Abstract

本发明涉及一种棉用短流程前处理剂,以质量份计,包括以下组分:螯合分散剂22‑34份、快速渗透剂T12‑21份、仲烷基磺酸钠26‑38份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚15‑24份、硅酸钠14‑22份、去离子水300‑420份,螯合分散剂由丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、衣康酸、过硫酸钠、氢氧化钠、二硫化碳、去离子水反应制成。本发明棉用短流程前处理剂具有良好的耐碱、渗透、净洗、乳化、络合、分散、去油等性能,不含APEO,环境友好。

一种棉用短流程前处理剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种棉用短流程前处理剂,属于印染助剂领域。
背景技术
前处理助剂中,主要组份为阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的复配物,或与其它无机、有机物的混合物。这样既能提高润湿、渗透、分散、增溶、去污等能力,同时又可弥补非离子表面表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂各自存在的不足。
棉用短流程前处理剂在棉织物前处理过程当中是必不可少的一种助剂,其主要目的是去除棉纤维中蜡质、果胶、蛋白质、有机杂质等,以烧碱为主添加表面活性剂,有利于碱的吸附、润湿、渗透、加速蜡质的乳化、分散,并使其保持分散和悬浮状态而被水洗去。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种棉用短流程前处理剂,有较好洗涤、渗透、乳化、分散等性能,以克服现有前处理剂性能的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种棉用短流程前处理剂,以质量份计,包括以下组分:
螯合分散剂由丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、衣康酸、过硫酸钠、氢氧化钠、二硫化碳、去离子水反应制成。
螯合分散剂的制备方法如下(各原料以质量份计):
a、将20份丙烯酰胺、12份衣康酸、0.1份引发剂和240份去离子水投入反应器中,搅拌,溶解,升温至70℃;
b、于2小时内,将25份去离子水溶解的0.2份引发剂、46份丙烯酸匀速滴入反应器中,滴加完后,升温至80℃保温反应1小时;
c、将反应器温度降至30℃,先加入9份的氢氧化钠,待溶解后,再加入12份的二硫化碳,反应3小时,过滤,即得螯合分散剂。
所述的引发剂为过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾中的一种。
异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚,市售,RO-(CH2CH2O)n-H(R=C10,n=7-9),易分散或溶于水,具有优良的润湿性、渗透性和乳化性。
仲烷基磺酸钠,科莱恩公司生产,C12-16H25-33SO3Na,在强碱、高温条件下具有极强渗透力,兼具乳化、脱油、洗涤功能,与阴、非离子表面活性剂配伍性好。
本发明棉用短流程前处理剂具有良好的耐碱、渗透、净洗、乳化、络合、分散、去油等性能,不含APEO,环境友好。
具体实施方式
下列实施方案,仅是举例说明,不是仅有的,所以,一切在本发明范围内或是作与本发明相似的改变均包含于本发明之内。
实施例1:
螯合分散剂的制备方法如下(各原料以质量份计):
a、将20份丙烯酰胺、12份衣康酸、0.1份引发剂和240份去离子水投入反应器中,搅拌,溶解,升温至70℃;
b、于2小时内,将25份去离子水溶解的0.2份引发剂、46份丙烯酸匀速滴入反应器中,滴加完后,升温至80℃保温反应1小时;
c、将反应器温度降至30℃,先加入9份的氢氧化钠,待溶解后,再加入12份的二硫化碳,反应3小时,过滤,即得螯合分散剂。
引发剂为过硫酸钠。

螯合分散剂由丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、衣康酸、过硫酸钠、氢氧化钠、二硫化碳、去离子水反应制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉用短流程前处理剂,其特征在于:所述螯合分散剂的制备方法如下(各原料以质量份计):
a、将20份丙烯酰胺、12份衣康酸、0.1份引发剂和240份去离子水投入反应器中,搅拌,溶解,升温至70℃;
b、于2小时内,将25份去离子水溶解的0.2份引发剂、46份丙烯酸匀速滴入反应器中,滴加完后,升温至80℃保温反应1小时;
c、将反应器温度降至30℃,先加入9份的氢氧化钠,待溶解后,再加入12份的二硫化碳,反应3小时,过滤,即得螯合分散剂。
