四无货厢底板种类繁多，底板宽度也不同，在货厢底板加工车间，货厢底板需要来回转运，目前，货厢底板的转运车在承载货厢底板时，货厢底板一般叠放在一起，自然摞放时容易对货厢底板造成磕碰，而且不同型号的车厢需要不同的转运车，所以现有的转运车功能较为单一，不能适应高效率生产的趋势。
因此，申请人结合现有技术的不足，进过多次的改进，提供了一种新型的转运车，以适应现有生产的要求。

本实用新型的目的便是提供一种四无货厢底板转运车，以克服现有技术的不足。

由于采用上述技术方案，本实用新型的有益效果为：结构简单，设备的造价低，而且实用；托架可伸缩，能够转运不同尺寸的货厢底板；实现了一台转运车运载不同型号的货厢底板；托架设有多层，避免了自然摞放时对货厢底板造成磕碰，提高了产品的质量。

如图1-3所示，本实用新型包括车架1和万向轮2，其特征在于，所述车架1包括横支撑3、立柱4和斜支撑5，所述横支撑3的上端焊接有多组对称的立柱4，所述斜支撑5的两端分别与横支撑3和斜支撑5焊接连接，所述横支撑3的底端设有四个万向轮2，所述车架1的侧壁焊接有标签板6，所述立柱4的两侧焊接有多组上下相错开的支撑块7，所述支撑块7的上端设有焊接在立柱4上的挡块8，所述每组支撑块7的中间设有可伸缩的矩形托架9，所述矩形托架9的一端设在挡块8和立柱4之间。
本实用新型的工作原理：将每层托架9的伸缩端调到需要转运货厢底板的相应尺寸，然后将货厢底板由最底层向上层层放置即可。
