酵素是一种由氨基酸组成的具有特殊生物活性的物质,它存在于所有活的动植物体内,是维持机体正常功能,消化食物,修复组织等生命活动的一种必需物质。酵素饮品指的含有一定含有从植物来源,微生物来源的庞大的酵素群中提取出的多种酵素代谢产物的饮品。长饮酵素,有调理胃肠,改善消化吸收,增强体质,增强免疫力,提高抵抗力,消炎杀菌,消除自由基,延缓衰老、防癌和养颜美容的作用。

2)将松花和松叶清水洗净,切段,或切碎;
3) 将松花和松叶常压下水蒸汽蒸5-10分钟,冷却备用;
4)按质量比糖:松花松叶:水为1:3:10进行配制,密闭,阴凉处封存6个月以上,发酵完全后滤过,净制,装瓶,即可。
松花,又叫松黄,就是松树马尾松的开花,马尾松,拉丁文名:Pinus massonianaLamb. 松科、松属的马尾松开花期间采集的花粉叫松花粉,味甘,性温,无毒。主润心肺,益气,除风止血,也可以酿酒。松花是春天时松树雄枝抽新芽时的花骨朵,是一种珍贵的高级营养食品原料。马尾松的松花味香、清甘,含油脂和丰富的微量元素,含人体所需的10多种矿物质,其中以钾、镁、硫、锰、锌、铁的含量最多;含有抑制肿瘤细胞的硒元素、酵素等生理活性物质及其调解生理机能的激素、酶及生物碱等。
松叶是松树药用的代表部位,味苦、无毒、药性温和,它的提取物中含有植物酵素、植物纤维、生长激素、蛋白质、脂肪和24种氨基酸,松针具有降血压的作用。松针中含有丰富的β-胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素E,这三种物质被称为抗氧化的“金三角”,三者共同保护人体组织细胞免受氧化,延长了细胞的寿命。

4)按质量比冰糖:松花松叶:水为1:3:10进行配制,密闭,阴凉处封存6个月以上,发酵完全后滤过,净制,装瓶,即可。
