Abstract
本发明涉及一种负载多胺的开孔材料及其制备方法与应用,开孔材料包括开孔聚氨酯海绵以及负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上的改性聚多巴胺,该改性聚多巴胺为聚乙撑亚胺改性的聚多巴胺;制备时,先将聚多巴胺负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上,之后对聚多巴胺进行改性即可;应用时,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性,将聚乙撑亚胺中的氨基转化为二硫代氨基甲酸基团,用于吸附水中的重金属离子,或将贵金属纳米粒子负载在开孔材料上,用于对化学反应进行催化。与现有技术相比,本发明以聚乙撑亚胺处理聚多巴胺改性的开孔材料,不仅能引入多胺功能平台,还能交联聚多巴胺,提高开孔材料的机械稳定性,应用广泛。

技术领域
本发明属于功能材料技术领域,涉及一种负载多胺的开孔材料及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
功能材料是指通过光、电、磁、热、化学、生化等作用后具有特定功能的材料,其应用十分广泛。例如,在水净化领域中,可利用一些吸附剂的金属离子吸附性能来除去水中的重金属离子。
众所周知,重金属离子的毒性大、种类多、不降解,并会持续发挥毒性作用,对土壤和水源的污染日益加重,已经引起人们的重视。随着采矿、冶金等行业的发展以及电子器件的广泛使用与低循环利用,全球金属污染状况呈现日益严重的趋势。氧化还原法和生物处理法虽然能够在一定程度上减轻水中重金属离子的毒害作用,但却难以将金属种从生态圈中完全分离;吸附法能够将金属种吸附在功能材料上,有利于对重金属进行浓缩集中,减少生态圈中的金属含量,是一种较为有效的重金属清除方法。重金属种类较多,每种重金属又可以原子态、复杂阴离子或阳离子态出现,因而重金属吸附剂的种类繁多。重金属常见的存在形式为阳离子态,因此,目前的研究热点集中于重金属阳离子的吸附。
由于负载在载体上的活性物质常常以线性聚合物形式存在,容易溶解或断裂成碎片,导致吸附剂在制备时,若搅拌过于强力或采用超声处理,极易导致载体表面的活性物质脱落,严重影响了吸附剂对重金属阳离子的吸附效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种负载多胺的开孔材料及其制备方法与应用。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种负载多胺的开孔材料,该开孔材料包括开孔聚氨酯海绵以及负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上的改性聚多巴胺,该改性聚多巴胺为聚乙撑亚胺改性的聚多巴胺。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的聚多巴胺为支化聚多巴胺。
进一步地,所述的开孔聚氨酯海绵的密度为0.1-0.3g/mL,孔隙率为68-90%,孔径为50μm-2mm,比表面积为1-5m2/g。拉伸强度最高可达为3MPa。
进一步地,所述的聚乙撑亚胺的分子量≥8000。
进一步地,该开孔材料中,改性聚多巴胺的负载量为0.1-0.2mg/g开孔材料;所述的改性聚多巴胺中,聚乙撑亚胺的质量百分含量为5-15%。
一种负载多胺的开孔材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)聚多巴胺的负载:将聚多巴胺负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上;
2)聚多巴胺的改性:取出开孔聚氨酯海绵并干燥,之后浸入至聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,保持6-24h后,取出并洗涤,即得到所述的开孔材料。
步骤1)中,可采用任意方式将聚多巴胺负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上,可参照文献(E.Pardieu,N.T.T.Chau,T.Dintzer,T.Romero,D.Favier,T.Roland,D.Edouard,L.Jierry,V.Ritleng[J],Chem.Commun.,2016,52,4691--4693)。
进一步地,步骤1)中,所述的聚多巴胺的负载方法为:将开孔聚氨酯海绵浸入至多巴胺的碱性缓冲溶液中,之后在室温下保持8-16h。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的碱性缓冲溶液的pH值为pH=8-9,并且每1mL碱性缓冲溶液中加入1.5-2.5mg多巴胺。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述的碱性缓冲溶液为Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,碱性缓冲溶液的pH值为pH=8.5。
进一步地,步骤2)中,所述的聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液的pH值为7.5-8.5,并且每1mL聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,含有4-6mg聚乙撑亚胺。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,溶剂为磷酸缓冲液(10mM,pH=8.0)。
一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性,将聚乙撑亚胺中的氨基转化为二硫代氨基甲酸基团,用于吸附水中的重金属离子。
