Abstract
本发明公开了一种肉鹅养殖方法,根据肉鹅的生长需求,采用饲料和牧草的合理搭配进行饲喂肉鹅,提供的肉鹅成品营养丰富,专用饲料的喂养能够有效的提高肉鹅抗病能力,且养殖成本低,经济效益高,是一种绿色健康的养殖方法。所述牧草是黑麦草、苏丹草、苦荬菜、冬菜中的一种或几种;所述饲料由富硒玉米、豆粕、麦麸、菜籽饼、石粉、贝壳粉、羽毛粉、矿物质维生素添加剂、食盐、富硒麦芽粉、富里酸硒组成。

本发明涉及家畜养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种肉鹅养殖方法。
背景技术
鹅,是鸟纲雁形目鸭科动物的一种。属于家鹅。家鹅的祖先是雁,大约在三四千年前人类已经驯养。现在世界各地均有饲养。鹅头大,喙扁阔,前额有肉瘤。
鹅肉含蛋白质,脂肪,维生素A、B族维生素,烟酸,糖。其中蛋白质的含量很高,同时富含人体必需的多种氨基酸以及多种维生素、微量元素矿物质,并且脂肪含量很低。鹅肉营养丰富,脂肪含量低,不饱和脂肪酸含量高,对人体健康十分有利。
同时鹅肉作为绿色食品于2002年被联合国粮农组织列为21世纪重点发展的绿色食品之一。具有益气补虚、和胃止渴、止咳化痰,解铅毒等作用。适宜身体虚弱、气血不足、营养不良之人食用。还可补虚益气,暖胃生津,凡经常口渴、乏力、气短、食欲不振者,可常喝鹅汤,吃鹅肉,这样既可补充老年糖尿病患者营养,又可控制病情发展,还可治疗和预防咳嗽病症,尤其对治疗感冒和急慢性气管炎、慢性肾炎、老年浮肿;治肺气肿、哮喘痰壅有良效。特别适合在冬季进补。
在目前的农产业结构整合中,鹅养殖技术已越来越广泛的受到世界各国的关注。随着中国经济的快速发展和人民生活质量的提高,市场对鹅产品的需求量也逐年增加,但同时随着我国的鹅养殖数量不断增大,鹅的营养价值、安全因素也越来越引起人们的重视。一种营养丰富、食用安全的鹅饲料是解决问题的关键。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种肉鹅养殖方法,采用一种健康安全、营养丰富的富硒饲料饲喂肉鹅,在鹅生长的不同时期提供不同的营养物质,从而获得优质的富硒肉鹅。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种肉鹅养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鹅出壳后24-26h,喂25℃温水,加入5-10%葡萄糖,保持舍内相对湿度60-70%;
(2)1周龄,每天按米饭:牧草=1:2的比例混合投喂8-10次,在晚上投喂2-3次,保持鹅舍内温度27-29℃;
(3)2周龄,每天按饲料:牧草=1:2.5的比例投喂6-8次,在晚上投喂1-2次,保持鹅舍内温度25-27℃;
(4)3周龄,每天按饲料:牧草=1:2.5的比例投喂4-6次,在舍内放入装有保健砂的砂盘,保持鹅舍内温度23-25℃;
(5)4-10周龄,按饲料:牧草=1:4的比例每天喂3次,保持鹅舍内温度18-23℃;
(6)70日龄可上市。
在鹅的饮用水中添加灰树花实体富硒多糖0.5-0.8mg/kg;所述灰树花实体富硒多糖:
A、取灰树花菌株,在PDA培养基中加入50mg/kg亚硒酸钠混合均匀,分装,灭菌,接种,在25℃下培养15d,然后接入一级液体,在25℃,150r/min下摇瓶培养7d,再按10%接种量接入二级液体,在25℃,150r/min下摇瓶培养7d,然后经离心分离收集菌丝体,在60℃下烘干,粉碎过40目筛,得富硒灰树花粉;
B、取富硒灰树花粉,加入12%氯化钠溶液,在95℃下水浴提取2h后,抽滤,滤渣再提取1次,合并上清液,浓缩,TFA去除蛋白,用6mol/L盐酸调节pH2.5,在4℃下静置12h,离心,冷冻干燥。
上步骤(2)牧草是黑麦草、苏丹草、苦荬菜、冬菜中的一种或几种。
上步骤(3)饲料:富硒玉米50份、豆粕20份、麦麸10份、菜籽饼10份、石粉1份、贝壳粉3份、羽毛粉3份、矿物质维生素添加剂1份、食盐0.5份、富硒麦芽粉0.5份、富里酸硒0.5份;所述饲料的制备是,称取各原料混合加工成粉末状,过3.5mm。
所述富硒麦芽粉:取挑选过的大麦种子,用1%次氯酸钠溶液浸泡5min,再用水清洗,加入200mg/L亚硒酸钠溶液,在25℃下恒温浸泡8h,取出沥干,避光发芽4d,停止发芽后置于70℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎。
所述富里酸硒:
a、采集富硒水体底泥,自然风干,研细过80目筛,加入按1:1体积比混合的0.1mol/L焦磷酸钠和0.1mol/L氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,通入N2持续30min,在60℃恒温水浴震荡15h,室温静置2d,用0.45μm滤膜过滤取上清液,按1:1的比例加入盐酸调节pH2,在70℃恒温水浴1h,静置过夜,经3000r/min离心15min,取上清液;
