本发明是一种EPS保温装饰一体板,由EPS塑料颗粒制成的板体,其制备方法为:(1)蒸汽发泡;(2)覆膜;(3)成型。本发明不仅延续了传统EPS泡沫板导热系数小,保温隔热效果好,轻质等优点,并弥补了传统EPS泡沫板阻燃效果差的缺点,同时克服了市场上同类产品材料质量重、价格高的问题,是一种理想的保温隔热材料,广泛应用于建筑外墙节能保温系统。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温材料领域,特别是一种EPS保温装饰一体板。
背景技术
现有的EPS保温板是将可发性基苯乙烯珠粒加热发泡后,通过专用的电脑控制全自动设备一次加热成型而制得的,具有闭孔结构、不同种类、规格、形状、建筑用途和符合建筑模数的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料型材或构件。现有的保温板其阻燃效果差,材料质量较重、价格高,不能满足建筑外墙节能保温阻燃的使用要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提出一种自重轻、环保、导热系数小、保温效果好,具有良好阻燃效果的EPS保温装饰一体板。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的。本发明是一种EPS保温装饰一体板,其特点是,由EPS塑料颗粒制成的板体,其制备方法为:(1)蒸汽发泡:将EPS塑料颗粒放入蒸汽压力为0.3-0.5Mpa、温度为200-300℃的全自动发泡机内发泡,发泡时间为7-8min,得到膨胀EPS发泡颗粒;(2)覆膜:将树脂、固化剂、阻燃剂与步骤(1)制得膨胀EPS发泡颗粒按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌,树脂5-10、固化剂5-10、阻燃剂5-10、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒50-60,并用流化床干燥,冷却后可得到改性EPC颗粒;(3)成型:将步骤(2)的改性EPC颗粒放入蒸汽压力为0.3-0.55Mpa的全自动真空板机中进行加热,第一次加热温度为200-220℃,加热时间为8-12min,第二次加热温度为220-300℃,加热时间为8-12min,冷却后经脱模切割,即可制得。
本发明一种EPS保温装饰一体板技术方案中,进一步优选的技术方案特征是:
1、所述步骤(1)中蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa、温度为280℃,发泡时间为8min;
2、所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂5、固化剂5、阻燃剂5、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒50;
3、所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂10、固化剂10、阻燃剂10、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒60;
4、所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂8、固化剂8、阻燃剂8、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒55;
5、所述步骤(3)中蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa;
6、所述步骤(3)中第一次加热温度为200℃,加热时间为10min;第二次加热温度为220℃,加热时间为10min。
与现有技术相比,本发明自重轻,减轻了建筑荷载,提高粘贴安全性;更环保,取材环保无忧毒物质,挥发不分解不霉变;硬度大,具有良好的抗压强度、抗冲击及稳定性,其抗压强度达50-500KP。本发明不仅延续了传统EPS泡沫板导热系数小,保温隔热效果好,轻质等优点,并弥补了传统EPS泡沫板阻燃效果差的缺点,同时克服了市场上同类产品材料质量重、价格高的问题,是一种理想的保温隔热材料,广泛应用于建筑外墙节能保温系统。
具体实施方式
进一步描述本发明的具体技术方案,以便于本领域的技术人员进一步地理解本发明,而不构成对其权利的限制。
实施例1,一种EPS保温装饰一体板,由EPS塑料颗粒制成的板体,其制备方法为:(1)蒸汽发泡:将EPS塑料颗粒放入蒸汽压力为0.3-0.5Mpa、温度为200-300℃的全自动发泡机内发泡,发泡时间为7-8min,得到膨胀EPS发泡颗粒;(2)覆膜:将树脂、固化剂、阻燃剂与步骤(1)制得膨胀EPS发泡颗粒按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌,树脂5-10、固化剂5-10、阻燃剂5-10、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒50-60,并用流化床干燥,冷却后可得到改性EPC颗粒;(3)成型:将步骤(2)的改性EPC颗粒放入蒸汽压力为0.3-0.55Mpa的全自动真空板机中进行加热,第一次加热温度为200-220℃,加热时间为8-12min,第二次加热温度为220-300℃,加热时间为8-12min,冷却后经脱模切割,即可制得。本发明与传统保温板技术思路和方向完全不同,采用全新的防火隔离分仓颗粒的概念,该技术保留了原来有机大分子的各项物理性能。所述本发明为改性EPS防火保温板,硬度大,具有良好的抗压强度、抗冲击及稳定性,其抗压强度达50-500KP,保温好,抗水、防潮、耐冻融、防渗透,导热系数0.039,其产品性能表其抗燃烧性能主要包括两个方面:一、有防止火焰扩散的能力即绝热材料局部产生火焰,火焰将不扩散而自行熄灭;二、有材料本身的绝热性能,即使在材料一侧着火燃烧,另一侧的温度不会升得较高而引起火灾扩大。改性EPS保温装饰一体板其材质与结构决定了该产品即使在焊枪火焰下也不燃烧、不变形、不散发有害气体、无滴落,只是表面碳化。
实施例2,实施例1所述的EPS保温装饰一体板中:所述步骤(1)中蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa、温度为280℃,发泡时间为8min。
实施例3,实施例1或2所述的EPS保温装饰一体板中:所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂5、固化剂5、阻燃剂5、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒50。
实施例4,实施例1或2或3所述的EPS保温装饰一体板中:所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂10、固化剂10、阻燃剂10、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒60。
实施例5,实施例1-4任一项所述的EPS保温装饰一体板中:所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂8、固化剂8、阻燃剂8、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒55。
实施例6,实施例1-5任一项所述的EPS保温装饰一体板中:所述步骤(3)中蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa。
实施例7,实施例1-6任一项所述的EPS保温装饰一体板中:所述步骤(3)中第一次加热温度为200℃,加热时间为10min;第二次加热温度为220℃,加热时间为10min。

Claims (7)

1.一种EPS保温装饰一体板,其特征在于,由EPS塑料颗粒制成的板体,其制备方法为:
(1)蒸汽发泡:将EPS塑料颗粒放入蒸汽压力为0.3-0.5Mpa、温度为200-300℃的全自动发泡机内发泡,发泡时间为7-8min,得到膨胀EPS发泡颗粒;
(2)覆膜:将树脂、固化剂、阻燃剂与步骤(1)制得膨胀EPS发泡颗粒按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌,树脂5-10、固化剂5-10、阻燃剂5-10、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒50-60,并用流化床干燥,冷却后可得到改性EPC颗粒;
(3)成型:将步骤(2)的改性EPC颗粒放入蒸汽压力为0.3-0.55Mpa的全自动真空板机中进行加热,第一次加热温度为200-220℃,加热时间为8-12min,第二次加热温度为220-300℃,加热时间为8-12min,冷却后经脱模切割,即可制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的EPS保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa、温度为280℃,发泡时间为8min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的EPS保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂5、固化剂5、阻燃剂5、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒50。
4.根据权利要求1所述的EPS保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂10、固化剂10、阻燃剂10、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒60。
5.根据权利要求1所述的EPS保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中按照以下质量份配比均匀搅拌:树脂8、固化剂8、阻燃剂8、膨胀EPS发泡颗粒55。
6.根据权利要求1所述的EPS保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中蒸汽压力为0.4Mpa。
7.根据权利要求1所述的EPS保温装饰一体板,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中第一次加热温度为200℃,加热时间为10min;第二次加热温度为220℃,加热时间为10min。
