Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a material cleaning method, a material cleaning device and a cooking appliance.
Background
In the related art, for cooking utensils such as rice cookers in the market, rice washing mainly adopts two modes of washing rice in an inner pot or transferring the washed rice to the inner pot through a pipeline after washing rice outside, and at least the following technical defects exist:
the volume of the rice washing container is limited, so that rice needs to be washed in multiple batches and then put into an inner pot or a transfer container each time when cooking or cooking porridge each time, the inner wall of the rice washer is washed by corresponding quantitative water after the rice is washed each time, and the rice grains hanging on the inner wall of the rice washer can not be completely cleaned by the quantitative water each time according to the proportion of the rice and the water.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for cleaning a material.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning device for materials.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a cooking appliance.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a method for cleaning materials, including: after cleaning of a single batch of materials is completed each time and the materials are discharged from the cleaning container to the accommodating container, whether the real-time cleaning frequency reaches a preset cleaning frequency is detected; when the preset cleaning times are not reached, injecting single liquid which is more than or equal to 0 and less than a first preset amount into the cleaning container, and discharging the single liquid into the accommodating container; when the preset cleaning times are detected, injecting a specified amount of liquid into the cleaning container to flush residues in the cleaning container; and discharging the specified amount of liquid and the residue into the accommodating container according to the preset discharging times, wherein the product of the first preset amount and the preset cleaning times is the preset total amount of liquid, and the difference value of the preset total amount of liquid and the accumulation amount of the single liquid is the specified amount.
In the technical scheme, the cleaning of a single batch of materials is completed every time, and after the materials are discharged into the accommodating container from the cleaning container, the real-time cleaning frequency is detected to detect whether the real-time cleaning frequency reaches the preset cleaning frequency or not, when the detection does not reach the preset cleaning frequency, after the last cleaning operation is executed and the materials are discharged, single liquid which is larger than or equal to 0 and smaller than a first preset amount is injected into the cleaning container, so that after the inner wall of the cleaning container is cleaned through single liquid washing, the single liquid is discharged into the accommodating container again, when the detection of the real-time cleaning frequency reaches the preset cleaning frequency, the cleaning operation of the materials is completed, at the moment, the inner wall of the cleaning container still has residues of the materials, and the specified amount of liquid is injected into the cleaning container to wash the residues.
With the present inner wall that washes the washing container with the liquid of the first predetermined volume that corresponds after having down the material at every turn, and the washing scheme of the residue on the first predetermined volume of liquid is not enough to clear up the washing container inner wall completely at every turn compares, can guarantee that enough water washes the washing container when washing at last time, thereby can promote the washing efficiency of the interior residue of washing container, reduced the remaining probability of material wall built-up, user's secondary washing has been prevented, user's availability factor has been promoted.
Wherein, the cleaning container can be a container of a rice cleaning device, and the accommodating container can be a rice cooking container, a porridge cooking container or a container which is only used for storing materials.
In addition, the method for cleaning the materials in the embodiment provided by the invention can also have the following additional technical characteristics:
in the above technical solution, preferably, after the material that will accomplish the cleaning operation is discharged into the container from the cleaning container, before detecting whether real-time washing number of times reaches preset washing number of times, still include: determining the preset cleaning times according to the total amount of the materials; and determining the total amount of the preset liquid according to the preset proportion of the materials to the liquid and the total amount of the materials, so as to determine a first preset amount according to the total amount of the preset liquid and the preset cleaning times.
In the technical scheme, before the cleaning operation, the preset cleaning times of the materials are determined according to the total amount of the materials to be cleaned, the preset liquid total amount is determined according to the preset proportion of the materials to the liquid and the total amount of the materials, a first preset amount is determined according to the preset liquid total amount and the preset cleaning times, after the cleaning operation of the materials is completed and the materials are placed into the containing container at each time, any liquid less than the first preset amount is injected to execute the washing operation, so that when the last washing operation is carried out, enough liquid is used for washing the inner wall of the container, the wall-hanging residues are washed, and the optimization of the washing operation is realized.