b、将上清液以1ml/min的流速通过XAD-8型树脂,弃去流出液,用水淋洗树脂柱至中性,用2mol/L乙醇和2mol/L氨水按体积比为1:1混合洗脱,将洗脱液经3000r/min离心15min,过滤取上清液,冷冻干燥后,用0.1mol/L氢氧化钠稀释10倍,通入N2持续3h,通过氢型阳离子交换树脂柱,流出液冷冻干燥,用硅胶自然干燥,按1:1的体积比加入硒酸盐混合均匀,研细。
所述饲料中还加入了中药添加剂;在鹅2周龄内,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.5g;2-4周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.8g;4-7周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.2g;7-10周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.5g。
所述中草药饲料添加剂:甘草18-25份、神曲25-30份、党参20-30份、山楂25-30份、苍术30-50份、干姜10-15份、陈皮20-30份、木通20-25份;所述中草药添加剂是:称取各组分中草药粉碎,加入0.1-0.3%大蒜素混合均匀。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
本发明涉及一种肉鹅养殖方法,饲料中加入的中草药添加剂副作用小,不易产生抗药性,还能提高肉鹅的生产能力,增强抗应激能力和抗病力,选用的中草药具有理气健脾,调整消化系统整体功能,促进消化吸收,增加免疫力,可防病抗病等作用;
本发明在中草药添加剂中加入大蒜素,具有消炎、降血压、降血脂等功能,降低发病率,减少死亡率,增加养殖效益;
本发明在饲料中加入富硒麦芽粉能增强肉鹅体内谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的活性,增加免疫细胞数目,协调机体免疫反应,从而增强肉鹅的免疫能力;
本发明饲料中采用的富里酸硒易被动物吸收,有利于硒的吸收和蓄积,提高产蛋率和雏鹅的成活率;灰树花实体富硒多糖是天然的免疫调节剂,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤作用,可提高鹅的免疫能力,增强抗病毒作用。
本发明采用环保饲料与牧草配合饲喂肉鹅,提供的肉鹅成品营养丰富,专用饲料的喂养能够有效的提高肉鹅抗病能力,且养殖成本低,经济效益高。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种肉鹅养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鹅出壳后25h,喂25℃温水,加入7.5%葡萄糖,保持舍内相对湿度65%;
(2)1周龄,每天按米饭:牧草=1:2的比例混合投喂9次,在晚上投喂2次,保持鹅舍内温度28℃;
(3)2周龄,每天按饲料:牧草=1:2.5的比例投喂7次,在晚上投喂1次,保持鹅舍内温度26℃;
(4)3周龄,每天按饲料:牧草=1:2.5的比例投喂5次,在舍内放入装有保健砂的砂盘,保持鹅舍内温度24℃;
(5)4~10周龄,按饲料:牧草=1:4的比例每天喂3次,保持鹅舍内温度20.5℃;
(6)70日龄可上市。
本实施例一种肉鹅养殖方法,其中包括在鹅的饮用水中添加灰树花实体富硒多糖0.65mg/kg;所述灰树花实体富硒多糖的制备如下:
(1)取灰树花菌株,在PDA培养基中加入50mg/kg亚硒酸钠混合均匀,分装,灭菌,接种,在25℃下培养15d,然后接入一级液体,在25℃,150r/min下摇瓶培养7d,再按10%接种量接入二级液体,在25℃,150r/min下摇瓶培养7d,然后经离心分离收集菌丝体,在60℃下烘干,粉碎过40目筛,得富硒灰树花粉;
(2)取富硒灰树花粉,加入12%氯化钠溶液,在95℃下水浴提取2h后,抽滤,滤渣再提取1次,合并上清液,浓缩,TFA去除蛋白,用6mol/L盐酸调节pH=2.5,在4℃下静置12h,离心,冷冻干燥。

上述富硒麦芽粉的制备:取挑选过的大麦种子,用1%次氯酸钠溶液浸泡5min,再用水清洗,加入200mg/L亚硒酸钠溶液,在25℃下恒温浸泡8h,取出沥干,避光发芽4d,停止发芽后置于70℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎。
上述富里酸硒的制取:
(1)采集富硒水体底泥,自然风干,研细过80目筛,加入按1:1体积比混合的0.1mol/L焦磷酸钠和0.1mol/L氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,通入N2持续30min,在60℃恒温水浴震荡15h,室温静置2d,用0.45μm滤膜过滤取上清液,按1:1的比例加入盐酸调节pH=2,在70℃恒温水浴1h,静置过夜,经3000r/min离心15min,取上清液;
