密封圈,且隔热密封圈的底部与注塑机喷嘴连接。
优选的,所述浇道的底端与注塑机喷嘴相连通。
优选的,所述注塑机喷嘴的出料端延伸至模具的注塑型腔内。
优选的,所述浇口与注塑机的出料口连接,且浇口上还安装有电磁阀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明省去了浇注系统凝料去除、修整、破碎以及回收的工作,降低了生产成本,提高了注塑效率,同时在整个浇注过程中减少了压力损失,可实现多浇口、多型腔模具及大型制品的低压注塑,有利于克服因补料不足而产生的缩痕,提高产品的质量。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,包括浇口1,所述浇口1的底部出料端与浇道2相连通,所述浇道2两端的出口处分别与两组结构相同的模具3连接,所述模具3由上模具11、两组侧模板12以及下模具13组成,所述上模具11和下模具13之间通过紧固螺栓14连接,所述上模具11的顶部固定安装有定位环4,所述定位环4上设有型芯5,所述型芯5的顶部居中处开设有隔热密封圈6,且隔热密封圈6的底部与注塑机喷嘴7连接。
其中,所述浇道2的底端与注塑机喷嘴7相连通,所述注塑机喷嘴7的出料端延伸至模具3的注塑型腔内,所述浇口1与注塑机的出料口连接,且浇口1上还安装有电磁阀。
工作原理:注塑机的物料由浇口1进入浇道2中,利用浇道2向两组模具3中浇注,利用定位环4的设计减少浇注系统修整、破碎的工作,降低生产成本,提高了注塑效率,同时利用隔热密封圈6的使用,使得在整个浇注过程中减少了压力损失,在浇注完成后,将紧固螺栓14拆除,进而使上模具11和下模具13拆除,进行拆模处理,拆模方便,并可实现多浇口、多型腔模具以及大型制品的低压注塑。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,包括浇口(1),其特征在于:所述浇口(1)的底部出料端与浇道(2)相连通,所述浇道(2)两端的出口处分别与两组结构相同的模具(3)连接,所述模具(3)由上模具(11)、两组侧模板(12)以及下模具(13)组成,所述上模具(11)和下模具(13)之间通过紧固螺栓(14)连接,所述上模具(11)的顶部固定安装有定位环(4),所述定位环(4)上设有型芯(5),所述型芯(5)的顶部居中处开设有隔热密封圈(6),且隔热密封圈(6)的底部与注塑机喷嘴(7)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一高性能注塑汽车零部件,其特征在于:所述浇道(2)的底端与注塑机喷嘴(7)相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,其特征在于:所述注塑机喷嘴(7)的出料端延伸至模具(3)的注塑型腔内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能注塑汽车零部件,其特征在于:所述浇口(1)与注塑机的出料口连接,且浇口(1)上还安装有电磁阀。
