S1、选材料:选择表皮呈金黄色、香味浓郁、无霉变的新鲜橙子;
S2、压榨:把橙子放入榨汁机内榨汁,得到橙汁;
S3、加热:在锅内,倒入橙汁,加入质量相当于橙汁40%的白砂糖、质量相当于橙汁90%的开水,小火熬煮3分钟,加入质量相当于橙汁45%的明胶粉搅拌均匀,待明胶粉完全溶解后,关火冷却,然后加入质量相当于橙汁7%的蜂蜜并搅拌均匀;
S4、冷藏:将加热后得到的液体倒入冰格盒中,用保鲜袋装好,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟;
S5、分装;将冷藏后的橙子糖脱模并用刀切块,然后用真空包装机进行包装,得到橙子糖成品。