(2)将上清液以1mL/min的流速通过XAD-8型树脂,弃去流出液,用水淋洗树脂柱至中性,用2mol/L乙醇和2mol/L氨水按体积比为1:1混合洗脱,将洗脱液经3000r/min离心15min,过滤取上清液,冷冻干燥后,用0.1mol/L氢氧化钠稀释10倍,通入N2持续3h,通过氢型阳离子交换树脂柱,流出液冷冻干燥,用硅胶自然干燥,按1:1的体积比加入硒酸盐混合均匀,研细。
上述饲料还加入了中药添加剂;在鹅2周龄内,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.5g;2~4周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.8g;4~7周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.2g;7~10周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.5g。
上述的中草药饲料添加剂为:甘草21.5份、神曲27.5份、党参25份、山楂27.5份、苍术40份、干姜12.5份、陈皮25份、木通22.5份;所述中草药添加剂是:称取各组分中草药粉碎,加入0.2%大蒜素混合均匀。
实施例2
一种肉鹅养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鹅出壳后24h,喂25℃温水,加入5%葡萄糖,保持舍内相对湿度60%;
(2)1周龄,每天按米饭:牧草=1:2的比例混合投喂8次,在晚上投喂2次,保持鹅舍内温度27℃;

(1)采集富硒水体底泥,自然风干,研细过80目筛,加入按1:1体积比混合的0.1mol/L焦磷酸钠和0.1mol/L氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,通入N2持续30min,在60℃恒温水浴震荡15h,室温静置2d,用0.45μm滤膜过滤取上清液,按1:1的比例加入盐酸调节pH=2,在70℃恒温水浴1h,静置过夜,经3000r/min离心15min,取上清液;
(2)将上清液以1mL/min的流速通过XAD-8型树脂,弃去流出液,用水淋洗树脂柱至中性,用2mol/L乙醇和2mol/L氨水按体积比为1:1混合洗脱,将洗脱液经3000r/min离心15min,过滤取上清液,冷冻干燥后,用0.1mol/L氢氧化钠稀释10倍,通入N2持续3h,通过氢型阳离子交换树脂柱,流出液冷冻干燥,用硅胶自然干燥,按1:1的体积比加入硒酸盐混合均匀,研细。
上述饲料还加入了中药添加剂;在鹅2周龄内,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.5g;2~4周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.8g;4~7周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.2g;7~10周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.5g。
上述的中草药饲料添加剂为:甘草25份、神曲30份、党参30份、山楂30份、苍术50份、干姜15份、陈皮30份、木通25份;所述中草药添加剂是:称取各组分中草药粉碎,加入0.3%大蒜素混合均匀。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,不施加麦芽粉和灰树花粉。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,中草药添加剂中不加入大蒜素。
效果评价
选择在水源、山塘、河沟等附近的坡地建棚,内设料槽和水槽,每平方米饲养2~4只育成鹅,选用聚维酮碘全面进行消毒。再按照上述方面分别对肉鹅进行养殖,雏鹅和成年鹅分开养殖,其中,养殖过程的相关数据记录如下:
由上表可得,实施例1~3之间的数据相差不大,雏鹅成活率、雏鹅特定生长率、硒含量、含蛋白质量均比对比例的要好,说明要达到实施例那样的效果,本发明的步骤成分缺一不可;
实施例1与对比例1作比较,由于实施例1中麦芽粉富含维生素E、蛋白质、淀粉酶、葡萄糖、麦芽糖,具有消食健脾的功效,能保护和增强消化道黏膜,还增强鹅体内谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的活性,增加免疫细胞数目,协调机体免疫反应,从而增强鹅的免疫能力;灰树花实体富硒多糖是天然的免疫调节剂,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤作用,可提高鹅的免疫能力,增强抗病毒作用,而且这两种原料均富硒,易被动物吸收,有利于硒的吸收和蓄积,提高产蛋率和雏鹅的成活率;
