Referring to fig. 1 to 4, some embodiments of the novel file storage box include: the storage device comprises a box body 10, a storage member 20, a first driving mechanism 30, a second driving mechanism 40 and a control device 50.

The first drive mechanism 30 is used to drive the turntable 21 of the storage member 20 to rotate to the commanded angle. Referring to fig. 3, in particular, the second driving mechanism 40 includes: a slider 41 disposed on the side of the access opening 11 and capable of sliding up and down, a second motor 42, a transmission mechanism 43 connected between the slider 41 and the second motor 42, and a chute 25 disposed on the side of each folder 23, wherein one end of the chute 25 has an opening for the slider 41 to go in and out. When the folder 23 rotates to a position opposite to the access opening 11, the second motor 42 drives the sliding block 41 to move downwards into the sliding groove 25 on one side of the folder 23 through the transmission mechanism 43, and when the second motor 42 further rotates, the sliding block 41 and the sliding groove 25 cooperate to drive the folder 23 to swing until the upper end of the folder 23 is conveyed to the access opening 11. Conversely, when the second motor 42 is reversed, the folder 23 is driven back. The transmission mechanism 43 adopts a screw rod mechanism and is provided with a phase guide rail 45 and a position sensor 44 for controlling the terminal position of sliding movement. It will be appreciated that any other transmission mechanism capable of converting rotational motion of a motor into linear motion may be used as the transmission mechanism. Further, the second driving mechanism may employ any mechanism that can control the swinging of the folder 23.
In some embodiments, after the rotation of the turntable 21 of the storage member 20 is stopped, the turntable may be held in that position by the first motor 31. In connection with fig. 4, as a further preferred embodiment, a positioning mechanism 60 is further provided, the positioning mechanism 60 including a contact piece 61 opposing the outer wall of the turntable 21 of the storage member 20, and a driving piece 62 pushing the contact piece 61 into physical contact with or out of contact with the outer wall of the turntable 21, the driving piece 62 being connected with the control device. The positioning mechanism 60 is disposed outside the turntable 21, and can restrict the turntable 21 from rotating by applying a small force. The drive 62 is preferably a linear motor.
In connection with fig. 3, as still other preferred embodiments, a door 15 for closing the access opening 11 and a third driving mechanism 70 for driving the door 15 to open or close the access opening are further provided at the access opening 11 in the case 1.
Referring to fig. 5, the control device 50 is connected to the first drive mechanism 30 and the second drive mechanism 40 to form a file access control system of the file storage box.
Wherein the control device 50 includes: target folder determining means for determining the target folder 23 and thus the rotation angle of the turntable 21 based on the input information; a turntable control device connected with the first driving mechanism 30 for controlling the turntable 21 to rotate by a corresponding angle so that the outer end of the target folder 23 is opposite to the access port 11; a first folder control means connected to the second driving means 40 for controlling the swing of the target folder 23 to convey the open end thereof to the access opening 11; and a second folder control means connected to the second driving means 40 for controlling the reverse swing of the target folder 23 to reset the open end thereof.
In some embodiments, each folder 23 is given a fixed number, and the start point of the system is at the folder 1 position after the system is reset, that is, each folder 23 is at the same fixed position after each reset, so that the corresponding rotation angle can be obtained through the number of the folder.
As a preferred embodiment, the file access control system further includes: and an operation recording device for recording the operation behavior and operation time of the user. As another preferred embodiment, the file storage box is further provided with a biometric identification means connected to the data processing means of the control means 50 for: managing users, such as authenticating the identity of a file holder or file retriever, or controlling available personnel, etc.; in addition, the biological characteristics can be further associated with the file storage position, namely the file storage position is marked according to the biological characteristics of the user, so that when the file is picked up, the data processing device can conveniently find out the folder stored by the file through the collected biological characteristics and then convey the folder to the access port 11, the user does not need to input information through a human-computer interface, and the file storage device is more convenient to use and better in safety. The biometric identification device is preferably one or more of a fingerprint identification device, a face recognition device, an iris identification device and a palm print identification device. But is not limited thereto, any biometric identification device may be employed. Alternatively, an identification card reader may be used to collect an identification of the authenticated document holder or document retriever.
In a further preferred embodiment, the file storage box is further provided with a file identification device for detecting whether the file is placed in the folder of the access port and/or identifying the authenticity of the file; correspondingly, the file access control system further comprises a file identification control device for controlling the file identification device to conduct the detection and/or the authenticity identification. If an RFID reader or a graphic code reader is used, the document identification device may be installed on each folder 23, and the document identification device may be used to check the authenticity of the document placed in the folder in cooperation with an RFID tag or graphic code (including but not limited to bar code, two-dimensional code) provided on the document.
The file access control method of the file storage box in some embodiments comprises the following steps: controlling the turntable to rotate by a corresponding angle so that the outer end of the target folder is opposite to the access port; controlling the swing of the target folder to convey the opening end of the target folder to the access port; and controlling the target folder to swing reversely to reset the opening end of the target folder after the access operation is finished.
