本发明提供一种陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂及制备与应用,以质量百分比计算,配方为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5‑10%,增溶剂0.5‑15%,非离子表面活性剂0.5‑10%,有机碱1‑8%,螯合剂3‑15%,乙二胺0.5‑10%。本发明的清洗剂,清洗效果好,能快速恢复陶瓷膜膜通量,可大量缩减清洗时间,并对设备无腐蚀,对环境无污染,符合绿色环保的循环经济要求。同时,这种陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂尤其适用于切削液废水、油田采出水和电脱盐外排水等含油类废水过滤用陶瓷膜的清洗。

本发明属于清洗剂领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂。
背景技术
采用陶瓷膜处理切削液废水、油田采出水和电脱盐外排水等含油类废水时,陶瓷膜装置运行一段时间后,膜孔会被大量的油分子,悬浮物和固体颗粒堵塞和污染,其膜通量会持续减小,分离效率明显降低,甚至损坏陶瓷膜。
申请号为200610117973.9、且授权公告号为CN100431675C的中国发明专利公开了一种陶瓷超滤膜用清洗剂,由A组份及B组份组成,A组份由下列组份按重量百分比溶解而成:氢氧化钠5-20%,烷基苯磺酸钠5-10%,碳酸钠5-10%,其余为自来水;B组份由下列组份按重量百分比溶解而成:硝酸1-5%,过氧化氢0.5-3%,次氯酸钠0.5-2.5%,其余为自来水。
申请号为200910027181.6、且授权公告号为CN101564650B的中国发明专利公开了一种陶瓷膜清洗剂,其组份按质量份配比为:氢氧化钠50-60质量份、氢氧化钙20-30质量份、次氯酸钠5-10质量份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10质量份、四硼酸钠1-5质量份、硅酸钠1-10质量份、甲基纤维素1-5质量份。
上述陶瓷膜清洗剂均存在以下问题:采用上述清洗剂清洗陶瓷膜,每次清洗过程的持续时间较长,清洗效率确实不高,消耗时间过长;上述清洗剂含有后续工艺无法回收处理的成分,如硅酸盐;硼酸盐、硝酸盐等,容易造成污染,不利于环境保护,也不符合绿色循环经济 的要求;此外,因清洗效率较低,使得药剂消耗量很大,清洗成本居高不下,存在严重不足。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂,包括下列质量百分比的各组分:
(1)十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-10%:加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠可以显著增强这种清洗剂的发泡能力,提高清洗效果。
(2)增溶剂0.5-15%:加入增溶剂可以使清洗剂各组分充分溶解,进一步提高清洗效果。
(3)非离子表面活性剂0.5-10%:加入非离子表面活性剂可以提高清洗剂的洗脱性能,进一步提高清洗效果。
(4)有机碱1-8%:;
(5)螯合剂3-15%;加螯合剂可以减少溶液中钙镁等重金属离子的沉积,进一步提高清洗效果。
(6)乙二胺0.5-10%;
(7)其余为自来水。
较佳的,所述增溶剂为二甲基苯磺酸钠与异丙基苯磺酸钠中的一种或两种。本发明中可使用现有技术中的任何增溶剂,但是经研究发现,当增溶剂为至少二甲基苯磺酸钠和异丙基苯磺酸钠之一时,其清洗效果更好。
较佳的,所述非离子表面活性剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚醚中的一种或两种。本发明中可使用现有技术中的任何非离子表面活性剂,但是经研究发现,当增溶剂为至少异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚醚之一时,其清洗效果更好。
较佳的,所述有机碱为三乙醇胺。
较佳的,所述渗螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠。本发明中可使用现有技术中的任何渗螯合剂,但是经研究发现,当渗螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠时,其清洗效果更好。

(2)在40-80℃的温度下,加入上述步骤中的溶液,并使用循环泵对陶瓷膜进行渗透冲洗0.5-2h,即可完成清洗。
较佳的,步骤(1)中溶液的质量百分比为1.5%。
较佳的,步骤(2)中清洗温度温度为70℃。
本发明提供的这种陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂,其有益效果如下:
(1)这种清洗剂清洗效率高,能快速恢复陶瓷膜的过滤通量,显著缩短清洗时间,只需清洗0.5-2h即可,并能显著减少药剂消耗量。
(2)这种清洗剂环保无污染,不含有氯氟烃、硅酸盐硼酸盐、卤素或酚类,无毒无害,无腐蚀性,不易燃,对设备无腐蚀。
(3)这种清洗剂的废料为非有害废料,符合绿色循环经济的要求。
(4)这种清洗剂尤其适用于切削液废水、油田采出水和电脱盐外排水等含油类废水过滤用陶瓷膜的清洗。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种切削液废水过滤用陶瓷膜清洗剂,包括下列质量百分比的各组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,二甲基苯磺酸钠3.5%,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚6.5%,三乙醇胺5%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠8%,乙二胺2%,水70%。
