本发明公开了一种羊绒织物柔软剂及其制备方法,属于纺织物柔软剂领域。所述羊绒织物柔软剂由以下组分按质量百分比组成:两性离子型氨基硅油5%~25%、改性氨基硅油1%~20%、季铵盐为1%~15%、非离子乳化剂为4%~25%、羊毛脂为1~5%,有机酸为0.1~0.5%及去离子水为余量。本发明的羊绒织物柔软剂中各组分相互协同配合,品质稳定性好,不仅能赋予羊绒织物柔软、丰满、滑爽的手感,而且不影响羊绒织物的亲水性和色泽。

本发明属于纺织物柔软剂技术领域,具体涉及一种羊绒织物柔软剂。
背景技术
羊绒以其舒适保暖的服用性能、丰满、悬垂的外观以及柔软、滑爽的手感,作为高端的服装面料,随着人们生活水平的提高,羊绒制品越来越收到人们的青睐。由于柔软整理对羊绒织物的手感和服用性能有着明显的改善,使织物的使用档次和产品的附加值得以提高,故倍受羊绒印染企业的关注。目前羊绒织物用柔软剂一般为高粘度的氨基改性硅油乳液,只是具有单一的改善手感的功能,而且质量稳定性、亲水性及手感有待提高。
中国专利201210426114.3(公告号CN 102952273 B)公开了一种两性离子型氨基硅油,该两性离子型氨基硅油的乳液具有较高的稳定性,并且在处理织物时具有较高的反应性,处理后的织物,有很好的抗泛黄性、耐洗性和蓬松感。但是直接使用该两性离子型氨基硅油处理织物的亲水性和手感还有待提高,而现有技术中也未公开使用该两性离子型氨基硅油制备的适于羊绒织物使用的柔软剂。
发明内容
因此为了克服了上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种羊绒织物柔软剂,本发明提供的羊绒织物柔软剂品质稳定性好,仅能赋予羊绒织物柔软、丰满、滑爽的手感,而且不影响羊绒织物的亲水性和色泽。
本发明的羊绒织物柔软剂由以下组分按质量百分比组成:两性离子型氨基硅油5%~25%、改性氨基硅油1%~20%、季铵盐为1%~15%、非离子乳化剂为4%~25%、羊毛脂为1~5%,有机酸为0.1~0.5%及去离子水为余量。
优选的,其组分按质量百分比为:两性离子型氨基硅油15~25%、改性氨基硅油1~5%、季铵盐为2~6%、非离子乳化剂为8~15%、羊毛脂为2~5%,有机酸为0.1~0.3%及去离子水为余量。
更优选的,所述柔软剂组分按质量百分比为:两性离子型氨基硅油15%、改性氨基硅油5%、季铵盐为6%、非离子乳化剂为15%、羊毛脂为3%,有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为余量。
所述两性离子型氨基硅油可用如下通式表示,

本发明的目的还在于提供所述羊绒织物柔软剂的制备方法,所述方法按照下述步骤进行:
按照上述原料配比,在可变速混合器中先加入两性离子型氨基硅油、改性氨基硅油和非离子乳化剂搅拌均匀,然后加热混合容器,保持乳化温度为30℃~60℃,然后再加入季铵盐与羊毛脂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入有机酸和去离子水,乳化反应;搅拌均匀分装。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明的羊绒织物柔软剂中的两性离子型氨基硅油,既保留了部分未改性的氨基硅油,又增加了阴离子亲水基团、季铵阳离子基团和羟基。经过该柔软剂整理后的羊绒织物,既有经过氨基硅油整理后羊绒织物的柔软,滑爽的手感,同时又降低了织物的泛黄性;硅油结构中的羟基能与织物中的羟基、羧基进行脱水缩合,提高其反应性、耐洗性;硅油结构中季铵阳离子的存在,可以提高羊绒织物整理后的丰满感。该柔软剂中的改性氨基硅油和羊毛脂,两种成份搭配可使整理后的羊绒织物具有柔软、滑爽、滋润的手感。该柔软剂中的酯基季铵盐不仅刺激性小,而且与两性离子型氨基硅油复配,可使整理后的羊绒织物具有优异的亲水性和蓬松的手感。而该柔软剂中的非离子乳化剂可有效提高制备柔软剂时的乳化效果,提升柔软剂的稳定性,有机酸作为pH调节剂,可进一步提高柔软剂的品质稳定性。上述各组分相互协同配合,使得本发明的羊绒织物柔软剂品质稳定性好,不仅能赋予羊绒织物柔软、丰满、滑爽的手感,而且不影响羊绒织物的亲水性和色泽。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限制本发明的应用范围。
以下实施例中两性离子型氨基硅油购自上海氟聚化学产品股份有限公司,型号SF6150;改性氨基硅油购自上海氟聚化学产品股份有限公司,型号SF9266;季铵盐为N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐;非离子乳化剂为仲醇聚氧乙烯醚,季铵盐和非离子乳化剂均购自陶氏化学;水溶性羊毛脂购自宁波北仑雅旭化工有限公司;可变速混合器购自IKA,型号RW20digitil。
两性离子型氨基硅油SF6150可用如下结构式表示:

