本发明公开了一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其原料按重量份包括:甲基乙烯基生胶100‑120份,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷10‑20份,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷2‑4份,沉淀硫酸钡30‑40份,沸石粉60‑80份,硼酸锌40‑60份,蛭石粉20‑28份,石英砂8‑14份,氧化钇1‑2份,增塑剂2‑4份,硫化剂2‑4份。本发明所得硅橡胶不仅加工性能好,成本低廉,而且断裂伸长率与拉伸强度极为优异,耐热强度高,耐高温分解性能极高,高温状态下性能下降不明显,阻燃效果极为优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及硅橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶。
背景技术
目前,耐油胶有广泛的需求。市场上的耐油胶的种类也很多,主要的品种为丁腈橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶。其中丁腈橡胶、氢化丁腈等具有很好的耐油效果,但是成本高。而目前的硅橡胶是由甲基乙烯基生胶、沉淀硫酸钡、羟基硅油,含氢硅油及硬脂酸锌等通过捏合机高温捏合,虽然耐油性好,但所得硅胶高温易分解,导致性能下降明显,成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,所得硅橡胶不仅加工性能好,成本低廉,而且断裂伸长率与拉伸强度极为优异,耐热强度高,耐高温分解性能极高,高温状态下性能下降不明显,阻燃效果极为优异。
本发明提出的一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其原料按重量份包括:甲基乙烯基生胶100-120份,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷10-20份,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷2-4份,沉淀硫酸钡30-40份,沸石粉60-80份,硼酸锌40-60份,蛭石粉20-28份,石英砂8-14份,氧化钇1-2份,增塑剂2-4份,硫化剂2-4份。
优选地,增塑剂包括端乙烯基硅油、微晶石蜡、松焦油。
优选地,增塑剂按重量份包括:端乙烯基硅油4-8份,微晶石蜡2-4份,松焦油1-2份。
优选地,硫化剂包括过氧化二苯甲酰、硫磺、硫化促进剂TMTD。
优选地,硫化剂按重量份包括:过氧化二苯甲酰1-2份,硫磺4-6份,硫化促进剂TMTD 1.5-2.5份。
优选地,沉淀硫酸钡和沸石粉的重量比为32-38:65-75。
优选地,沸石粉、硼酸锌、蛭石粉、石英砂、氧化钇的重量比为65-75:45-55:22-26:10-12:1.2-1.8。
本发明以甲基乙烯基生胶为基材,与四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷复配,不仅加工性能好,成本低廉,而且可有效提高本发明所得硅橡胶的耐热强度,再与沉淀硫酸钡配合,不仅可降低成本,而且阻燃效果极为优异,无卤环保,不污染环境;沉淀硫酸钡与沸石粉复配,相互间分散程度高,在保证成本低的前提下,使本发明所得硅橡胶高温不易分解,并可保证本发明所得硅橡胶的综合强度;沸石粉与硼酸锌、蛭石粉、石英砂、氧化钇的分散程度高,在二甲基二乙氧基硅烷的作用下结合程度高,不仅可进一步增强本发明所得硅橡胶的热稳定性,而且耐高温分解性能极高,高温状态下性能下降不明显。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其原料包括:甲基乙烯基生胶100kg,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷20kg,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷2kg,沉淀硫酸钡40kg,沸石粉60kg,硼酸锌60kg,蛭石粉20kg,石英砂14kg,氧化钇1kg,增塑剂4kg,硫化剂2kg。
增塑剂包括:端乙烯基硅油8kg,微晶石蜡2,松焦油2kg。硫化剂包括:过氧化二苯甲酰1kg,硫磺6kg,硫化促进剂TMTD 1.5kg。
实施例2
一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其原料包括:甲基乙烯基生胶120kg,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷10kg,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷4kg,沉淀硫酸钡30kg,沸石粉80kg,硼酸锌40kg,蛭石粉28kg,石英砂8kg,氧化钇2kg,增塑剂2kg,硫化剂4kg。
增塑剂包括:端乙烯基硅油4kg,微晶石蜡4kg,松焦油1kg。硫化剂包括:过氧化二苯甲酰2kg,硫磺4kg,硫化促进剂TMTD 2.5kg。
实施例3
一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其原料包括:甲基乙烯基生胶105kg,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷18kg,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷2.5kg,沉淀硫酸钡38kg,沸石粉65kg,硼酸锌55kg,蛭石粉22kg,石英砂12kg,氧化钇1.2kg,增塑剂3.5kg,硫化剂2.5kg。
增塑剂包括:端乙烯基硅油7kg,微晶石蜡2.5kg,松焦油1.8kg。硫化剂包括:过氧化二苯甲酰1.2kg,硫磺5.5kg,硫化促进剂TMTD 1.8kg。
实施例4
一种低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其原料包括:甲基乙烯基生胶115kg,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷12kg,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷3.5kg,沉淀硫酸钡32kg,沸石粉75kg,硼酸锌45kg,蛭石粉22-26kg,石英砂10kg,氧化钇1.8kg,增塑剂2.5kg,硫化剂3.5kg。
增塑剂包括:端乙烯基硅油5kg,微晶石蜡3.5kg,松焦油1.2kg。硫化剂包括:过氧化二苯甲酰1.8kg,硫磺4.5kg,硫化促进剂TMTD 2.2kg。
将实施例4所得低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶进行性能测试,测试结果如下:

2.根据权利要求1所述低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其特征在于,增塑剂包括端乙烯基硅油、微晶石蜡、松焦油。
3.根据权利要求2所述低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其特征在于,增塑剂按重量份包括:端乙烯基硅油4-8份,微晶石蜡2-4份,松焦油1-2份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其特征在于,硫化剂包括过氧化二苯甲酰、硫磺、硫化促进剂TMTD。
5.根据权利要求4所述低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其特征在于,硫化剂按重量份包括:过氧化二苯甲酰1-2份,硫磺4-6份,硫化促进剂TMTD1.5-2.5份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其特征在于,沉淀硫酸钡和沸石粉的重量比为32-38:65-75。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述低成本耐高温甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,其特征在于,沸石粉、硼酸锌、蛭石粉、石英砂、氧化钇的重量比为65-75:45-55:22-26:10-12:1.2-1.8。
