本发明公开了一种绿色环保洗涤剂,包括以下重量份组份:水40‑60份;柠檬酸钠0.2‑0.8份;茶皂素1‑3份;2,5‑二甲基苯并恶唑0.2‑0.8份;1,2‑丙二醇1‑5份;三乙醇胺1‑3份;α‑十六烷基‑ω‑羟基‑聚(氧乙烯)4‑8份;月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3‑7份;N,N‑二(2‑羟乙基)十二烷基酰胺0.5‑1.5份;十二烷基葡萄糖苷3‑7份;二甲苯磺酸钠1‑3份。本发明的绿色环保洗涤剂,绿色环保,并且具有优异的去污功能,无皮肤刺激,并且能够有效去除果蔬上残留的农药。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂,尤其涉及一种绿色环保洗涤剂。
背景技术
洗涤剂又叫洗调剂,其主要成分是表面活性剂,表面活性剂是分子结构中含有亲水基和亲油基两部分的有机化合物。一般是根据表面活性剂在水溶液中能否分解为离子,又将其分为离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂的两大类。离子型表面活性剂又可分为阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂三种。
洗涤剂按照外观形态分:粉体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂、固体洗涤剂;洗涤剂按照使用范畴分:民用洗涤剂、工业洗涤剂。
随着我国新型工业化进程的加快,清洗已经成为工业生产中的一个必不可少的重要环节,工业清洁用品的市场需求将会保持持续高位增长,同时这样对清洗技术进步提出了新的、更高的要求。中国现有约4000家清洗用品制造商、分销商和代理商,工业和商业用途用清洁用品的最终用户就达到500万家。工业清洁洗涤剂行业的产值约为200亿元。
现有技术中,洗涤剂去污功能并不理想。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种绿色环保洗涤剂。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种绿色环保洗涤剂,包括以下重量份组份:
水40-60份;
柠檬酸钠(CAS号:6132-04-3)0.2-0.8份;
茶皂素(CAS号:8047-15-2)1-3份;
2,5-二甲基苯并恶唑(CAS号:5676-58-4)0.2-0.8份;
1,2-丙二醇1-5份;
三乙醇胺1-3份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯)(CAS号:9004-95-9)4-8份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(CAS号:9004-82-4)3-7份;
N,N-二(2-羟乙基)十二烷基酰胺(CAS号:120-40-1)0.5-1.5份;
十二烷基葡萄糖苷(CAS号:110615-47-9)3-7份;
二甲苯磺酸钠(CAS号:1300-72-7)1-3份。
优选的,一种绿色环保洗涤剂,包括以下重量份组份:
水40-60份;
柠檬酸钠0.2-0.8份;
茶皂素1-3份;
2,5-二甲基苯并恶唑0.2-0.8份;
1,2-丙二醇1-5份;
三乙醇胺1-3份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯)4-8份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3-7份;
N,N-二(2-羟乙基)十二烷基酰胺0.5-1.5份;
十二烷基葡萄糖苷3-7份;
二甲苯磺酸钠1-3份;
酶0.05-0.15份。
优选的,所述酶为脂肪酶、淀粉葡糖苷酶、纤维素酶、脱氧核糖核酸酶、漆酶、木质素酶、超氧歧化酶、辅酶A、无花果蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶、柚苷酶、橙皮苷酶、菠萝蛋白酶、淀粉酶、葡糖氧化酶、胃蛋白酶中的至少一种。
最优的,所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为8:(1-3):(1-3)混合而成。
常用本领域通用方法即可制得本发明的绿色环保洗涤剂,例如将水加热至40℃,再将其他原料加入,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温即可。
本发明的绿色环保洗涤剂,绿色环保,并且具有良好的去污功能,无皮肤刺激,并且能够有效去除果蔬上残留的农药。
具体实施方式
实施例中部分原料的参数如下:
柚苷酶:酶活力5万U/g。
橙皮苷酶:酶活力10万U/g。
无花果蛋白酶:酶活力10万U/g。
实施例1
一种绿色环保洗涤剂,包括以下重量份组份:
水50份;
柠檬酸钠0.5份;
茶皂素2份;
2,5-二甲基苯并恶唑0.5份;
1,2-丙二醇3份;
三乙醇胺2份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯)6份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5份;

α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯)6份;

二甲苯磺酸钠2份;
酶0.1份。
所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为4:1:1混合而成。
将水加热至40℃,再将其他原料加入,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温即可制得各实施例的绿色环保洗涤剂。
测试例1
对实施例进行去除农药残留性能测试。
分别将实施例1-5绿色环保洗涤剂与去离子水按质量比为1:2000混合均匀,得到绿色环保洗涤剂的稀释液;将同一蔬菜地采摘的韭菜随机分组,每组500g,分别浸泡在2000g温度为25℃的绿色环保洗涤剂的稀释液中,最后一组浸泡在2000g温度为25℃的去离子水中作为对照组,浸泡时间为15分钟,取出用4000g清水漂洗15分钟,晾干,测试清洗后韭菜中的农药残留量。农药残留测试方法参照国标GB/T20769-2008进行。具体测试结果见表1。

三乙醇胺 1-3份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯) 4-8份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠 3-7份;
N,N-二(2-羟乙基)十二烷基酰胺 0.5-1.5份;
十二烷基葡萄糖苷 3-7份;
二甲苯磺酸钠 1-3份;
酶 0.05-0.15份;
所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为8:(1-3):(1-3)混合而成。