进一步地,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性的方法为:将开孔材料浸入至含有二硫化碳的碱性溶液中,保持12-36h后,取出并洗涤。
作为优选的技术方案,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性的方法具体为:将开孔材料浸入至KOH/乙醇溶液中(KOH与聚乙撑亚胺的质量比为=1-6),之后在0℃下加入二硫化碳(用量为KOH的1摩尔当量);逐渐升至室温,搅拌12-36h后取出,经水洗、醇洗,即得到二硫代氨基甲酸改性的开孔材料。该开孔材料用于含重金属阳离子的水处理时,将开孔材料直接投入污水中,在pH=4-11范围内吸附金属离子(吸附时间为6-24h,优选为8-18h),吸附后直接将开孔材料从水中捞出,挤压去掉吸附水即可。水中残留金属可用电感诱导等离子光谱进行检测。该开孔材料对多数金属阳离子都有吸附作用,特别是对铜、镉、铅、钴、镍等阳离子的处理效果较优,水中的残留浓度一般在0.05-5ppm级别。将吸附后的开孔材料投入酸性水中(pH<3),所吸附的金属离子可以大部分释放。为了进一步恢复其吸附性能,可在无机碱存在下重新以二硫化碳处理该开孔材料,可使其吸附能力大部分恢复。
一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,将贵金属纳米粒子负载在开孔材料上,用于对化学反应进行催化。金、银、铂等贵金属纳米粒子可负载在开孔材料上。其中,对于金、银纳米粒子,直接将开孔材料浸入至相应的金属离子前体(如氯金酸、硝酸银)溶液中,6-24h后取出,经水洗、醇洗,相应的金属纳米粒子便负载在开孔材料表面;对于其他金属如铂、钯纳米粒子,可通过加入一定的还原剂(如硼氢化钠),以便将铂、钯纳米粒子负载在开孔材料表面。载有贵金属纳米粒子的开孔材料可作为异相催化剂催化化学反应特别是还原反应的进行。使用时,直接将开孔材料投入反应体系中,一定时间后直接捞出即可,该开孔材料还可多次使用。
开孔聚氨酯海绵是一种成本较低的多孔材料,在保持较多通孔的同时具有较好的机械强度和稳定的物理性质。多巴胺(DA)是一种含有酚羟基和脂肪氨基的小分子,易在碱性和氧化条件下聚合成为聚多巴胺(PDA),并可粘附在开孔聚氨酯海绵上形成约50nm厚的表面涂层(E.Pardieu,N.T.T.Chau,T.Dintzer,T.Romero,D.Favier,T.Roland,D.Edouard,L.Jierry,V.Ritleng[J],Chem.Commun.,2016,52,4691--4693)。但是由于刚性的PDA大部分以线性聚合物存在,使得这种表面涂层在激烈条件下如超声处理和强力搅拌等或碱性条件下不稳定,易脱落。
因此,本发明通过多胺大分子对聚多巴胺进行改性,以聚乙撑亚胺处理聚多巴胺涂层,使聚乙撑亚胺中的氨基进攻聚多巴胺形成化合物,生成包括席夫碱和亚胺基团的结构,形成表面交联壳层,进而提高开孔材料的机械性能,同时使开孔材料表面有多活泼氨基表达。
其中,氨基进攻聚多巴胺生成的包括席夫碱和亚胺基团的结构有多种形式,例如下列三种:
本发明利用聚多巴胺(PDA)将支化高分子量聚乙撑亚胺(PEI)大分子偶联在开孔聚氨酯海绵表面。PEI不仅能够交联PDA,提高开孔材料的机械性能,还可以作为功能平台。PEI上的活泼氨基可大部分转化为二硫代氨基甲酸根(DTC),制得的材料可以作为吸附剂,用于高效吸附水中的多种重金属离子,对于某些金属离子,经开孔材料吸附后,其残留量可降低至10ppb数量级,且该开孔材料具有宏观尺寸和相对较高的比表面积,通常能够在十几个小时内达到吸附平衡,使用之后便于分离回收该开孔材料;负载的PEI还可以作为贵金属纳米粒子原位合成的平台和载体,将贵金属纳米粒子负载在开孔材料上,制成易于回收的催化材料。
本发明以一种简便的方法获得机械稳定性好且表面由多胺表达的开孔材料,该开孔材料可用于负载活性金属,制成催化剂;或衍生为二硫代氨基甲酸根表达的金属离子吸附材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下特点:
1)本发明以聚乙撑亚胺处理聚多巴胺改性的开孔材料,不仅能引入多胺功能平台,还能交联聚多巴胺,提高开孔材料的机械稳定性;
2)开孔材料中的多胺可以被方便地转化成二硫代氨基甲酸根,对金属有强烈亲和性,能在中性、弱碱性或弱酸性条件下有效吸附水中的多种重金属离子,吸附后多数重金属的残留浓度在0.05-5ppm级,且使用后将开孔材料直接捞出水即可;经化学处理后,开孔材料可以再生;
3)开孔材料可以方便地负载贵金属纳米粒子,作为易回收的催化剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1:
开孔材料的制备:将聚多巴胺按文献(E.Pardieu,N.T.T.Chau,T.Dintzer,T.Romero,D.Favier,T.Roland,D.Edouard,L.Jierry,V.Ritleng[J],Chem.Commun.,2016,52,4691--4693)方式负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上,之后取开孔聚氨酯海绵1g,浸入至PEI缓冲液(PEI,5mg/mL;磷酸缓冲液10mM,40mL)中,温和搅拌12-24小时;取出后,水洗、醇洗,即得到开孔材料。
实施例2:
二硫代氨基甲酸根表达的开孔材料的制备:将实施例1中制备得到的PEI改性开孔材料浸入至含氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠(用量相当于PEI单元的1-2摩尔当量)的乙醇中,0℃下滴加二硫化碳(氢氧化钾或氢氧化钠的1-2摩尔当量),并在半小时内滴完,之后逐渐升温至室温并继续温和搅拌18h。捞出开孔材料后,经醇洗、水洗,得到二硫代氨基甲酸改性的开孔材料。
