The seal card cabinet convenient to take is characterized by comprising a rotary assembly and a fixed shaft, wherein the rotary assembly comprises a plurality of layers of bearing discs which are horizontally arranged; the center of the bearing disc is provided with a fixed shaft hole for the fixed shaft to be inserted, and the bearing disc can rotate around the fixed shaft; the guide rails which point to the central position of the bearing disc from the periphery are arranged on the bearing disc, at most one drawer box is in sliding fit on each guide rail, and each drawer box comprises a head box which can be opened and closed and is used for placing a seal card, and a tail part which faces to a fixed shaft; a push-pull mechanism is arranged above the bearing disc of each layer, the push-pull mechanism is fixedly arranged on the fixed shaft, the push-pull mechanism is arranged relative to one radial direction of the bearing disc, namely, is arranged opposite to one guide rail, and the push-pull mechanism comprises a driving head end for driving the tail part; the rotary assembly comprises a rotary wheel disc and is used for driving the rotary assembly to rotate under the driving of external force;
the push-pull mechanism comprises a fixed plate frame fixedly connected with the fixed shaft, a rotating shaft of a motor penetrates through the fixed plate frame and then drives a gear to rotate, the gear is meshed with and drives a rack to translate, and the rack penetrates through one end of the fixed plate frame and is fixedly connected with the driving head end; the tail part comprises a socket, the inner wall of the socket is provided with a groove, the driving head end is inserted into the socket, the side wall of the driving head end is provided with a bulge, and the bulge is clamped into the groove;

when the rotary stepping motor driving the rotary wheel disc to rotate stops rotating, if the drawer box on the guide rail right below a certain push-pull mechanism contains a seal card to be searched, at the moment, the driving head end of the push-pull mechanism is inserted into the tail part of the drawer box, so that the drawer box is pushed out or pulled back through the driving head end under the driving of the gear to the rack.

5. The seal card cabinet of claim 1, wherein the rotating wheel is provided with teeth on a side thereof and is rotated by a stepper motor via a meshed drive gear or drive rack ring.
6. The seal card cabinet of claim 1, wherein said head box comprises a lid and a body rotatably connected to each other, and when closed, pinches and compresses a resilient means; the guide rail is a groove, and the drawer box is blocked and vertically slides in the groove after being closed.
7. The seal card cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a housing, said seal card cabinet being disposed within said housing, said housing having an automatic door facing each of said drive heads, said automatic door having a door aperture for inserting an electromagnet insert to lock said automatic door after said automatic door is closed.
8. A method of operating a seal card cabinet according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising at least the steps of:
A. inputting information of the seal card to be searched in a control system;
B. the control system searches a database and reads the position of the drawer box where the seal card to be searched is located;
C. the control system controls the rotation of the rotary assembly by controlling the rotation of the rotary wheel disc, the drawer box and the guide rail where the drawer box is positioned are sent to the position of the guide rail right below the push-pull mechanism, and the tail part is sleeved on the end of the driving head;
D. the control system controls the drive head end to push out the drawer box;
E. the drawer box is opened after being pushed away from the guide rail, exposing the seal card.