Specifically, taking a rice washing apparatus in an automated rice cooking system as an example, after an amount of rice required for cooking is determined, a preset washing number is determined according to a washing capacity of a washing container, and water for performing a washing operation, that is, water mixed with rice at the time of cooking, a total amount of water for performing a washing operation, that is, a preset liquid total amount, is determined according to a rice-water ratio of cooking, such that the first preset amount can be determined by the preset liquid total amount and the preset washing number, water of an arbitrary amount less than the first preset amount can be injected during each washing operation before the last washing operation, and the less water is injected in the previous washing operation, the more water is injected in the last washing operation.
For another example, taking a rice washing device in an automatic porridge cooking device as an example, after the usage amount of food materials required for cooking porridge is determined, the preset number of times of washing is determined, and the total amount of water for performing a washing operation, that is, water mixed with food materials at the time of cooking porridge is determined according to the ratio of the food materials to water of the porridge, and the usage amount of water at the time of cooking porridge is generally larger than the usage amount of water at the time of cooking. In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, when it is detected that the preset number of times of cleaning has not been reached, a single liquid that is greater than or equal to 0 and less than a first preset amount is injected into the cleaning container, and the single liquid is discharged into the accommodating container, specifically including the following steps: when the preset cleaning times are not reached, injecting single liquid with the volume larger than 0 and smaller than a first preset volume into the cleaning container to execute the flushing operation; discharging the single liquid into the holding container.
In this technical scheme, through when detecting not reach and predetermine the washing number of times, all inject into in the washing container and be greater than 0, be less than the single liquid of first predetermined volume, in order to carry out washing operation, and after washing operation is accomplished, hold the container with single liquid discharge, on the one hand, after the material washing is accomplished at every turn, all wash the operation, can wash partial residue at least, on the other hand, because the liquid volume that is used for washing the operation before is less, when washing the operation at last time, can guarantee to have the liquid of capacity, once only wash away the wall built-up residue, washing effect has been promoted.
Specifically, assuming that the preset cleaning time is N, less than the first preset amount of liquid may be injected after the first N-1 times of material cleaning is completed.
In addition, the liquid less than the first preset amount may be injected only after the designated material cleaning operations in the first N-1 times are completed, for example, after the material cleaning operations in the even number of times are completed, the liquid is injected to perform the rinsing operation, and for example, only after the last material cleaning operations are injected to perform the rinsing operation, compared with the scheme that after the material cleaning operations in the first N-1 times are completed, the liquid less than the first preset amount is injected into the cleaning container, and the designated amount of liquid for one-time rinsing is more injected into the cleaning container after the material cleaning operations in the nth time is completed.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method for discharging the specified amount of liquid and residue into the accommodating container according to the preset number of times of discharging specifically comprises the following steps: the specified amount of liquid and residue is discharged into the containment vessel at one time.
In the technical scheme, after the washing operation is executed by injecting a single liquid which is more than 0 and less than a first preset amount into the washing container when the preset washing times are not detected, when the last washing operation is executed, after the residue of the accommodating container is washed by using the specified amount of liquid, the specified amount of liquid and the residue are discharged into the accommodating container at one time, and the residue is introduced into the accommodating container together through the flowing inertia of the specified amount of liquid.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, when it is detected that the preset number of times of cleaning has not been reached, a single liquid that is greater than or equal to 0 and less than a first preset amount is injected into the cleaning container, and the single liquid is discharged into the accommodating container, specifically including the following steps: when the detection result does not reach the preset cleaning times, the next batch of single batch of materials is introduced into the cleaning container without injecting single liquid; and cleaning the single batch of materials until the real-time cleaning times reach the preset cleaning times.
In the technical scheme, through when detecting and not reaching preset washing number of times, do not pour into single liquid into, but directly with next batch of single batch of material leading-in wash the container, continue to carry out the cleaning operation, reach preset washing number of times until detecting real-time washing number of times, only accomplish at last time washing operation promptly, and discharge the material from washing the container after holding the container, just once only discharge the liquid of presetting the total amount of liquid into and hold the container, on the one hand, the washing liquid of maximum has been guaranteed, in order to reach the best washing effect, on the other hand, do not carry out the washing operation after washing operation at every turn, the time that whole material cleaning process used has been shortened, the cleaning efficiency has been promoted, user's use experience has further been promoted.