实施例3:
取实施例2中制备得到的二硫代氨基甲酸改性的开孔材料(1g),投入至含有Cd2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Co2+、Ni2+的水溶液(20mL,每种金属的含量都约50ppm)并静置24小时。之后捞出开孔材料,水样以电感诱导等离子光谱(ICP)检测,残留Cd2+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Co2+、Ni2+的浓度分别为1.2ppm、0.12ppm、1.2ppm、0.25ppm、0.99ppm。
实施例4:
开孔材料的再生:将实施例3中吸附金属盐后的开孔材料浸入至盐酸水溶液中,调pH=2,搅拌3h后取出,挤压其中水分。然后投入至KOH/CS2/乙醇中(参考实施例2)处理。处理后的开孔材料按照实施例3中的方法再次使用,吸附后的水中金属残留量与实施例3中基本相同。
实施例5:
负载金纳米粒子的开孔材料的制备:取实施例1中制备得到的PEI改性开孔材料(0.5g)压入到含氯金酸(1mM,10mL)水溶液的试管中,将试管放在振荡器上振荡,10h后取出开孔材料并水洗。经能量耗散X射线光谱检测开孔材料,可以发现金的元素信号。将该开孔材料放入硼氢化钠/对硝基苯酚的水溶液中,发现对硝基苯酚的还原速率显著加快,约50分钟即可完成,而无催化剂下还原12h仅有约1%的转化率。
实施例6:
负载银纳米粒子的开孔材料的制备:类似于实施例5,以硝酸银代替氯金酸,所得开孔材料同样可加快对硝基苯酚的还原速率。
实施例7:
负载铂纳米粒子的开孔材料的制备:类似于实施例5,以氯亚铂酸代替氯金酸,但需要加入10摩尔当量的硼氢化钠水溶液(3M)。所得开孔材料同样可加快对硝基苯酚的还原速率。
实施例8:
一种负载多胺的开孔材料,该开孔材料包括开孔聚氨酯海绵以及负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上的改性聚多巴胺,该改性聚多巴胺为聚乙撑亚胺改性的聚多巴胺。
其中,开孔聚氨酯海绵的密度为0.1g/mL,孔隙率为90%,孔径为50μm,比表面积为5m2/g;聚乙撑亚胺的分子量≥8000。
该开孔材料中,改性聚多巴胺的负载量为0.1mg/g开孔材料;改性聚多巴胺中,聚乙撑亚胺的质量百分含量为15%。
该开孔材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)聚多巴胺的负载:将聚多巴胺负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上;
2)聚多巴胺的改性:取出开孔聚氨酯海绵并干燥,之后浸入至聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,保持6h后,取出并洗涤,即得到开孔材料。
步骤1)中,聚多巴胺的负载方法为:将开孔聚氨酯海绵浸入至多巴胺的碱性缓冲溶液中,之后在室温下保持16h。
步骤2)中,聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液的pH值为7.5,并且每1mL聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,含有6mg聚乙撑亚胺。
该开孔材料在应用时,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性,将聚乙撑亚胺中的氨基转化为二硫代氨基甲酸基团,用于吸附水中的重金属离子。用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性的方法为:将开孔材料浸入至含有二硫化碳的碱性溶液中,保持12h后,取出并洗涤。
实施例9:
一种负载多胺的开孔材料,该开孔材料包括开孔聚氨酯海绵以及负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上的改性聚多巴胺,该改性聚多巴胺为聚乙撑亚胺改性的聚多巴胺。
其中,开孔聚氨酯海绵的密度为0.3g/mL,孔隙率为68%,孔径为2mm,比表面积为1m2/g;聚乙撑亚胺的分子量≥8000。
该开孔材料中,改性聚多巴胺的负载量为0.2mg/g开孔材料;改性聚多巴胺中,聚乙撑亚胺的质量百分含量为5%。
该开孔材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)聚多巴胺的负载:将聚多巴胺负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上;
2)聚多巴胺的改性:取出开孔聚氨酯海绵并干燥,之后浸入至聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,保持24h后,取出并洗涤,即得到开孔材料。
步骤1)中,聚多巴胺的负载方法为:将开孔聚氨酯海绵浸入至多巴胺的碱性缓冲溶液中,之后在室温下保持8h。
步骤2)中,聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液的pH值为8.5,并且每1mL聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,含有4mg聚乙撑亚胺。
该开孔材料在应用时,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性,将聚乙撑亚胺中的氨基转化为二硫代氨基甲酸基团,用于吸附水中的重金属离子。用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性的方法为:将开孔材料浸入至含有二硫化碳的碱性溶液中,保持36h后,取出并洗涤。
