Abstract
本发明涉及一种长丝混纺纱,所用短纤维对长丝芯纱进行多方向包覆形成长丝与短纤的混纺,所述长丝混纺纱以合成纤维长丝为长丝芯纱,多方向外包短纤维混纺而成,即短纤维混纺包覆方向为Z捻向和S捻向交错。本发明的优点在于:本发明长丝混纺纱,改传统包覆纱以螺旋的方式对纱芯包覆为以合成纤维长丝为芯丝,外包纤维以Z捻向和S捻向多方向网状加捻,可避免长丝混纺纱在拉伸时,芯丝不会外露,增加外包纤维与内芯的抱合力,增加抗起球性,进而织成面料,可提高面料的质量以及舒适度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织领域,特别涉及一种长丝混纺纱。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对于服装的要求不仅仅停留在款式、颜色上面的选择,而是更注重服装面料的质量,而对已制造服装的包覆纱来说,一般的包覆纱难以满足在高档产品种的使用要求,普通的包覆纱在高档面料中最为突出的问题便是起毛球、露芯纱、强力差等,大大影响了高档产品质量和舒适度。
混纺纱是指用两种以上不同种类的纤维混纺而成的单纱,为了满足人们的生活需要,解决单纱的各种缺点,混纺纱的使用频率越来越高;进而为了提高面料的质量以及舒适度,又研发了一种新型结构的纱线,它是以长丝为纱芯,外包短纤纱线,短纤纱按照螺旋的方式对纱芯长丝进行包覆,但是该结构的长丝包覆纱仍存在一定的缺点:该结构的长丝包覆纱在拉伸时,会有露芯现象,外包纱与内芯纱之间抱合力差,易起球。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种长丝混纺纱,通过对包覆结构的改进,使得长丝混纺纱在拉伸时,芯丝不会外露,增加外包纤维与内芯的抱合力和紧密度,增加抗起球性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种长丝混纺纱,其创新点在于:用短纤维对长丝芯纱进行多方向包覆形成长丝与短纤的混纺,所述长丝混纺纱以合成纤维长丝为长丝芯纱,多方向外包短纤维混纺而成,即短纤维混纺包覆方向为Z捻向和S捻向交错。
进一步地,所述合成纤维长丝为涤纶长丝、锦纶长丝或氨纶长丝中的一种。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)本发明长丝混纺纱,改传统包覆纱以螺旋的方式对纱芯包覆为以合成纤维长丝为芯丝,外包短纤维以Z捻向和S捻向多方向网状加捻,可避免长丝混纺纱在拉伸时,芯丝不会外露,增加外包纤维与内芯的抱合力和紧密度,增加抗起球性,进而织成面料,可提高面料的质量以及舒适度;
(2)本发明长丝混纺纱,其中,合成纤维长丝为涤纶长丝、锦纶长丝或氨纶长丝中的一种,选用杂链合成纤维长丝,其具有很好力学性能、耐温性、弹性和加工性。

实施例
本实施例长丝混纺纱,如图1所示,用短纤维2对长丝芯纱1进行多方向包覆形成长丝与短纤的混纺,长丝混纺纱以合成纤维长丝为长丝芯纱1,多方向外包短纤维2混纺而成,即短纤维2混纺包覆方向为Z捻向和S捻向交错;短纤维2混纺方向为Z捻向和S捻向,外包短纤维2采用多方向网状加捻,可避免长丝混纺纱在拉伸时,芯丝不会外露,增加外包纤维与内芯的抱合力,增加抗起球性,进而织成面料,可提高面料的质量以及舒适度。
本实施例中,合成纤维长丝1为涤纶长丝、锦纶长丝或氨纶长丝中的一种,选用杂链合成纤维长丝,其具有很好力学性能、耐温性、弹性和加工性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的长丝混纺纱,其特征在于:所述合成纤维长丝为涤纶长丝、锦纶长丝或氨纶长丝中的一种。
