本发明是涉及废旧高分子材料包括橡胶、非金属 纤维、塑料、皮革等制品的再生方法。其方法是将废 高分子材料分类,切成(0.2-3)×(5-15)×(8-20)立 方厘米片、块,去金属等杂质,清洗。把沥青、机油、古 马龙、松香、塑料、非金属纤维、皮革和橡胶制品加热 到180—240℃经30—60分捞出高分子物散碳黑、压 片。加六次甲基四胺、间苯二酚、白碳黑、硫化剂等硫 化制得兼具各高分子特性的复合材料。

Description

本发明涉及各种废旧高分子材料包括各种橡胶、非金属纤维、塑料、皮革制品的简易再生方法。
中国专利申请90106338·X公开的是“一种废旧橡胶条块的快速脱硫方法”仅对废旧橡胶及含纤维胶再生而本发明是将废旧非金属纤维、各种塑料、皮革制品同时再生。
本发明的制法如下:
1、将各种高分子材料分类、切成(0.02-3)×(5-15)×(5-20)立方厘米片、块,去金属杂质、清洗。
2、将沥青、机油和除橡胶外的其它材料加入加热容器中加热到240℃。
3、将废胶块投入到上述热液浴中在常压、180-240℃条件下经30-60分捞出所有高分子物撒碳黑、压片。
4、其配方组成如下:沥青100、机油15-20、松香3、古马龙3.5、非金属纤维物0-100、塑料0-50、皮革0-50。废胶为20-50加入上述液中。
案例:沥青100、机油15、松香3、古马龙3.5、非金属纤维物10、塑料10、橡胶20
5、复合材加1%六次甲基四胺、0.7间苯二酚、0.5白碳黑、硫化剂等硫化。
其扯断强度30公斤/平方厘米以上扯断伸长率100%以上

Claims (1)

  1. 一种各种废旧高分子材料的再生方法是将各种废旧高分子材料在热液浴中常压经30-60分捞出撤碳黑加高分子材料粘合剂,压片制得兼具各高分子特性的再生物
    其特征如上述各种废旧高分子物包括各种废胶、含纤维胶、塑料、非金属纤维、革制品等将其分类、清洗、切成5-20cm的膜、片、条、块备共再生
    其特征如上述其热液浴为沥青、机油、松香、古马龙混合组分,常压加热到240℃,先后加入各种橡胶、塑料、纤维、革制品,废橡胶必须经180-240℃×30-60分使之完全脱硫而塑料与纤维、革制品与混合组份形成共溶、共混即可
    其特征如上述捞出固体份或倾出所有共再生物撤碳黑冷却后和间苯二酚、六次甲基四胺、白碳黑、硫化剂等同时压片,供各种硫化和非硫化制品用
    其特征如上述配方为沥青0-100、机油0-20、松香3、古马龙3.5、非金属纤维制品0-100、塑料0-50、皮革0-50、废胶0-50。案例:沥青100、机油15、松香3、古马龙3.5、非金属纤维制品10、塑料10、废橡胶20
    间苯二酚、六次甲基四胺、白碳黑、分别为共再生物的0.7%、1%、0.5%。
