Abstract

本发明涉及一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,包括瓶颈、瓶身、瓶盖;所述瓶颈外壁中上部开设有环形凹槽一、内壁中部开设有环形凹槽二,瓶颈内部还开设有连通环形凹槽一和环形凹槽二的导流通道;所述瓶盖为“T”型,下表面中部向瓶身方向延伸、直至完全遮蔽环形凹槽二,所述瓶盖边缘自瓶颈上表面向瓶颈外壁延伸并伸入环形凹槽一中并与环形凹槽一紧连接;药品自导流通道流入环形凹槽二与瓶盖中部形成的环形容纳腔中。本发明的药用玻璃瓶可使得药品与溶液一体化隔离放置、既不需要额外的药品放置瓶,也不会发生药品过早进入溶液影响药效的情况,药品只有在瓶盖拔出后才会进入溶液中。

一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶
技术领域
本发明涉及药用玻璃瓶制备技术,尤其涉及一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶。
背景技术
现有的玻璃瓶大多用于储存一种药剂,尤其是固体和液体一般均为分开放置,当某种药物需要固定的液体溶液与固体药品复配时,通常需要分别存放备用,而若是提前复配,又会影响药效。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种药品与溶液能够在一处放置并相互隔离的玻璃瓶,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,包括瓶颈、瓶身、瓶盖;所述瓶颈外壁中上部开设有环形凹槽一、内壁中部开设有环形凹槽二,且所述环形凹槽一的底部高于环形凹槽二的顶部,瓶颈内部还开设有连通环形凹槽一和环形凹槽二的导流通道;所述瓶盖为“T”型,下表面中部向瓶身方向延伸、直至完全遮蔽环形凹槽二,所述瓶盖边缘自瓶颈上表面向瓶颈外壁延伸并伸入环形凹槽一中并与环形凹槽一紧连接;药品自导流通道流入环形凹槽二与瓶盖中部形成的环形容纳腔中。
本发明的玻璃瓶的使用流程为:先将溶液灌装于瓶身中,后将瓶盖中部塞入瓶颈、暂不将瓶盖边缘塞入环形凹槽一,后通过导流通道将药品注入环形凹槽二与瓶盖中部形成的环形容纳腔中,药品注入完成后将瓶盖边缘嵌入环形凹槽一种进行密封。
进一步的,所述导流通道内壁设置有聚四氟乙烯涂层,能够在一定程度上防止药品粘附于导流通道内。
进一步的,所述瓶盖伸入瓶颈部分的外壁设置有防渗涂层,防止久置后药品渗入瓶盖内部影响密封性。
进一步的,所述瓶盖伸入瓶盖部分的下表面开设有柱形凹槽,使得瓶盖中部厚度较薄,一旦还需要复配其他药品,可用针管自瓶盖中部注入。
进一步的,所述瓶盖在于导流通道入口同一水平高度的对应位置处设置有标记点,若是需要间隔一段时间后再向环形容纳腔中注入药品、可快速直观的获知导流通道的位置。
本发明的有益效果在于:可使得药品与溶液一体化隔离放置、既不需要额外的药品放置瓶,也不会发生药品过早进入溶液影响药效的情况,药品只有在瓶盖拔出后才会进入溶液中。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种药品4与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,包括瓶颈1、瓶身2、瓶盖3;所述瓶颈1外壁中上部开设有环形凹槽一11、内壁中部开设有环形凹槽二12,且所述环形凹槽一11的底部高于环形凹槽二12的顶部,瓶颈1内部还开设有连通环形凹槽一11和环形凹槽二12的导流通道13;所述瓶盖3为“T”型,下表面中部向瓶身2方向延伸、直至完全遮蔽环形凹槽二12,所述瓶盖3边缘自瓶颈1上表面向瓶颈1外壁延伸并伸入环形凹槽一11中并与环形凹槽一11紧连接;药品4自导流通道13流入环形凹槽二12与瓶盖3中部形成的环形容纳腔中,本实施例中所述导流通道13的倾角设置为75°。
所述导流通道13内壁设置有聚四氟乙烯涂层,能够在一定程度上防止药品4粘附于导流通道13内。
所述瓶盖3伸入瓶颈1部分的外壁设置有防渗涂层31,防止久置后药品4渗入瓶盖3内部影响密封性。
所述瓶盖3伸入瓶盖3部分的下表面开设有柱形凹槽,使得瓶盖3中部厚度较薄,一旦还需要复配其他药品4,可用针管自瓶盖3中部注入。
所述瓶盖3在于导流通道13入口同一水平高度的对应位置处设置有标记点32,若是需要间隔一段时间后再向环形容纳腔中注入药品4、可快速直观的获知导流通道13的位置。
本发明的玻璃瓶的使用流程为:先将溶液灌装于瓶身2中,后将瓶盖3中部塞入瓶颈1、暂不将瓶盖3边缘塞入环形凹槽一11,后通过导流通道13将药品4注入环形凹槽二12与瓶盖3中部形成的环形容纳腔中,药品4注入完成后将瓶盖3边缘嵌入环形凹槽一11种进行密封。

Claims (5)

1.一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,其特征在于:包括瓶颈、瓶身、瓶盖;所述瓶颈外壁中上部开设有环形凹槽一、内壁中部开设有环形凹槽二,且所述环形凹槽一的底部高于环形凹槽二的顶部,瓶颈内部还开设有连通环形凹槽一和环形凹槽二的导流通道;所述瓶盖为“T”型,下表面中部向瓶身方向延伸、直至完全遮蔽环形凹槽二,所述瓶盖边缘自瓶颈上表面向瓶颈外壁延伸并伸入环形凹槽一中并与环形凹槽一紧连接;药品自导流通道流入环形凹槽二与瓶盖中部形成的环形容纳腔中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述导流通道内壁设置有聚四氟乙烯涂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶盖伸入瓶颈部分的外壁设置有防渗涂层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶盖伸入瓶盖部分的下表面开设有柱形凹槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种药品与溶液隔离的药用玻璃瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶盖在于导流通道入口同一水平高度的对应位置处设置有标记点。