实施例1与对比例2作比较,由于实施例1中的在中草药添加剂中加入大蒜素,其消炎、降血压、降血脂等功能可以明显提高肉鹅生产性能,降低发病率,减少死亡率,增加养殖效益。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鹅出壳后24-26h,喂25℃温水,加入5-10%葡萄糖,保持舍内相对湿度60-70%;
(2)1周龄,每天按米饭:牧草=1:2的比例混合投喂8-10次,在晚上投喂2-3次,保持鹅舍内温度27-29℃;
(3)2周龄,每天按饲料:牧草=1:2.5的比例投喂6-8次,在晚上投喂1-2次,保持鹅舍内温度25-27℃;
(4)3周龄,每天按饲料:牧草=1:2.5的比例投喂4-6次,在舍内放入装有保健砂的砂盘,保持鹅舍内温度23-25℃;
(5)4-10周龄,按饲料:牧草=1:4的比例每天喂3次,保持鹅舍内温度18-23℃;
(6)70日龄可上市。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,在鹅的饮用水中添加灰树花实体富硒多糖0.5-0.8mg/kg;所述灰树花实体富硒多糖:
(1)取灰树花菌株,在PDA培养基中加入50mg/kg亚硒酸钠混合均匀,分装,灭菌,接种,在25℃下培养15d,然后接入一级液体,在25℃,150r/min下摇瓶培养7d,再按10%接种量接入二级液体,在25℃,150r/min下摇瓶培养7d,然后经离心分离收集菌丝体,在60℃下烘干,粉碎过40目筛,得富硒灰树花粉;
(2)取富硒灰树花粉,加入12%氯化钠溶液,在95℃下水浴提取2h后,抽滤,滤渣再提取1次,合并上清液,浓缩,TFA去除蛋白,用6mol/L盐酸调节pH2.5,在4℃下静置12h,离心,冷冻干燥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)牧草是黑麦草、苏丹草、苦荬菜、冬菜中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)饲料:富硒玉米50份、豆粕20份、麦麸10份、菜籽饼10份、石粉1份、贝壳粉3份、羽毛粉3份、矿物质维生素添加剂1份、食盐0.5份、富硒麦芽粉0.5份、富里酸硒0.5份;所述饲料的制备是,称取各原料混合加工成粉末状,过3.5mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,所述富硒麦芽粉:取挑选过的大麦种子,用1%次氯酸钠溶液浸泡5min,再用水清洗,加入200mg/L亚硒酸钠溶液,在25℃下恒温浸泡8h,取出沥干,避光发芽4d,停止发芽后置于70℃烘箱中烘干,粉碎。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,所述富里酸硒:
(1)采集富硒水体底泥,自然风干,研细过80目筛,加入按1:1体积比混合的0.1mol/L焦磷酸钠和0.1mol/L氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,通入N2持续30min,在60℃恒温水浴震荡15h,室温静置2d,用0.45μm滤膜过滤取上清液,按1:1的比例加入盐酸调节pH2,在70℃恒温水浴1h,静置过夜,经3000r/min离心15min,取上清液;
(2)将上清液以1ml/min的流速通过XAD-8型树脂,弃去流出液,用水淋洗树脂柱至中性,用2mol/L乙醇和2mol/L氨水按体积比为1:1混合洗脱,将洗脱液经3000r/min离心15min,过滤取上清液,冷冻干燥后,用0.1mol/L氢氧化钠稀释10倍,通入N2持续3h,通过氢型阳离子交换树脂柱,流出液冷冻干燥,用硅胶自然干燥,按1:1的体积比加入硒酸盐混合均匀,研细。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,所述饲料中还加入了中药添加剂;在鹅2周龄内,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.5g;2-4周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂0.8g;4-7周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.2g;7-10周龄,每千克饲料添加中草药添加剂1.5g。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种肉鹅养殖方法,其特征在于,所述中草药饲料添加剂:甘草18-25份、神曲25-30份、党参20-30份、山楂25-30份、苍术30-50份、干姜10-15份、陈皮20-30份、木通20-25份;所述中草药添加剂是:称取各组分中草药粉碎,加入0.1-0.3%大蒜素混合均匀。
