Abstract
一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线。本发明涉及食品切割生产线领域,特别涉及超声波自动食品切割生产线,包括机架、输送机、正饼机构、挡饼机构、纵切机构、横切机构。本发明可实现食品自动定位、纠偏、输送、切条、分块;纵切机构为斜置单排或双排超声波纵切刀,食品经过即被超声波切刀分切开;横切机构为单排切刀构成的组合超声波切刀;本发明可实现食品的方型切割,具有高效、智能、简洁、稳定、可靠的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线。
背景技术
传统的食品切割生产线,纵切机构主要通过滚刀机构将通过的材料分切为条状产品,所述滚刀属于机械切割,通过挤压变形,剪切力将食品切断,造成切割过程中食品变形严重,碎屑较多,切面粗糙等缺点。
传统的食品切割生产线,横切机构同纵切机构类似,也是通过设置的金属刀片在机械力的作用下将食品切断,同样存在上述缺点。
因此,针对传统食品切割生产线存在的上述不足,本申请人研发了一种纵切机构,通过一组或两组超声波纵切刀,斜置于输送机上,食品经过即被超声刀分切开。
本发明所述横切机构,设置有由一套或一套以上的超声波切刀组成的横切组合刀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有食品切割生产线存在的不足,提供一种超声波食品切割生产线。本发明可实现食品的方形切割,具有简洁、智能、稳定、高效、可靠的特点。
为达到上述目的,本发明从以下技术方案实现。
提供一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线。包括机架,及设置在机架上的输送机,及设置在输送机上的正饼机构、挡饼机构,以及设置在机架上的纵切机构、横切机构;
所述纵切机构,设置有一组或两组超声波纵切刀,通过间隙可调型直线轴承锁紧在两根平行安装的光轴上,所述两根平行光轴下面一根为固定转轴,上面一根可以绕下面一根为轴在一定角度内旋转;所述两根光轴安装于机架上的纵刀立板之上;所述纵刀立板可沿其槽口竖向调整高低,以适应不同规格超声波切刀以及旋转角度的调整;每组超声波纵切刀由一套或一套以上超声波切刀组成,切刀之间距离根据需要可在一定范围内调整;
所述横切机构设置有沿输送方向的滑块和导轨装置,并设置有与之相连的驱动机构,及设置有沿竖直方向的滑块和导轨装置,并设置有与之相连的驱动机构,及设置有由一套或一套以上的超声波切刀组成的横切组合刀。所述横切组合刀,在所述驱动机构驱动下,实现横切组合刀的上下切割动作,和水平移动动作,保证了切面的垂直。

具体实施方式
本实施例中,如图1所示,本发明的一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线,其适用于对面包、蛋糕、枣糕等食品进行分切,包括机架1,及设置在机架1上的输送机2,及设置在输送机2左端上正饼机构3,及设置正饼机构3侧边的挡饼机构4,及设置在机架1上的纵切机构5,及设置在纵切机构5后的横切机构6。
所述纵切机构5设置有超声波纵切组合刀9,由一片或一片以上刀片组成,及设置有两根平行光轴7、8;以及设置有间隙可调型直线轴承14连接的切刀装卡机构15;以及设置有安装在机架2上的纵切机构5的高低可调的安装立板16;所述安装立板上开有圆弧槽,以便调整纵切组合刀的斜置角度。
所述横切机构6中横切组合刀10由驱动机构12驱动,沿所述设置的沿输送方向的滑块和导轨装置同步往复运动;以及由驱动装置11驱动沿所述竖直方向上下往复运动。
本发明的一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线,设置有正饼,挡饼机构可实现对准定位,输送机前段预留人工放料空间,既可配合流水线自动化生产,也可满足人工放料生产;本发明由PLC自动控制,通过触摸屏进行参数设置和状态监控,全伺服电机运动控制,切割尺寸控制精准,产品尺寸调整快捷,稳定性好,满足企业自动化批量生产的需求。

Claims (4)
1.一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线,其特征在于:包括机架,及设置在机架上的输送机,及设置在输送机上的正饼机构、挡饼机构,以及设置在机架上的纵切机构、横切机构;
所述纵切机构,设置有一组或两组超声波纵切刀,通过间隙可调型直线轴承锁紧在两根平行安装的光轴上,所述两根平行光轴下面一根为固定转轴,上面一根可以绕下面一根为轴在一定角度内旋转;所述两根光轴安装于机架上的纵刀立板之上;所述纵刀立板可沿其槽口竖向调整高低,以适应不同规格超声波切刀以及旋转角度的调整;每组超声波纵切刀由一套或一套以上超声波切刀组成,切刀之间距离根据需要可在一定范围内调整;
所述横切机构,设置有沿输送方向的滑块和导轨装置,及设置有沿竖直方向的滑块和导轨装置,及设置有由一套或一套以上的超声波切刀组成的横切组合刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线,其特征在于:所述输送机独立安装于所述机架上,可单独拆卸为独立单元,更换输送带快捷方便。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线,其特征在于:所述纵切机构通过所述间隙可调型直线轴承和所述光轴,可以在一定范围内调整间隔,所述纵切机构高低可以调整,实现多种规格超声波刀通用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超声波自动纵横切食品切割生产线,其特征在于:所述横切机构中所述滑块和导轨安装在由标准铝管和标准铝型材搭建的线性模组之上,低成本,高稳定性。
