Comparative example 1
The traditional Chinese medicine composition in the first embodiment is replaced by 0.2 part of indomethacin, and the pharmaceutical composition is prepared according to the preparation method in the first embodiment.
Comparative example No. two
Removing the indomethacin in the first embodiment, doubling the amount of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and preparing the pharmaceutical composition according to the preparation method of the first embodiment.
The experiment on the treatment effect of the pharmaceutical composition on the low fever after the gynecology and obstetrics operation is as follows:
1. selection of cases
180 patients diagnosed with low fever after gynecologic surgery are selected, and the age is 26-54 years.
The cases were divided into 3 groups of 60 patients each, group 1 was treated with the pharmaceutical composition prepared in example one, group 2 was treated with the pharmaceutical composition prepared in comparative example one, group 3 was treated with the pharmaceutical composition prepared in comparative example two, and group 1, group 2 and group 3 were taken 2 times a day, one tablet at a time, 10 days as one treatment course, and 2 treatment courses were treated.
2. Criteria for efficacy assessment
The following evaluation criteria of therapeutic effects were made with reference to "criteria for diagnostic therapeutic effects of disorders of traditional Chinese medicine".
And (3) healing: the body temperature is normal, and symptoms disappear; the effect is shown: the body temperature returns to normal, and the symptoms basically disappear; the method has the following advantages: the body temperature is basically recovered to be normal, and the symptoms are basically disappeared; and (4) invalidation: no change in body temperature or disappearance of symptoms.
3. The curative effect results after 2 treatment courses are as follows:
recovery method | Show effect | Is effective | Invalidation | |
Group 1 | 35(58.3%) | 22(36.7%) | 2(3.3%) | 1(1.7%) |
Group 2 | 8(13.3%) | 10(16.7%) | 18(30%) | 24(40%) |
Group 3 | 4(6.7%) | 7(11.7%) | 14(23.3%) | 35(58.3%) |
After 2 treatment courses, namely 20 days, the cure rate of the group 1 can reach 58.3%, which is obviously improved compared with 13.3% of the group 2 and 6.7% of the group 3, the total effective rate of the group 1 can reach 98.3%, while the effective rate of the group 2 is only 60%, and the effective rate of the group 3 is only 41.7%, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the medicine composition provided by the invention and indomethacin have the effect of synergistically treating the low fever after gynecologic surgery.
4. Typical case
After 2 treatment courses, the patient is subjected to a double-layered medical composition, and the patient is.
