Abstract

本发明涉及一种液化天然气瓶组固定装置,包括基座框架、加固中梁,在加固中梁两侧平行焊接有侧部撑梁,在侧部撑梁上焊接有多个气瓶托盘,在加固中梁两端分别焊接有立杆撑梁,在两立杆撑梁顶端之间焊接有上部横梁,在上部横梁上焊接安装有水平的卡装板,所述卡装板为以上部横梁为轴的前后对称结构,在卡装板的前后侧边上均制与下部气瓶托盘位置对应的半圆形卡孔,在每个半圆形卡孔上均固装有帮扎带和锁环,所述帮扎带通过帮扎带端部的锁扣与锁环锁定。本发明装置简单,实用,牢固,成本低,钢瓶摆放整齐。

一种液化天然气瓶组固定装置
技术领域
本发明属于液化天然气设备技术领域,具体是一种液化天然气瓶组固定装置。
背景技术
液化天然气(LNG)因其储运便捷、安全、清洁等特性,在工业、民用和一些特殊行业均得到广泛的应用。而LNG瓶组适用于用气量小的单位使用,作为小型储备气源装置,钢瓶如何集中、稳固,特别是钢瓶倾倒、拆卸软管时失误拖拽钢瓶一直是瓶组撬使用过程存在的问题,因此设计一种瓶组固定装置以有效解决存在的问题十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提出一种液化天然气瓶组固定装置。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种液化天然气瓶组固定装置,包括装置底部的长方形基座框架,在基座框架中部焊接有加固中梁,在加固中梁的两侧分别平行焊接有侧部撑梁,在每个侧部撑梁上匀距间隔焊接有多个放置天然气瓶的气瓶托盘,在加固中梁的左右两端分别竖直向上焊接有立杆撑梁,在两个立杆撑梁的顶端之间焊接有上部横梁,在上部横梁上焊接安装有水平的卡装板,所述卡装板为以上部横梁为轴的前后对称结构,在卡装板的前后侧边上均制有多个与下部气瓶托盘位置对应的半圆形卡孔,在每个半圆形卡孔的一侧开孔端处均固装有帮扎带,在半圆形卡孔的另一侧开孔端处均固装有锁环,所述帮扎带通过帮扎带端部的锁扣与锁环锁定。
而且,在所述卡装板的左右两端均焊接安装有吊环。
而且,在所述基座框架的四角处下方安装有脚轮。
而且,在所述两个立杆撑梁的中部之间焊接安装有中部横梁。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明装置简单,实用,牢固,成本低,钢瓶摆放整齐。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明实施做进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种液化天然气瓶组固定装置,如图1所示,包括装置底部的长方形基座框架10,在基座框架中部焊接有加固中梁12,在加固中梁的两侧分别平行焊接有侧部撑梁13,在每个侧部撑梁上运距间隔焊接有多个放置天然气瓶的气瓶托盘11,在加固中梁的两端分别竖直向上焊接有立杆撑梁8,在两个立杆撑梁的顶端之间焊接有上部横梁3,在上部横梁上焊接安装有水平卡装板2,所述卡装板为以上部横梁为轴的前后对称结构,在卡装板的前后侧边上均制有多个与下部气瓶托盘位置对应的半圆形卡孔4,所述半圆形卡孔用于卡装天然气瓶的上部,在半圆形卡孔的一侧开孔端处固装有帮扎带5,在半圆形卡孔的另一侧开孔端处固装有锁环7,帮扎带通过帮扎带端部的锁扣6与锁环锁定,将卡装的天然气瓶绑定。
在本发明的具体实施中,为方便装置的吊装,在所述卡装板的左右两端处均焊接安装有吊环1。
在本发明的具体实施中,为方便装置在地面上移动,在所述基座框架的四角处下方安装有脚轮14。
在本发明的具体实施中,为保障卡装板的稳固,在所述两个立杆撑梁的中部之间焊接安装有中部横梁9。
在本发明的具体实施中,所述基座框架、加固中梁、侧部撑梁、立杆撑梁、上部横梁及中部横梁均采用角钢制作。

Claims (4)

1.一种液化天然气瓶组固定装置,其特征在于:包括装置底部的长方形基座框架,在基座框架中部焊接有加固中梁,在加固中梁的两侧分别平行焊接有侧部撑梁,在每个侧部撑梁上匀距间隔焊接有多个放置天然气瓶的气瓶托盘,在加固中梁的左右两端分别竖直向上焊接有立杆撑梁,在两个立杆撑梁的顶端之间焊接有上部横梁,在上部横梁上焊接安装有水平的卡装板,所述卡装板为以上部横梁为轴的前后对称结构,在卡装板的前后侧边上均制有多个与下部气瓶托盘位置对应的半圆形卡孔,在每个半圆形卡孔的一侧开孔端处均固装有帮扎带,在半圆形卡孔的另一侧开孔端处均固装有锁环,所述帮扎带通过帮扎带端部的锁扣与锁环锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液化天然气瓶组固定装置,其特征在于:在所述卡装板的左右两端均焊接安装有吊环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液化天然气瓶组固定装置,其特征在于:在所述基座框架的四角处下方安装有脚轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液化天然气瓶组固定装置,其特征在于:在所述两个立杆撑梁的中部之间焊接安装有中部横梁。