实施例1
本发明一种羊绒织物用柔软剂,组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF6150为15%、改性氨基硅油SF9266为5%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐为6%、15-S-5:15-S-9=1:9的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为15%、水溶性羊毛脂为3%,有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为55.7%。
制备步骤:可变速混合器中按配比先加入两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150、改性氨基硅油SF9266与非离子乳化剂15-S-5:15-S-9=1:9的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀,然后加热混合容器,保持乳化温度为60℃;然后再按配比加入N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐和水溶性羊毛脂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入乙酸和去离子水,乳化反应。搅拌均匀分装。
实施例2

制备步骤:可变速混合器中按配比先加入两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150、改性氨基硅油SF9266与非离子乳化剂15-S-5:15-S-9=1:9的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀,然后加热混合容器,保持乳化温度为40℃;然后再按配比加入N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐和水溶性羊毛脂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入乙酸和去离子水,乳化反应。搅拌均匀分装。
实施例3
本发明一种羊绒织物用柔软剂,组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF6150为25%、改性氨基硅油SF9266为1%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐为4%、15-S-5:15-S-12=2:8的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为8%、水溶性羊毛脂为4%,有机酸为0.1%及去离子水为57.9%。
制备步骤:可变速混合器中按配比先加入两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150、改性氨基硅油SF9266与非离子乳化剂15-S-5:15-S-12=2:8的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀,然后加热混合容器,保持乳化温度为30℃;然后再按配比加入N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐和水溶性羊毛脂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入乙酸和去离子水,乳化反应。搅拌均匀分装。
实施例4
本发明一种羊绒织物用柔软剂,组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF6150为5%、改性氨基硅油SF9266为20%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐为5%、15-S-7:15-S-12=1:1的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为12%、水溶性羊毛脂为2%,有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为55.7%。
制备步骤:可变速混合器中按配比先加入两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150、改性氨基硅油SF9266与非离子乳化剂15-S-7:15-S-12=1:1的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀,然后加热混合容器,保持乳化温度为50℃;然后再按配比加入N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐和水溶性羊毛脂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入乙酸和去离子水,乳化反应。搅拌均匀分装。
对比例1
目前市场上常用的羊绒柔软剂,组分:高粘度的氨基改性硅油乳液,烘干法测试得含固量为32%。
对比例2
组分和质量百分比如下:改性氨基硅油SF9266为20%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐为6%、15-S-5:15-S-9=1:9的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为10%、水溶性羊毛脂为3%,有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为60.7%。
对比例3
组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150为20%、N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐为6%、15-S-5:15-S-9=1:9的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为10%、水溶性羊毛脂为3%,有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为60.7%。
对比例4
组分和质量百分比如下:两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150为15%、改性氨基硅油SF9266为5%、15-S-5:15-S-9=1:9的仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为15%、有机酸为0.3%及去离子水为64.7%。
对比例1~4的制备步骤参照实施例1~4的制备步骤。
试验例
对上述实施例1~4与对比例1~4所制成的产品整理本色羊绒针织织片,用量为对织物中2%(即o.w.f 2%),浴比为1:15,处理温度为40℃,处理时间为15min,脱水后,经120摄氏度烘干回潮后进行如下的性能测试:
(1)手感
由5位经验丰富的专业人士用触摸法评定手感。1级表明手感最差,5级表明手感最好。
(2)亲水性
按照AATCC 79-2000《纺织品的吸水性测定》测定,吸入时间越快,表面亲水性越好。