将上述各组分按比例放入耐腐蚀反应器中,制备出清澈透明的淡黄色水溶液即为清洗剂。
采用本实施例清洗剂的陶瓷膜清洗方法,包括以下步骤:
在耐腐蚀原料罐中,用自来水将所述陶瓷膜清洗剂配制成质量百分比为1.5%的溶液,在70℃的温度下,使用循环泵对陶瓷膜进行渗透冲洗1h,即可完成清洗。
清洗实验数据如下表所示,清洗后陶瓷膜的过滤通量可以恢复到96%以上。
实施例二
一种油田采出水过滤用陶瓷膜的清洗剂,包括下列质量百分比的各组分:
水73%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3%,二甲基苯磺酸钠3.5%,聚醚6.5%,三乙醇胺5%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠7%,乙二胺2%。
将上述各组分按比例放入耐腐蚀反应器中,制备出清澈透明的淡黄色水溶液即为清洗剂。
采用本实施例清洗剂的陶瓷膜清洗方法与实施例1相同。
清洗实验数据如下表所示,清洗后陶瓷膜的过滤通量可以恢复到99%以上。
实施例3
一种电脱盐外排水过滤用陶瓷膜清洗剂,包括下列质量百分比的各组分:
水70%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,二甲基苯磺酸钠3.5%,异丙基苯磺酸钠1.5,聚醚3%,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,三乙醇胺5%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠7%,乙二胺2%。
将上述各组分按比例放入耐腐蚀反应器中,制备出清澈透明的淡黄色水溶液即为清洗剂。
采用本实施例清洗剂的陶瓷膜清洗方法与实施例1相同。
清洗实验数据如下表所示,清洗后陶瓷膜的过滤通量可以恢复到99%以上。
实施例四
一种含硫污水过滤用陶瓷膜的清洗剂,包括下列质量百分比的各组分:
水68%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%,二甲基苯磺酸钠3%,异丙基苯磺酸钠2.5%,聚醚5%,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚4%,三乙醇胺4.5%,乙二胺四乙酸四钠7%,乙二胺2%。
将上述各组分按比例放入耐腐蚀反应器中,制备出清澈透明的淡黄色水溶液即为清洗剂。
采用本实施例清洗剂的陶瓷膜清洗方法与实施例1相同。
清洗实验数据如下表所示,清洗后陶瓷膜的过滤通量可以恢复到98%以上。
以上仅为本发明较佳的实施例,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明说明书内容所作的等效变化与装饰,皆应属于本发明覆盖的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂,其特征在于包括下列质量百分比的各组分:
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5-10%;
增溶剂0.5-15%;
非离子表面活性剂0.5-10%;
有机碱1-8%;
螯合剂3-15%;
乙二胺0.5-10%;
其余为自来水。
2.根据权利要求1中所述陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂,其特征在于所述增溶剂为二甲基苯磺酸钠与异丙基苯磺酸钠中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1中所述陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂,其特征在于所述非离子表面活性剂为异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚和聚醚中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1中所述陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂,其特征在于所述有机碱为三乙醇胺。
5.根据权利要求1中所述陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂,其特征在于所述渗螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
6.根据权利要求1中所述陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在耐腐蚀反应器中按质量百分比依次加入各组分混合,直至全部溶解。
7.一种陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)在耐腐蚀原料罐中,用自来水将权利要求1中的陶瓷膜清洗剂配制成质量百分比为1-10%的溶液;
(2)在40-80℃的温度下,加入上述步骤中的溶液,并使用循环泵对陶瓷膜进行渗透冲洗0.5-2h,即可完成清洗。
8.根据权利要求7中所述陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中溶液的质量百分比为1.5%。
9.根据权利要求7中所述陶瓷膜污垢清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中清洗温度温度为70℃。
