本发明公开了一种网带炉炉口余热回收装置,包括炉体、设置在炉体两端的进料装置及出料装置、固定在进料装置及出料装置上的液体循环装置;所述进料装置包括壳体A及内部的挡板A;所述壳体A中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与进料口相连通的空腔A;所述出料装置包括壳体B及内部的挡板B;所述壳体B中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与出料口相连通的空腔B;所述液体循环装置由若干均布设置的回收水箱构成,所述回收水箱侧壁上分别设置有进水管和出水管。本发明设计了合理的进料装置及出料装置,尽可能避免炉体内热量的流失,而无法避免流出的余热通过回收水箱中的循环水进行回收,整体结构设计合理且有效保证炉体工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种余热回收装置,特别是涉及一种网带炉炉口余热回收装置。
背景技术
网带炉为通过网带将零件实现炉内连续输送的加热炉,主要用于粉末冶金制品及金属粉末的还原及电子产品在保护气氛或空气中的预烧、烧成或热处理工艺。
专利号为CN201621313880.9的发明专利中,提到了一种网带炉炉口的余热回收装置,包括一个回收本体、由进水管和出水管组成的水循环系统;所述回收本体内设有空腔,所述进水管和出水管分别与所述空腔连通;所述回收本体包括一正面、两个侧面和受热底面,所述正面向网带炉方向倾斜。该发明用于将炉口的余热进行回收,但是若炉口余热热量过高,回收装置的作用并不明显,因此需进可能减小炉口余热的流出,然后再对无法避免流出的余热进行回收,因此本发明研制一种网带炉炉口余热回收装置,以达到上述技术要求,经检索,未发现与本发明相同或相似的技术方案。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种网带炉炉口余热回收装置,以解决现有技术中整体结构设计不合理的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种网带炉炉口余热回收装置,包括炉体、设置在炉体两端的进料装置及出料装置、固定在进料装置及出料装置上的液体循环装置;所述炉体两端分别具有一进料口和出料口;所述进料装置包括壳体A及铰接在壳体A内部的挡板A;所述壳体A呈圆台型,中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与进料口相连通的空腔A;所述挡板A上端铰接在壳体A内壁上端;所述出料装置包括壳体B及铰接在壳体B内部的挡板B;所述壳体B呈圆台型,中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与出料口相连通的空腔B;所述挡板B上端铰接在壳体B内壁上端;所述液体循环装置由若干均布固定在壳体A和壳体B侧壁上的回收水箱构成,所述回收水箱侧壁上分别设置有进水管和出水管。
进一步的,所述壳体A的内壁下端具有一嵌槽,所述挡板A下端延伸至嵌槽内。
进一步的,所述空腔A内壁下端及进料口下端呈倾斜状,靠近炉体一端的高度低于远离炉体一端的高度,所述空腔B内壁下端及出料口下端也呈倾斜状,靠近炉体一端的高度高于远离炉体一端的高度。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列有益效果:
(1)本发明设计了合理的进料装置及出料装置,尽可能避免炉体内热量的流失,而无法避免流出的余热通过回收水箱中的循环水进行回收,整体结构设计合理且有效保证炉体工作效率;
(2)壳体A的内壁下端具有一嵌槽,挡板A下端延伸至嵌槽内,进一步减小热量的流失;
(3)设计合理的进料口及出料口结构,保证工作的高效性。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的内容做进一步的详细说明:
如图1所示,一种网带炉炉口余热回收装置,包括炉体1、设置在炉体1两端的进料装置及出料装置、固定在进料装置及出料装置上的液体循环装置;其中炉体1两端分别具有一进料口2和出料口3;进料装置包括壳体A4及铰接在壳体A4内部的挡板A7;壳体A4呈圆台型,中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与进料口2相连通的空腔A5,空腔A5下端具有一嵌槽6;挡板A7上端铰接在壳体A4内壁上端,下端延伸至嵌槽6内;出料装置包括壳体B8及铰接在壳体B8内部的挡板B10;壳体B8呈圆台型,中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与出料口3相连通的空腔B9;挡板B10上端铰接在壳体B8内壁上端;液体循环装置由若干均布固定在壳体A4和壳体B8侧壁上的回收水箱11构成,回收水箱11侧壁上分别设置有进水管12和出水管13;作为本实施例的进一步优化,空腔A5内壁下端及进料口2下端呈倾斜状,靠近炉体1一端的高度低于远离炉体1一端的高度,空腔B9内壁下端及出料口3下端也呈倾斜状,靠近炉体1一端的高度高于远离炉体1一端的高度。
工作时,合理的进料装置及出料装置能够有效避免炉体1内部的热量散失,同时无法避免流出的余热通过回收水箱11中的循环水进行回收,整体结构设计合理且有效保证炉体工作效率。

1.一种网带炉炉口余热回收装置,其特征在于:包括炉体、设置在炉体两端的进料装置及出料装置、固定在进料装置及出料装置上的液体循环装置;所述炉体两端分别具有一进料口和出料口;所述进料装置包括壳体A及铰接在壳体A内部的挡板A;所述壳体A呈圆台型,中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与进料口相连通的空腔A;所述挡板A上端铰接在壳体A内壁上端;所述出料装置包括壳体B及铰接在壳体B内部的挡板B;所述壳体B呈圆台型,中轴线沿水平方向设置,中部具有一与出料口相连通的空腔B;所述挡板B上端铰接在壳体B内壁上端;所述液体循环装置由若干均布固定在壳体A和壳体B侧壁上的回收水箱构成,所述回收水箱侧壁上分别设置有进水管和出水管;所述壳体A的内壁下端具有一嵌槽,所述挡板A下端延伸至嵌槽内;所述空腔A内壁下端及进料口下端呈倾斜状,靠近炉体一端的高度低于远离炉体一端的高度,所述空腔B内壁下端及出料口下端也呈倾斜状,靠近炉体一端的高度高于远离炉体一端的高度。
