本发明的组方依据如下：连须葱白: 味辛；性温。 有发汗解表、通阳利尿、解毒杀虫。葱白用于感冒头痛，鼻塞; 淡豆豉: 淡豆豉味苦、气香宣散；具有疏散解表，宣郁除烦的功效,凡外感表症，无论风寒，风热均可应用; 黄酒: 活血祛寒，通经活络, 其蛋白质的含量较高，并舍有21种氨基酸及大量b族维生素, 它具有通血脉，肠胃，润皮肤、养牌气、扶肝，除风下气等治疗作用。

具体步骤为：