Specifically, taking rice cooking or porridge cooking as an example, if the required rice quantity needs to be washed by a rice washer for N times and put into a pot in a single time of rice cooking or porridge cooking, quantitative water is not injected when the rice is put into the pot for N-1 times before program control, and the next washing and putting processes are still carried out even if rice wall hanging residues exist; when the last round of cleaning operation is finished, after the rice is put into the inner pot, water with the preset total amount of liquid is injected at one time so as to ensure that enough water is available to wash the inner wall of the rice washer and eliminate the wall-hanging residue of the rice at one time.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method for discharging the specified amount of liquid and residue into the accommodating container according to the preset number of times of discharging specifically includes the following steps: and discharging the liquid and the residue of the preset total amount of the liquid into the accommodating container according to the preset discharge times.
In the technical scheme, when the preset discharge frequency is 1 time, the liquid with the preset total amount of the liquid and the residues are discharged into the accommodating container, and the accommodating container is usually arranged below the cleaning container, so that the residues can be discharged into the accommodating container along with the flow of the liquid to the maximum extent by utilizing the inertia during the liquid flow, on one hand, the best flushing effect can be realized, and on the other hand, the shortest time for the whole cleaning process can also be realized.
In order to prevent splashing caused by discharging the liquid of the preset total amount of the liquid into the accommodating container at one time when the preset number of times of discharging is more than 1, the liquid and the residue can be discharged into the accommodating container by dividing into a plurality of times.
In any of the above solutions, preferably, when the material is used for cooking, the ratio of the first preset amount of liquid to the volume of the single batch of material ranges from 1.2 to 2.4; when the mass is used for cooking porridge, the ratio of the first preset amount of liquid to the volume of the single batch of mass ranges from 6 to 18.
In the technical scheme, when the material is used for cooking, the material is specifically rice, the proportion of water to rice is controlled between 1.2 and 2.4, so that the cooking requirement is met, the situation that the rice is too hard due to too little water or too soft due to too much water is prevented from occurring, when the material is used for cooking porridge, the material can be rice, millet, grains, corn flour, sesame and other food materials, the proportion of the food materials to water is controlled between 6 and 18, the concentration of the porridge is adjusted according to the taste of a user, the tastes of different users are met, and the use experience of the user is further improved.
An embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides a cleaning device for materials, including: the detection unit is used for detecting whether the real-time cleaning frequency reaches the preset cleaning frequency or not after the single batch of materials are cleaned and discharged into the accommodating container from the cleaning container each time; the injection unit is used for injecting single liquid which is more than or equal to 0 and less than a first preset amount into the cleaning container when the preset cleaning times are not reached through detection, and discharging the single liquid into the accommodating container; the injection unit is further configured to: when the preset cleaning times are detected, injecting a specified amount of liquid into the cleaning container to flush residues in the cleaning container; and a discharge unit for discharging a specified amount of the liquid and the residue into the accommodating container by a preset number of times of discharge, wherein a product of the first preset amount and the preset number of times of washing is a preset total amount of the liquid, and a difference between the preset total amount of the liquid and an accumulated amount of the single liquid is the specified amount.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method further includes: the determining unit is used for determining the preset cleaning times according to the total amount of the materials; the determination unit is further configured to: and determining the total amount of the preset liquid according to the preset proportion of the materials to the liquid and the total amount of the materials, so as to determine a first preset amount according to the total amount of the preset liquid and the preset cleaning times.
Specifically, taking a rice washing device in an automatic rice or porridge cooking device as an example, after the amount of rice required for cooking or porridge is determined, a preset number of times of washing is determined according to the washing capacity of a washing container, and water for performing a washing operation, that is, water mixed with rice during cooking or porridge cooking, is determined, and a total amount of water for performing a washing operation, that is, a preset total amount of liquid is determined according to a ratio of rice to water for cooking or porridge, so that the first preset amount can be determined by the preset total amount of liquid and the preset number of times of washing, and during each washing operation before the last washing operation, an arbitrary amount of water smaller than the first preset amount can be injected, and the smaller the amount of water injected in the previous washing operation, the larger the amount of water injected in the last washing operation.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the injection unit is further configured to: when the preset cleaning times are not reached, injecting single liquid with the volume larger than 0 and smaller than a first preset volume into the cleaning container to execute the flushing operation; the discharge unit is also configured to: discharging the single liquid into the holding container.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the discharge unit is further configured to: the specified amount of liquid and residue is discharged into the containment vessel at one time.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method further includes: the leading-in unit is used for leading the next batch of single materials into the cleaning container without injecting single liquid when the detection result does not reach the preset cleaning times; and the cleaning unit is used for cleaning a single batch of materials until the number of real-time cleaning times reaches the preset cleaning times.