本发明实施例1~4制得的羊绒织物柔软剂的不仅品质稳定性极好,而且从表1和2可以看出,使用实施例1~4制得的羊绒织物柔软剂处理后的羊绒织物具有较佳的手感和亲水性。相比于实施例1,对比例1为市场上常用的羊绒柔软剂,组分差异较大,而对比例2未添加两性离子型氨基硅油SF 6150,对比例3未添加N,N-二(酰胺基乙基)-甲基季铵盐,对比例4未添加改性氨基硅油SF9266,对比可以发现,使用实施例1制得的羊绒织物柔软剂处理后的羊绒织物,比对比例1~4处理的羊绒织物在手感和亲水性能上均呈现出明显优势,可见本发明中每一种组分均起到关键作用,各组分相互协同配合,使得本发明的羊绒织物柔软剂品质稳定性好,不仅能赋予羊绒织物柔软、丰满、滑爽的手感,而且不影响羊绒织物的亲水性和色泽。
以上已对本发明创造的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明创造精神的前提下,还可作出种种的等同的变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种羊绒织物柔软剂,由以下组分按质量百分比组成:两性离子型氨基硅油5%~25%、改性氨基硅油1%~20%、季铵盐为1%~15%、非离子乳化剂为4%~25%、羊毛脂为1~5%,有机酸为0.1~0.5%及去离子水为余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊绒织物用柔软剂,其特征在于,其组分按质量百分比为:两性离子型氨基硅油15~25%、改性氨基硅油1~5%、季铵盐为2~6%、非离子乳化剂为8~15%、羊毛脂为2~5%,有机酸为0.1~0.3%及去离子水为余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒织物柔软剂,其特征在于,所述两性离子型氨基硅油的结构通式如下:
其中,R1为C1~C12的烷基、烷氧基或羟基;R2为甲基或羟基;R3为单胺类基团;R4为阴离子改性单胺类基团;x,y,z均为正整数,5≤x+y+z≤1000。
4.根据权利要求3所述的羊绒织物柔软剂,其特征在于,
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒织物柔软剂,其特征在于,所述改性氨基硅油的氨值在0.4mg/mol,粘度在20000mPa.s;所述改性氨基硅油的结构通式如下:
其中,R=-CH2CH2CH2NHCH2CH2NH2;X为甲基、烷氧基或羟基;m,n均为正整数,10≤m+n≤1000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒织物柔软剂,其特征在于,所述非离子乳化剂为仲醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述仲醇聚氧乙烯醚为15-S-5:15-S-9=2:8、15-S-5:15-S-12=1:9或15-S-7:15-S-12=1:1的混合仲醇聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒织物柔软剂,其特征在于,所述季铵盐为酯基季铵盐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒织物柔软剂,其特征在于,所述羊毛脂为水溶性羊毛脂,主要成分是甾醇类、脂肪醇类和三萜烯醇类与脂肪酸所生成的酯。
9.根据权利要求1所述的羊绒织物柔软剂,其特征在于,所述有机酸为乙酸、柠檬酸、羟基乙酸和对苯二甲酸的一种或几种。
10.权利要求1所述的羊绒织物用柔软剂的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:
按照上述原料配比,在可变速混合器中先加入两性离子型氨基硅油、改性氨基硅油和非离子乳化剂搅拌均匀,然后加热混合容器,保持乳化温度为30℃~60℃,然后再加入季铵盐与羊毛脂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入有机酸和去离子水,乳化反应;搅拌均匀分装。