实施例10:
一种负载多胺的开孔材料,该开孔材料包括开孔聚氨酯海绵以及负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上的改性聚多巴胺,该改性聚多巴胺为聚乙撑亚胺改性的聚多巴胺。
其中,开孔聚氨酯海绵的密度为0.2g/mL,孔隙率为80%,孔径为1mm,比表面积为3m2/g;聚乙撑亚胺的分子量≥8000。
该开孔材料中,改性聚多巴胺的负载量为0.15mg/g开孔材料;改性聚多巴胺中,聚乙撑亚胺的质量百分含量为10%。
该开孔材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)聚多巴胺的负载:将聚多巴胺负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上;
2)聚多巴胺的改性:取出开孔聚氨酯海绵并干燥,之后浸入至聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,保持12h后,取出并洗涤,即得到开孔材料。
步骤1)中,聚多巴胺的负载方法为:将开孔聚氨酯海绵浸入至多巴胺的碱性缓冲溶液中,之后在室温下保持12h。
步骤2)中,聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液的pH值为8,并且每1mL聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,含有5mg聚乙撑亚胺。
该开孔材料在应用时,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性,将聚乙撑亚胺中的氨基转化为二硫代氨基甲酸基团,用于吸附水中的重金属离子。用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性的方法为:将开孔材料浸入至含有二硫化碳的碱性溶液中,保持24h后,取出并洗涤。
实施例11:
本实施例中,将贵金属纳米粒子负载在实施例8中的开孔材料上,用于对化学反应进行催化。
上述的对实施例的描述是为便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能理解和使用发明。熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可以容易地对这些实施例做出各种修改,并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其他实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本发明不限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员根据本发明的揭示,不脱离本发明范畴所做出的改进和修改都应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,其特征在于,所述的开孔材料包括开孔聚氨酯海绵以及负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上的改性聚多巴胺,该改性聚多巴胺为聚乙撑亚胺改性的聚多巴胺;
所述的开孔聚氨酯海绵的密度为0.1-0.3g/mL,孔隙率为68-90%,孔径为50μm-2mm,比表面积为1-5m2/g;
所述的聚乙撑亚胺为支化聚乙撑亚胺,所述的聚乙撑亚胺的分子量≥8000;
应用时,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性,将聚乙撑亚胺中的氨基转化为二硫代氨基甲酸基团,用于吸附水中的重金属离子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,其特征在于,
所述的开孔材料中,改性聚多巴胺的负载量为0.1-0.2mg/g开孔材料;
所述的改性聚多巴胺中,聚乙撑亚胺的质量百分含量为5-15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,其特征在于,所述的开孔材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)聚多巴胺的负载:将聚多巴胺负载在开孔聚氨酯海绵上;
2)聚多巴胺的改性:取出开孔聚氨酯海绵并干燥,之后浸入至聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,保持6-24h后,取出并洗涤,即得到所述的开孔材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,其特征在于,步骤1)中,所述的聚多巴胺的负载方法为:将开孔聚氨酯海绵浸入至多巴胺的碱性缓冲溶液中,之后在室温下保持8-16h。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,其特征在于,步骤2)中,所述的聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液的pH值为7.5-8.5,并且每1mL聚乙撑亚胺缓冲溶液中,含有4-6mg聚乙撑亚胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种负载多胺的开孔材料的应用,其特征在于,用二硫化碳对开孔材料进行改性的方法为:将开孔材料浸入至含有二硫化碳的碱性溶液中,保持12-36h后,取出并洗涤。
