Abstract

本发明公开一种热缩分支指套的生产方法及生产系统,包括如下步骤:挤管步骤,采用挤出机挤出套管;压管步骤,在套管挤出后呈熔融状态时,采用若干个并列的压轮沿套管长度方向间断挤压套管并在挤压处形成连接间隔,该若干连接间隔使套管的挤压段分隔成若干指套管;辐照步骤,对挤压后的套管进行辐照;扩张步骤,对辐照后的套管进行扩张;切割步骤,将扩张后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端或后端切割形成若干分支指套。另外,亦可先切割再扩张。本发明热缩分支指套的生产方法及生产系统通过挤出、压管、辐照、扩张和切割连续生产制成热缩分支指套,或通过挤出、压管、辐照、切割和扩张连续生产制成热缩分支指套,与采用注塑方式生产分支指套的现有技术相比,方法简单,耗时短且生产成本低。

一种热缩分支指套的生产方法及生产系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热缩分支指套的生产方法及生产系统。
背景技术
分支指套可用于电缆的多线芯绝缘保护,亦可用于电缆附件的修复。分支指套在制造时采用注塑的方式进行生产。
然而,上述分支指套采用注塑的方式进行生产,该种生产方式较为复杂,耗时长、成本高,生产效率和生产成本均非常高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种方法简单、耗时短、生产成本低的热缩分支指套的生产方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种热缩分支指套的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
挤管步骤:采用挤出机挤出套管;
压管步骤,在套管挤出后呈熔融状态时,采用若干个并列的压轮沿套管长度方向间断挤压套管并在挤压处形成间隔,该若干间隔使套管的挤压段分隔成若干指套管;
辐照步骤,对挤压后的套管进行辐照;
扩张步骤,对辐照后的套管进行扩张;
切割步骤,将扩张后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套。
本发明还提供一种热缩分支指套的生产系统,采用上述的热缩分支指套的生产方法,包括依序设置的挤出机、若干压轮组、电子辐照加速器、扩张模具和切刀,挤出机挤出套管,套管经压轮组间隔挤压在挤压段形成若干指套管,挤压后的套管经电子辐照加速器辐照后进入扩张模具进行扩张形成热缩套管,热缩套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干热缩分支指套。
本发明还提供另一种分支指套的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
挤管步骤:采用挤出机挤出套管;
压管步骤,在套管挤出后呈熔融状态时,采用若干个并列的压轮沿套管长度方向间断挤压套管并在挤压处形成连接间隔,该若干连接间隔使套管的挤压段分隔成若干指套管;
辐照步骤,对挤压后的套管进行辐照;
切割步骤,将辐照后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套;
扩张步骤,对切割后的分支指套分别进行扩张形成若干热缩分支指套。
本发明还提供另一种热缩分支指套的生产系统,采用上述的热缩分支指套的生产方法,包括依序设置的挤出机、若干压轮组、电子辐照加速器、切刀和扩张模具,挤出机挤出套管,套管经压轮组间隔挤压在挤压段形成若干指套管,挤压后的套管经电子辐照加速器辐照,辐照后的热缩套管藉由依次切刀从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套,分支指套进入扩张模具分别进行扩张形成热缩支分指套。
如上所述,本发明热缩分支指套的生产方法及生产系统通过挤出、压管、辐照、扩张和切割连续生产制成热缩分支指套,或通过挤出、压管、辐照、切割和扩张连续生产制成热缩分支指套,与采用注塑方式生产分支指套的现有技术相比,方法简单,耗时短且生产成本低。

