Abstract
本发明属于塑料包装袋技术领域,提出了一种壬基酚含量低的药用塑料包装袋,包括LLD‑PE2010HA、LLD‑PE2045G、LD‑PE7042、LD‑PE2426H、LD‑PE2420H、LD‑PE5320、LLD‑PE222WT、LD‑PE2420D、LD‑PE0274、LLD‑PE1002KW以及LLD‑PE2108HA,解决了目前的包装袋在满足其他性能要求的同时无法满足壬基酚含量要求的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料包装袋技术领域,涉及一种壬基酚含量低的药用塑料包装袋。
背景技术
PE是聚乙烯的简称,是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂,LDPE为高压低密度聚乙烯,LLDPE为线性高压低密度聚乙烯,市面上售卖的PE包装袋多种多样,其各自都有不同的设计理念,力求能达到不同用户的使用要求,在医药或者特定食品行业应用的塑料包装袋的性能要求越来越高,尤其对于壬基酚的含量有非常严格的要求,而目前的包装袋在壬基酚含量低的情况下,其他性能无法满足要求,即满足其他性能要求的同时无法满足壬基酚含量的要求。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种壬基酚含量低的药用塑料包装袋,解决了上述技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:

本发明中,将不同的PE进行复配共混并将共混的原料经过螺杆挤出机挤出并经过吹塑成型和冷却后得到塑料包装袋,得到的包装袋均符合感官要求、理化指标以及邻苯二甲酸酯含量的要求,与此同时壬基酚含量低,符合药用包装袋的要求。

下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
将不同的PE进行复配共混,并将共混的原料经过螺杆挤出机挤出并经过吹塑成型和冷却后得到塑料包装袋,表1为实施例一、实施例二以及实施例三的配方。

将实施例一、实施例二以及实施例三得到的包装袋进行感官要求、理化指标、邻苯二甲酸酯含量以及壬基酚含量的测试,如表2和表3所示,测试结果表明,其均满足感官要求、理化指标、邻苯二甲酸酯含量的要求,并且壬基酚含量均能达到20ug/Kg以下,实施例二的壬基酚含量达到了10ug/Kg以下,因此实施例一、实施例二以及实施例三的配方均起到意料不到的效果,得到的包装袋在其他性能复合要求的情况下,壬基酚含量极大的降低,满足药用包装袋的要求。
