Abstract
本发明涉及一种废旧橡胶条块的快速脱硫方法,其工序为废胶分类,切成含纤维或不含纤维的胶条或胶块,然后投入到含有沥青、炼焦油、松焦油、松香、机油、变压器油、苯胺等化学物质的脱硫剂中,常压下于170℃~270℃脱硫30~60分钟,本发明的方法和现有技术相比,具有设备占用少、投资少、工艺简单、原料来源广泛、耗能少,生产周期短,再生胶质量高等特点,为废旧橡胶的回收再利用提供较为经济的新途径。
Description
本发明涉及一种废旧橡胶的脱硫再生方法,特别是对含有纤维的废旧橡胶条块的快速脱硫方法。
随着现代化工业的发展,报废的橡胶制品也越来越多,如轮胎、胶带以及其他民用橡胶制品等,由于橡胶具有良好的化学稳定性,所以,废旧橡胶制品不能自然地分解掉,也不能靠简单燃烧方法去烧掉,因为会放有有毒的气体,存放要占用很大的空间,对废旧橡胶的回收利用,由于投资大、工艺复杂、成本高、再生胶的质量不稳定只能利用很少一部分,有些发达国家的废旧橡胶已成为公害,有的只好扔进大海作人工鱼礁。目前寻找投资少、工艺简单、生产成本低而又得高质量再生胶的方法已是各国科技工作者的奋斗目标。
目前熟知废橡胶脱硫再生工艺有高温高压蒸汽脱硫法,如中国专利申请8610191公开的“一种废合成橡胶脱硫工艺及其设备”,该工艺的流程是废胶分类,粉碎成24目的胶粉,把胶粉投入到专用脱硫罐中配以5~10%的古马隆,45~65%的松焦油,2.5~7%的松香,3~8%的420活化剂(多烷基苯酚二硫化物)10~25%的水组成的再生剂,在脱硫罐的夹套内采用导热油对物料进行传导加热搅拌,使罐中的蒸气压保持20公斤/厘米2,温度控制在150~300℃,脱硫时间在0.5~3小时。该工艺为高温高压水蒸汽脱硫法。
另一方法是远红外加热再生法。如中国专利申请87100611公开的“废旧硫化橡胶的再生方法”,其工艺流程为:废胶分类,粉硫成小于-36目的胶粉,将胶粉同松焦油、变压器油、松香或苯胺混在一起,在开炼机中混炼,然后放入远红外箱中加热脱硫,最后配入分散剂再精炼,生产周期为6~7小时。
上述两种工艺中都有废橡胶的粉碎工序,该工序耗能大、粉尘大、噪声大、投资高、含纤维废胶不能用,水耗高。中国专利申请87101547公开了废旧橡胶的粉碎方法和装置。
本发明的目的是提供一种设备投资少、工艺简单、耗能低、脱硫时间快、再生胶质量高、操作简便的废旧橡胶条或块的快速脱硫再生方法。
本发明的目的是按以下方式实现的:
1.将废胶分类,切成易于装卸的胶条或胶块。
2.配制脱硫剂,其组分含有:
沥青40~90份 炼焦油4~25份
松焦油5~25份 松香3~15份
变压器油7~15份 机油10~15份
苯胺0.5~1份 古马隆0~5份
3.将胶条或胶块投入盛有脱硫剂的脱硫罐中或普通容器中,常压脱硫30~60分钟,温度控制在170~270℃。
4.将脱硫后的胶条或胶块从脱硫剂中捞出直接进行捏炼精炼。
配方中的沥青是各种规格的石油沥青或煤焦油沥青。
本发明的快速脱硫方法,对废旧橡胶进行切条或切块,省去了复杂粉碎设备,切成易于装卸的条块,一般在10cm×15cm×1.5cm左右,或在1.5cm×5cm×15cm左右,胶条、胶块中的纤维不必分离,这是和现有技术的主要不同。在现有技术中,废胶粉碎成胶粉后需经过风选去纤维,然后才进入脱硫工序,脱硫后还要经过冲洗压滤,每生产一吨再生胶耗水40~60吨,造成很大的水资源浪废和粉尘污染。
本发明生产的再生胶具有良好的物理性,和化学稳定性,其原因在于:胶条或胶块具有较小的表面积,脱硫过程是固液反应,脱硫后胶条或胶块吸附较少的脱硫剂,所以在后工序的捏炼、精炼中,再生胶中所含的脱硫剂远比胶粉少,故物理性和化学稳定性远比现有技术所生产的再生胶要好,且生产过程中没有粉尘污染。另外,再生胶的含水量也
是影响质量的重要因素。在本发明的脱硫方法中,没有水的加入,所以再生胶中不带水分,不用对脱硫后的再生胶进行烘干脱水处理,可直接进行捏炼精炼。
本发明的废旧橡胶条块快速脱硫方法和现有技术的脱硫方法相比,具有脱硫剂原料来源广泛,生产工艺简单,对设备要求低,占用少,耗能少,生产周期短,再生胶质量高,生平成本低等优点,为废旧橡胶的再生利用提供较为经济的方法。
除本发明所述的技术特征外,均为本技术领域技术人员的已知技术。

- 一种废旧橡胶快速脱硫方法,包括废橡胶经分类、切块、常压高温脱硫、压片,其特征是先将经分类的废旧橡胶的胶料切成15×5×15厘米胶条或10×15×1.5厘米胶块,切成的胶条或胶块不必分离纤维;将胶条或胶块投入盛有脱硫剂的脱硫罐中或普通容器中常压脱硫30-60分钟,温度控制在170-270℃,所述脱硫剂组分含有:沥青40-90份,煤焦油4-25份,松焦油5-25份,松香3-15份,变压器油7-15份,机油10-15份,苯胺0.5-1份,古马隆0-5份;将脱硫后的胶条或胶块从脱硫剂中捞出直接进行捏炼、精炼制得再生胶产品。