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、方法特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式详予说明。
实施例1
请参阅图1,其揭示本发明热缩分支指套的生产方法的实施例1,包括如下步骤:
挤管步骤:采用挤出机挤出套管;
压管步骤,在套管挤出后呈熔融状态时,采用若干个并列的压轮沿套管长度方向间断挤压套管并在挤压处形成间隔,该若干间隔使套管的挤压段分隔成若干指套管;
辐照步骤,对挤压后的套管进行辐照;
扩张步骤,对辐照后的套管进行扩张;
切割步骤,将扩张后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,本发明热缩分支指套的生产系统,采用上述的热缩分支指套的生产方法,包括依序设置的挤出机1、若干压轮组2、电子辐照加速器3、扩张模具4和切刀5,挤出机1挤出套管t’,套管t’经压轮组2间隔挤压在挤压段形成若干并列连接间隔L,挤压后的套管经电子辐照加速器3辐照后进入扩张模具4进行扩张形成热缩套管t,热缩套管t依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干热缩分支指套f。
实施例2
请参阅图5,其揭示本发明热缩分支指套的生产方法的实施例2,其与实施1基本类似,其区别在于:此实施例是先切割再扩张,包括如下步骤:
挤管步骤,采用挤出机挤出套管;
压管步骤,在套管挤出后呈熔融状态时,采用若干个并列的压轮沿套管长度方向间断挤压套管并在挤压处形成连接间隔,该若干连接间隔使套管的挤压段分隔成若干指套管;
辐照步骤,对挤压后的套管进行辐照;
切割步骤,将辐照后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套;
扩张步骤,对切割后的分支指套分别进行扩张形成若干热缩分支指套。
请参阅图3、图4和图6,本发明热缩分支指套的生产系统,采用上述的热缩分支指套的生产方法,包括依序设置的挤出机1、若干压轮组2、电子辐照加速器3、切刀5和扩张模具4,挤出机1挤出套管t’,套管t’经压轮组2间隔挤压在挤压段形成若干并列连接间隔L,挤压后的套管经电子辐照加速器3辐照,将辐照后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套,对切割后的分支指套分别进行扩张形成若干热缩分支指套f。
综上所述,本发明热缩分支指套的生产方法及生产系统通过挤出、压管、辐照、扩张和切割连续生产制成热缩分支指套,或通过挤出、压管、辐照、切割和扩张连续生产制成热缩分支指套,与采用注塑方式生产分支指套的现有技术相比,方法简单,耗时短且生产成本低。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种分支指套的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
挤管步骤:采用挤出机挤出套管;
压管步骤,在套管挤出后呈熔融状态时,采用若干个并列的压轮沿套管长度方向间断挤压套管并在挤压处形成连接间隔,该若干连接间隔使套管的挤压段分隔成若干指套管;
辐照步骤,对挤压后的套管进行辐照;
扩张步骤,对辐照后的套管进行扩张;
切割步骤,将扩张后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干热缩分支指套。
2.一种热缩分支指套的生产系统,采用权利要求1所述的热缩分支指套的生产方法,包括依序设置的挤出机、若干压轮组、电子辐照加速器、扩张模具和切刀,挤出机挤出套管,套管经压轮组间隔挤压在挤压段形成若干指套管,挤压后的套管经电子辐照加速器辐照后进入扩张模具进行扩张形成热缩套管,热缩套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干热缩分支指套。
3.一种分支指套的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
挤管步骤:采用挤出机挤出套管;
压管步骤,在套管挤出后呈熔融状态时,采用若干个并列的压轮沿套管长度方向间断挤压套管并在挤压处形成连接间隔,该若干连接间隔使套管的挤压段分隔成若干指套管;
辐照步骤,对挤压后的套管进行辐照;
切割步骤,将辐照后的套管依次从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套;
扩张步骤,对切割后的分支指套分别进行扩张形成若干热缩分支指套。
4.一种热缩分支指套的生产系统,采用权利要求3所述的热缩分支指套的生产方法,包括依序设置的挤出机、若干压轮组、电子辐照加速器、切刀和扩张模具,挤出机挤出套管,套管经压轮组间隔挤压在挤压段形成若干指套管,挤压后的套管经电子辐照加速器辐照,辐照后的热缩套管藉由依次切刀从其挤压段的前端、中间或后端切割形成若干分支指套,分支指套进入扩张模具分别进行扩张形成热缩支分指套。
