本发明公开了一种洗涤剂组合物,包括以下重量份组份:十二烷基葡萄糖苷2‑6份;月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3‑7份;α‑十六烷基‑ω‑羟基‑聚(氧乙烯)2‑6份;柠檬酸钠1‑3份;硅藻土0.2‑1.2份;山梨酸0.2‑0.8份;氯化钾1‑3份;甘油0.5‑3.5份;去离子水100‑150份。本发明的洗涤剂组合物去污能力强,安全环保,性能温和,可以用于果蔬、餐具的洗涤,也可以用于高档纺织面料的精洗。

洗涤剂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂,尤其涉及一种洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
洗涤剂又叫洗调剂,其主要成分是表面活性剂,表面活性剂是分子结构中含有亲水基和亲油基两部分的有机化合物。一般是根据表面活性剂在水溶液中能否分解为离子,又将其分为离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂的两大类。离子型表面活性剂又可分为阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂三种。
洗涤剂按照外观形态分:粉体洗涤剂、液体洗涤剂、固体洗涤剂;洗涤剂按照使用范畴分:民用洗涤剂、工业洗涤剂。
随着我国新型工业化进程的加快,清洗已经成为工业生产中的一个必不可少的重要环节,工业清洁用品的市场需求将会保持持续高位增长,同时这样对清洗技术进步提出了新的、更高的要求。中国现有约4000家清洗用品制造商、分销商和代理商,工业和商业用途用清洁用品的最终用户就达到500万家。工业清洁洗涤剂行业的产值约为200亿元。
与粉状洗涤剂相比,液体洗涤剂可以给消费者的日常生活带来更多便利,如易于溶解、计量准确、无粉尘污染等;液体洗涤剂还比粉状洗涤剂更加环保,生产过程中不需要蒸发掉原料中的水分而节省了热能,液态下不会有粉尘散发出而减少空气中碱性颗粒物的量,不需要添加与洗涤去污无关的添加剂而减少化学品的使用等。
目前液体洗涤剂性价比最好的表面活性剂当属直链烷基苯磺酸钠。但是直链烷基苯磺酸钠在硬水中的洗涤去污的综合能力较差,究其原因是直链烷基苯磺酸钠与硬水中的钙镁离子作用生成不溶于水的直链烷基苯磺酸的钙镁盐,生成的钙镁盐沉积在衣物表面或悬浮于洗涤水中而影响洗涤剂去污性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种洗涤剂组合物,不含直链烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种洗涤剂组合物,包括以下重量份组份:
十二烷基葡萄糖苷(CAS号:110615-47-9) 2-6份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(CAS号:9004-82-4) 3-7份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯)(CAS号:9004-95-9) 2-6份;
柠檬酸钠 1-3份;
硅藻土 0.2-1.2份;
山梨酸 0.2-0.8份;
氯化钾 1-3份;
甘油 0.5-3.5份;
去离子水 100-150份。
优选的,一种洗涤剂组合物,包括以下重量份组份:
十二烷基葡萄糖苷(CAS号:110615-47-9) 2-6份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠(CAS号:9004-82-4) 3-7份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯)(CAS号:9004-95-9) 2-6份;
柠檬酸钠 1-3份;
硅藻土 0.2-1.2份;
山梨酸 0.2-0.8份;
氯化钾 1-3份;
甘油 0.5-3.5份;
去离子水 100-150份;
酶 0.6-1.2份。
优选的,所述酶为脂肪酶、淀粉葡糖苷酶、纤维素酶、漆酶、木质素酶、超氧歧化酶、无花果蛋白酶、过氧化氢酶、柚苷酶、菠萝蛋白酶、淀粉酶、橙皮苷酶中的至少一种。
最优的,所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为8:(1-3):(1-3)混合而成。
常用本领域通用方法即可制得本发明的洗涤剂组合物,例如将水加热至40℃,再将其他原料加入,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温即可。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物去污能力强,安全环保,性能温和,可以用于果蔬、餐具的洗涤,也可以用于高档纺织面料的精洗。
具体实施方式
实施例中部分原料的参数如下:
柚苷酶:酶活力5万U/g。
橙皮苷酶:酶活力10万U/g。
无花果蛋白酶:酶活力10万U/g。
实施例1
一种洗涤剂组合物,包括以下重量份组份:
十二烷基葡萄糖苷 4份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠 5份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯) 4份;
柠檬酸钠 2份;
硅藻土 0.8份;
山梨酸 0.5份;
氯化钾 2份;
甘油 2份;
去离子水 125份。
实施例2
一种洗涤剂组合物,包括以下重量份组份:
十二烷基葡萄糖苷 4份;

一种洗涤剂组合物,包括以下重量份组份:
十二烷基葡萄糖苷 4份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠 5份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯) 4份;
柠檬酸钠 2份;
硅藻土 0.8份;
山梨酸 0.5份;
氯化钾 2份;
甘油 2份;
去离子水 125份;
酶 0.8份。

实施例5
一种洗涤剂组合物,包括以下重量份组份:
十二烷基葡萄糖苷 4份;
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠 5份;
α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯) 4份;
柠檬酸钠 2份;
硅藻土 0.8份;
山梨酸 0.5份;
氯化钾 2份;
甘油 2份;
去离子水 125份;
酶 0.8份。
所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为4:1:1混合而成。
将水加热至40℃,再将其他原料加入,搅拌混合均匀,冷却至室温即可制得各实施例的洗涤剂组合物。
测试例1
对实施例进行去除农药残留性能测试。
分别将实施例1-5洗涤剂组合物与去离子水按质量比为1:2000混合均匀,得到洗涤剂组合物的稀释液;将同一蔬菜地采摘的韭菜随机分组,每组500g,分别浸泡在2000g温度为25℃的洗涤剂组合物的稀释液中,最后一组浸泡在2000g温度为25℃的去离子水中作为对照组,浸泡时间为15分钟,取出用4000g清水漂洗15分钟,晾干,测试清洗后韭菜中的农药残留量。农药残留测试方法参照国标GB/T 20769-2008进行。具体测试结果见表1。

对实施例进行去污力性能测试。采用CN103205323B测试例1的方法进行测试,具体结果见表2。

本发明的洗涤剂组合物去污能力强,安全环保,性能温和,可以用于果蔬、餐具的洗涤,也可以用于高档纺织面料的精洗。

α-十六烷基-ω-羟基-聚(氧乙烯)(CAS号:9004-95-9)2-6份;
柠檬酸钠1-3份;
硅藻土0.2-1.2份;
山梨酸0.2-0.8份;
氯化钾1-3份;
甘油0.5-3.5份;
去离子水100-150份;
酶0.6-1.2份;
所述酶为无花果蛋白酶、柚苷酶和橙皮苷酶按质量比为8:(1-3):(1-3)混合而成。
