具体实施方式
现在将借助附图更详细地解释本发明。
图2示出使用本发明的方法制造的管3。该管包括第一部分B、第二部分A和中间部分C。在所述管的第二开口2附近的第二部分A包括固定爪4并且具有适于收纳塞子的形状。所述部分B具有管状形状,并且具有第一开口1,所述第一开口适于允许其与容器的连接,如有必要通过密封垫圈,例如环形垫圈,此处未被示出。中间部分可是直的,并且包括至少一个肘状部,或具有3D的形状。中间部分还可包括多个折迭部分以便给与管的该部分挠性。
图3a和图3b示出接合平面在根据本发明的管的第一部分B上的两个痕迹中的一个痕迹12。在该端部,具有接合平面的两个径向相对的痕迹。如果针对膨胀的型胚重新关闭模具,会在足够大的尺寸的接合平面上具有毛刺,从而阻碍针对液体的良好密封性的实现。但是,由于在根据本发明的方法时尤其当管被膨胀时模具是关闭的,仅具有接合平面的轻微轨迹,这导致没有任何密封缺陷并且允许环形垫圈(未示出)在沟槽13中的安置,而无需在管的外表面上的补充加工操作。
图4a示出根据本发明的通过模制的制造模式。模具包括至少两个元件,所述至少两个元件各自具有适于零件的模腔。模具被竖直的安置并且包括上游开口701和下游开口702。模具在上游侧包括两个第一滑动件710和711并且在下游侧包括两个第二滑动件712,714,其功能是确保型胚740的夹紧。在该第一步骤中,模具被关闭。模具在下游侧包括两个滑块722和723,所述两个滑块围绕管的第二部分A(见图2),该第二部分包括爪的固定区域和喇叭口形状,其用于收纳塞子。滑块包括用于喇叭口形状和固定爪的模腔。本领域技术人员理解可布置包括模腔的滑块用于沿着模具将爪固定在另一位置中。在模具的上游侧具有排放夹钳,其功能将会在下面描述。模具还包括上游刀730,731和下游刀732,733,其功能将会在下面描述。模具包括安置在模具的上游侧的吹送针760,至少其开口定位在模具的上游开口701附近。在该第一步骤中,吹送针760相对于模具的模腔位于收回位置。定位在上游侧的挤压机(未示出)产生型胚740,即熔化的热塑性材料的管。
热塑性材料可以是聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚丙烯或聚酯并且具有介于0.5和5mm之间的厚度。吹送压力介于3巴和9巴之间并且热塑性材料的温度介于115℃和220℃之间。该型胚740通过重力作用进入模具中。在下游开口702处的抽吸工具(未示出)被激活。型胚740通过抽吸作用和重力作用在模具中行进并且贴靠模具的内壁,除了在用于固定爪的模腔中,因为在该第一步骤时这些模腔位于远离型胚的收回位置。
图4b示出第二步骤。当型胚到达下游开口702处时,针对型胚740关闭滑动件710,711和712,713,并且夹紧型胚,以便封闭空气空间。型胚740的挤压在此时被停止。
图4c示出第三步骤。使吹送针760前进以便穿过型胚740。在大约3至9巴的压力下的空气因此通过该针760被注入到型胚的内部空间中。滑块722,723的收回位置使得在模具的内部产生空的空间,并且型胚可自由膨胀并且形成泡741。滑块可被移动并且吹送针可在不同的命令中被激活。
图4d示出第四步骤。当形成的泡741具有足够大的尺寸时,使滑块722/723朝向泡741前进以便夹紧泡。在该夹紧时,泡是喇叭口的,并且喇叭口的泡的材料填充模腔,包括用于形成固定爪。喇叭口形状具有可达到0.5至4mm的壁的厚度。于是打开滑动件710,711和712,713。使吹送针760返回到其初始缩回位置中。模具具有未示出的冷却通道,水在该冷却通道中循环以便冷却管。根据应用,滑动件和吹送针可在不同命令中移动。
图4e和图5分别示出第五步骤和第六步骤。在塑料材料的冷却和固化时间之后,打开模具,并且使滑块722,723充分缩回,以便可释放模制的零件。可选择地,使刀730,731和732,733前进和缩回以便切除在上游开口701和/或下游开口702处的型胚的多余部分。可选择地,将在上游开口701和/或下游开口702处的约95%的废物分离。于是在管和废物之间存在非常小的连接,并且可通过排放夹钳741,742捕捉这些废物并且在打开模具后排出管。最终,使滑块722/723返回缩回位置,即在具有关闭模具的第一步骤的模制位置中。
然后,重新关闭模具以便可开始下一个循环。
本领域技术人员应理解垫块、冲头和多个滑块可用于代替元件722/723。
滑块722/723的驱动机构可是液压的,机械的或其它的。
根据本发明的方法还可用于制造其它类型的液体传送管道。
根据本发明的方法的优点是简化管的制造操作。
另一个优点是本发明去除了密封控制步骤的必要性。
另一个优点是本发明减小了扔掉和消耗的材料的量,因为仅下游部分具有毛刺。

Claims (10)

1.一种管道(3)的制造方法,所述管道包括至少一个突出部(4),所述方法包括以下步骤:
-通过模具的上游开口(701)将管状型胚(740)挤压到所述模具中,-通过所述模具的开口(701,702)吹送气体,以便允许所述型胚固定在所述模具的壁上,并且
-通过另一个开口(702,701)抽吸气体,
其特征在于,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
-当吹送气体到所述模具中时,将所述模具的至少两个滑块(722,723)分开,所述至少两个滑块各自设置有模腔,所述模腔对应于所述管道的一部分和至少一个突出部(4),以便型胚的材料泡在所述滑块之间形成,
-一旦材料泡形成,将所述模具的滑块(722,723)靠近,
-模制所述管道的一部分和所述突出部,在吹送步骤、抽吸步骤和所述突出部(4)的模制步骤期间,所述模具封闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过上游开口(701)吹送空气并且通过下游开口(702)抽吸空气。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括在所述模制步骤之后的补充步骤,所述补充步骤旨在切除所述模具的上游开口(701)和/或所述模具的下游开口(702)处的型胚的多余部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括在切除步骤之后的补充步骤,该补充步骤旨在使在所述模具的上游开口(701)和/或下游开口(702)处的切割的废物的95%分离。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述型胚是热塑性材料的,例如聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚丙烯或聚酯。
6.一种用于制造包括至少一个突出部的管道的模具,其特征在于,所述模具适合于实施根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,所述模具包括上游开口(701)、下游开口(702)、至少两个元件和至少两个滑块(722,723),所述至少两个元件各自具有适于制造所述管道的模腔,所述至少两个滑块(722,723)各自具有对应于所述管道的一部分和所述突出部(4)的模腔,所述滑块(722,723)被配置用于在将气体吹送到所述模具中时分开,以便型胚的材料泡在所述滑块(722,723)之间形成,并且所述滑块(722,723)被配置用于一旦所述材料泡形成就彼此靠近。
7.根据权利要求6所述的模具,其特征在于,所述模具包括下游部分,并且所述滑块(722,723)的模腔对应于所述模具的下游部分的模腔。
8.根据权利要求6或7中任一项所述的模具,其特征在于,所述模具的下游开口(702)具有喇叭口形状。
9.根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的模具,其特征在于,所述突出部(4)是固定爪。
10.一种管道类型的零件,并且更具体地一种填充管,其特征在于,所述零件通过根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法直接获得并且在根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的模具中制造。