The first embodiment is as follows:
in any of the above technical solutions, preferably, when it is detected that the preset number of times of cleaning has not been reached, a single liquid that is greater than or equal to 0 and less than a first preset amount is injected into the cleaning container, and the single liquid is discharged into the accommodating container, specifically including the following steps: when the preset cleaning times are not reached, injecting single liquid with the volume larger than 0 and smaller than a first preset volume into the cleaning container to execute the flushing operation; discharging the single liquid into the holding container.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the discharging of the specified amount of the liquid and the residue into the accommodating container according to the preset number of times of discharging specifically includes the following steps: the specified amount of liquid and residue is discharged into the containment vessel at one time.
Example two:
in addition, the liquid less than the first preset amount may be injected only after the designated material cleaning operations in the first N-1 times are completed, for example, after the material cleaning operations in the even number of times are completed, the liquid is injected to perform the rinsing operation, and for example, only after the last material cleaning operations are injected to perform the rinsing operation, compared with the scheme that after the material cleaning operations in the first N-1 times are completed, the liquid less than the first preset amount is injected into the cleaning container, and the designated amount of liquid for one-time rinsing is more injected into the cleaning container after the material cleaning operations in the nth time is completed.
It is also possible to discharge the container once after the completion of the flushing operation by setting a comparison threshold value, when it is detected that the magnitude of the specified quantity is smaller than the comparison threshold value.
Example three:
or, after the material cleaning is completed for the first N-1 times, injecting a liquid less than the first preset amount, for example, after the material cleaning is completed for the even number of times, injecting a liquid to perform a rinsing operation, or, for example, injecting a liquid only for the last several times to perform a rinsing operation, etc., compared to a scheme in which after the material cleaning is completed for the first N-1 times, a liquid less than the first preset amount is injected, after the material cleaning is completed for the nth time, a liquid of the specified amount is injected into the cleaning container for one-time rinsing.
It is also possible to divide the discharge into a plurality of discharges into the receiving container after the completion of the flushing operation when it is detected that the magnitude of the specified quantity is greater than or equal to the comparison threshold by setting a comparison threshold.
Example four:
in any of the above technical solutions, preferably, when it is detected that the preset number of times of cleaning has not been reached, a single liquid that is greater than or equal to 0 and less than a first preset amount is injected into the cleaning container, and the single liquid is discharged into the accommodating container, specifically including the following steps: when the detection result does not reach the preset cleaning times, the next batch of single batch of materials is introduced into the cleaning container without injecting single liquid; and cleaning the single batch of materials until the real-time cleaning times reach the preset cleaning times.
When the preset discharge frequency is 1 time, the liquid with the preset total amount of the liquid and the residues are discharged into the accommodating container, and the accommodating container is usually arranged below the cleaning container, so that the residues can be discharged into the accommodating container along with the flow of the liquid to the maximum extent by utilizing the inertia during the liquid flow, on one hand, the best flushing effect can be realized, and on the other hand, the shortest time for the whole cleaning process can also be realized.
Example five:
when the detection does not reach the preset cleaning times, single liquid is not injected, the next single batch of materials are directly led into the cleaning container, the single batch of materials are continuously cleaned until the real-time cleaning times reach the preset cleaning times, namely, only after the last cleaning operation is finished, and the materials are discharged into the accommodating container from the cleaning container, the liquid with the preset total amount of liquid is discharged into the accommodating container in one step
In order to prevent splashing caused by discharging the liquid of the preset total amount of the liquid into the accommodating container at one time when the preset number of times of discharging is more than 1, the liquid and the residue can be discharged into the accommodating container by dividing into a plurality of times.
In addition, the range of the preset proportion can be further limited according to the application of the materials, and in any technical scheme, preferably, when the materials are used for cooking, the proportion of the first preset amount of the liquid to the volume of the single batch of materials ranges from 1.2 to 2.4; when the mass is used for cooking porridge, the ratio of the first preset amount of liquid to the volume of the single batch of mass ranges from 6 to 18.
